“Let’s break news right now, Ron DeSantis is running for President, it’s going to happen – and so is Donald Trump.” Ben Ferguson joined The Better for America Podcast at CPAC and offered his optimistic insight on the republican playing field for 2024 Presidential nominees. Which is in stark contrast to what the Democrats have to offer, and as Ferguson puts it, their standards are not very high! Tune in for Ferguson’s 2024 predictions AND his take on the abuse of people like Fetterman and Biden.

Ron DeSantis has been running for POTUS since he met with Paul Ryan and the Murdocks last year. It’s not like it has been a secret or anything. At least I hope not. DeSantis is certainly free to do so, as is anyone else who wants to try for the presidency. I expect when we’re all said and done, there will be anywhere from 12 to 18 possible Republicans vying for the GOP nomination.

I’m all for competition and hopefully the best person for the job actually wins the nomination and the presidency. Everyone running has to of course lay out what their detailed vision for the country in regard to the economy, China, the border, energy independence, and a whole host of other issues too numerous to list here. All so the American people can hopefully make an intelligent decision. A few did last week at CPAC with varying results, but the process to 2024 is just getting underway.

… humblemost of apologies to you, your next president is more likely to be, white-boy Gavin, than it would be, President Trump of Governor DeSantis. Whacked-out democrats are poised to rig 2024, as they did, 2020. Of all the democrat hopefuls, it’s white-boy Gavin the democrat people love, most of all –

If it wasn’t for President Trump we wouldn’t realize the extent the federal bureaucracy violates our constitutional rights! President Trump deserves the opportunity to clean it up!

America better hope and pray it is not gavin. What he has done to California should be a warning to everyone. Our State is a disgrace. Homeless, open border as a sanctuary state, highest taxes on real estate, gas, homes. Our country is going the wrong direction with socialist democrats

I voted for DeSantis and greatly respected him until I started doing more research into his supporters and contributors. Why is he “quietly” trying to have the Florida legislature change the law to allow him to run without resigning? He wants to have his cake and eat it, too. He wouldn’t be governor now if President Trump hadn’t endorsed him in 2018. He’s just another RINO WEF hack. Read the story of the Trojan Horse if you want to understand what I mean. TRUMP2024!

If DeSantis runs he will split the party Trump will win primary but DeSantis will still run against Trump.

I worry that neither will pull this off running against one another, they are too tightly aligned on agendas. I don’t know that Trump could win this election even if Desantis didn’t run against him, don’t get me wrong I loved Trump, and I believe he could have done so much more for America, but he made enemies quickly even in his own party. Trump does not tolerate fools and liars, and he quickly called them out even or especially in the Republican Party and even though those people need to go they aren’t, and we need someone that is trustworthy that will be for the people, that has shown integrity, but that person also needs to be able to work with others to the betterment of the country! A perfect outcome would be Trump with Desantis as VP, Trump 4years followed by Desantis for another 8 as President, but Im not confident Trump could pull it off, a lot of people on both sides don’t like his mouth and unfortunately they can’t distinguish the good he accomplished from his attitude, and he lost the respect of a good portion of his political base, they think he’s disrespectful in his speech and they don’t care about the cause.
I do believe that Desantis has the ability to move the party forward, but I don’t know if having Trumps backing would be a good or bad thing!

Trump’s reach is astounding! Biden has blamed Trump for the two recent bank failures. I guess it couldn’t be because Janet Yellen famously predicted that inflation would not be serious or that lavish government spending has no consequences. Or that SVB was dominated by woke liberals who believed Janet and believed in DEI and ESG as guiding forces in corporate governance. I remember my Economics I class and Dr. Samuelson’s text on economics that talked about inflation being caused by too much money chasing too few goods. I guess Janet played hooky on the day that was discussed in her undergraduate days. Trump and DeSantis!!!

IMHO, Trump will win. However, it is yet to be DeSantis’ time; he should be vice president and run for president after Trump completes his second term.

For those who think a Trump / DeSantis ticket will be great, think again! If two candidates are on the ticket from the same state, that state’s electoral votes are nullified! Both Trump and DeSantis are running from Florida and that means at least 30 votes on the floor! So not going to happen!

