Although I did not choose it, they do offer an unlimited plan without any per-incident caps. You need to base the policy around your pet, and you know your pet best. Filing a Claim
When it was time to file a claim, it was easy! You can submit claims online through the member center, through the app, or by mail. Depending on the option that works best for you spot makes the claims process painless. All claims process around two business days from when they are received, and if additional medical information is needed, your veterinary clinic will be contacted directly. I opt to receive cashback through direct deposit, cutting out the long wait for a check to come in the mail.

One of the best perks of being part of the Spot family is the member center. It’s more than just where you go to file a claim. The member center give you access to the Help Center, a hub that can help you answer questions about your benefits, coverage and anything else you can think of.
