In a surprise announcement on Mother’s Day, President Donald Trump launched a new website called Moms.gov for new and expectant mothers to offer easily accessible resources and information to support them and their families as they enter a new stage of life. The groundbreaking new site is yet another example of Trump’s commitment to revitalizing the American family and addressing the declining birth rate.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) explained in a statement that Moms.gov “supports expectant parents who are navigating difficult or unexpected pregnancies” and “features information about pregnancy centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, nutritional guidance, Trump Accounts, and other resources that allow maternal and infant health to thrive.”
HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy explained that the website’s launch is part of his “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.
“This Mother’s Day, the Trump administration is strengthening its commitment to America’s families by equipping mothers and fathers with the resources and information they need to build healthy, prosperous lives,” Kennedy said. “Moms.gov delivers critical tools and support to help parents foster healthy pregnancies, strengthen young families, and create brighter futures for their children. This is how you Make America Healthy Again.”
HHS further noted that the platform features resources and information on “Support Services and Health Centers (Pregnancy Centers and FQHCs),” “nutrition quick facts for mothers based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans,” the investment program for infants known as Trump Accounts, the federal prescription-drug platform TrumpRx, preconception health, breastfeeding, and adoption.
Dorothy Fink, who serves as the deputy assistant secretary for women’s health at HHS, explained that the Trump administration is committed to supporting mothers, children, and families from conception through adulthood.
“On Mother’s Day, we recognize that the health of mothers and the health of women are deeply connected,” Fink said. “Through our Perinatal Improvement Collaborative, we have reduced maternal mortality by 41.5%. We remain committed to supporting women’s health throughout motherhood and at every stage of life.”
In remarks on Monday, Trump also announced that the Department of Labor (DOL) is creating a new fertility benefit option that employers can offer for women who may be struggling to conceive. “By offering coverage for care at every step… this will hopefully reduce the number of couples who ultimately need to resort to IVF because challenges can be identified and addressed very early in the process,” the President said.
The DOL explained in a statement that the “proposal addresses employers’ sparse coverage of fertility-related treatments for the American worker and increases benefit options by easing statutory and regulatory burdens to make IVF and other fertility treatments more affordable.”
The new proposed rule would “create a new category of limited excepted benefits to further expand the ability of employers to offer meaningful fertility benefits to their employees.” This is part of the administration’s efforts to “ensure reliable and affordable access to in vitro fertilization to support American families.”
Moms.gov is yet another instance of the Trump administration following words with action when it comes to supporting mothers and families. Along with policies like boosting the child tax credit, Trump Accounts, promoting school choice, and now Moms.gov, President Trump is promoting family formation and development as a vital part of the nation’s cultural, economic, and political well-being.

What a great idea!! I suppose the Commies will find some way to make this a terrible idea because President Trump did it.
Thank You, President Trump!! Wouldn’t it be nice if Biden and Obama, and the cabinet had thought of this. Wait, the dims will find some way to criticize it, in their jealousy.
How do I suggest something for the MOMS.gov website? I lost a daughter and a granddaughter to PPCM and wish there was more awareness and support for mothers and mothers to be who have the symptoms.
Perhaps we need something like the Russians did years ago. A paid ‘play day’ for young parents to just ‘enjoy themselves,’ and perhaps in doing that, produce a baby to help the birth rate there. I’m all for helping young parents be able to support starting a family. Moms.gov is a start.
THIS should give the Dumba$$ocrat$ unending…err, uh….’digestion issues’…..