I honestly want to see how each candidate presents themselves before I decide who to vote for! I want a candidate that presents a positive message for America like Reagan did years ago. This we are better than the Democrats won’t cut it!

That’s why Republicans didn’t sweep the 2020 midterms! Not enough positive messaging! Get people so excited about being American again that whatever the Democrats put up, gets drowned out by the Republicans optimism!!!

When I was a child, and believe me that was a long time ago a great uncle of mine used to say too much money chasing to few goods causes prices to rise. This man had a six grade education. If he could figure this out in the early 1950’s Yellen and her gang who have a degree in economics should be able to do this today. Only we don’t have merit based people leading the nation but the equity people that only qualify in the gender, color category.
Brandon has surrounded himself with people that are dumber than himself. Enough said.

It doesn’t matter who runs for the Republican Party nobody will be voted in.
There are still too many people that believe Brandon is perfect, Fauci is perfect how dare they threaten him. These people love both of these men.
As long as Trump is still alive and DeSantis becomes the candidate they will blame him for everything. We live in such an upside down world no matter what has been proven the dems have an answer for it. You are the weirdo, they compromise you or eliminate you.
I was talking today to a gentleman who fought in three wars en he said I am 97 years old and I am afraid I will see another WW. Brandon will see to it. Tell that to a democrat and he will say nep News. Didn’t Trump say that during his presidency and then he was branded as nuts. And now they say it self. What happened? We can’t win for losing. I agree if we are positive and get America to flourish again, maybe we have a chance, only problem the dems have most of the businesses behind them.

DeSantis would never have been elected to the House without Trump’s endorsement. He OWES Trump (as do we all) for standing in the line of fire from all the Commies, perverts, and psychos in the DIMM party and RINOs. Now, little Pence has decided to stab him in the back. Good luck running for dog catcher, Mikey!

2024 – Trump/DeSantis DREAM TEAM (IF they’d be willing to join forces for the sake of America and We The People because they BOTH are no nonsense DOERs with great successes and accomplishments. AND BOTH have GREAT future plans. This is NO TIME for competing egos).
2028 – DeSantis/? I’m sure he’d pick a great VP
2032 – DeSantis Team.

DeSantis is Trump without the heavy & polarizing baggage. Having said that, I’d be happy to have either one as president & rescuer of what remains in the next two years of my neglected & wounded country.

Some are saying Trump & DeSantis for 2024. I do not think so. Trump is too egotistical to take in DeSantis as a running mate, too much “competition”. Trump and a newer or weaker R VP candidate, yes: DeSantis and an equal or strong candidate, yes. However, you are going to need some flash/charisma to overcome the D’s sentimentality, and anything Trump does independently.

I will say it again and hope it is not edited out this time by AMAC: I do not appreciate my dues that I paid for 5 years to aid causes needing it now ; nor my action monies being used to constantly give De Santis free publicity via polls, articles etc. Trump is the reason I joined but he was a “nationally known”candidate having been president, not a special interest state candidate.

Trump and DeSantis would be a total winning combination. It might be that Trump would choose DeSantis – someone said Trump’s ego is too big, but he has a big heart and would choose DeSantis to win. We will see! What about the dems cheating and cheating and voter fraud. And the Rep are so soft it has seemed to me in the past they chose people who would NOT win as if they had an agreement secretlywith the democrats. And I also thought when I was younger that the dems and reps were taking turns — maybe they were — thinking back about it. And look what the media did to each and every president – discredited them one by one whether dem or rep.

The dems will nominate a new smooth talker in the likeness of Obama. Then Hollywood and the media will fall over themselves to promote “hope and change” and hope that America doesn’t figure out that the change is lethal. After seeing the luke wwarm mid term elections I think the american people are asleep and will elect another socialist who will send them checks and pay for their college.

I know that Trump is the real thing. So , why would I consider anyone else for the GOP nomination . The only uncertainty for me at this point in time is , who will his VP nominee be ? There is a lot of great tallent on the GOP side . We have many good people to choose from . And the VP nominee is important because that person would have a great advantage in 2028 & 2032 . But it is most important to pick someone with the quality of Trump even if he or she doesn’t quite yet have enough experience . So , for me the run for the VP nominee is exciting and very very very important . I think we need to spent much more time looking for a great VP nominee .
