“Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) – who could not support that? I guess the same anti-Americans who cannot support making America great again (MAGA)…one of those being Mitch McTurtle who voted “no” on RFK, Tulsi, and Hegseth.
MAHA is a movement that extends truly beyond party lines. It’s all about people and their health, not politics. For too long, Big Pharma, lobbyists, and politicians have stood in the way of ensuring Americans are made fully aware of what is in our food, as well as how Big Pharma has us under their thumb.
Kennedy has a big task ahead of him, yet he has devoted much of his life for such a time as this. Here are some of the things he should address immediately:
· Remove chemicals and toxins from our food. According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 40 percent of Americans are obese, and many struggle with comorbidities such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. The ultra-processed foods that make up the bulk of the American diet are among the major culprits. We have been poisoned for profits.
In Biden’s last month in office, the FDA was rushing to ban some food colorings/ additives like red dye 3 and titanium dioxide, which was banned three years ago in the European Union. The FDA allowed them for so long, but with the threat of RFK being confirmed, they frantically did what should have been done long ago. Time to rebuild the FDA.
· Reform food subsidies and SNAP benefits. School lunch programs and the SNAP program (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) spend $400 million more on sweetened soft drinks and other sugary snacks, than on fruit, veggies, eggs, beans, and rice. With an average of 42 million monthly SNAP recipients, no wonder we have an obesity crisis.
If someone wants to buy junk food, that’s up to them. But, the Federal Government spends over $113 billion of our tax-payer money annually on food stamps. Reform the SNAP program to have it only go towards nutritionally-rich foods.
· Prioritize Preventative Medicine instead of feeding us drugs to “treat” symptoms. According to the CDC, 90 percent of all healthcare spending is used for dealing with chronic disease that was caused by the toxic foods we ingest.
A pharmaceutical-addicted medical system only manages this epidemic, often with costly drugs. It lacks the time or inclination to prevent disease or support healing. Their greed clouds their true mission.
There is a lot to do to clean up this mess. The United States, the world’s dominant power, is 48th in life expectancy, lagging behind every western European country. Infant mortality is higher than 56 other countries. The U.S. obesity rate leads 130 other nations and is driving liver disease in teenagers, whose cancer rates are also rising. Working-age disability rate has soared to 8.6 million and shows no sign of slowing.
Inconceivably perhaps, the U.S. spends more than any nation on healthcare, 38 percent higher than second-ranked Switzerland. That’s $13,432 per person in 2023. It should buy us better health.
Despite being labeled as “anti-vax,” RFK simply wants to repeal legislation that shields vaccine makers from near-complete legal liability, and has long advocated for vaccine research that is independent and unbiased. He’s not going to outlaw vaccines like measles or polio and imprison all pediatricians now that he has power. He simply wants to ensure safe vaccines and pharmaceuticals.
In 1986 Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which protects vaccine manufacturers from liability, making Big Pharma exempt from litigation. Of course, the “Vaccine Villain” Fauci pushed hard for that legislation.
RFK threatens the profitable status quo, and that is why the Left continues to rant and rave with profanity-laden gibberish. But God has blessed us with sanity, common-sense, and some elected and appointed leaders to MAHA and MAGA!

Like it or not, America is a nation addicted to drugs. I formally worked in a senior care facility. I was shocked to see the amount of drugs some of the residents were given each day. Instead of looking for other alternatives to a problem some doctors just give another drug to the already drugged individual. Nutrition never played a significant role in their care. Sometimes family members had to step in and demand certain drugs were stopped, and then positive things happened. When doctors cannot take the time to treat the whole person and only know how to push another drug, something is wrong with the system. That goes to the food industry as well. We are so far from the natural foods our ancestors ate it’s ridiculous. Then, we can’t seem to figure out why there are so many diseases and conditions in our children. Anyone that can help with our health care crisis should be applauded. The fact that President Trump has appointed former democrats for his dream team is amazing in itself. Go MAGA!

. The Blue Letter Bible translates the Greek root word for pharmacy as “pharmakeia” which is defined as “sorcery” or “witchcraft” or the use of administering drugs in order to harm or kill people. That said, I have long believed the healthcare crisis in this nation is deliberate. How many of our citizens developed irreversible health problems or died as a result of taking Covid-19 shots? How many received their Covid shot (or shots), dutifully donned a face mask, and came down with Covid anyway? I wore a mask which was required by my state government at the time of the Covid-19 epidemic. I never took a vaccination shot. I caught Covid twice, and although I am diabetic, I beat it both times through natural immunity and lots of bed rest. In a related matter, there is an ongoing mystery which I also think needs to be addressed, which may be related to the future health of Americans; one perhaps President Trump, Robert Kennedy, and the new director of the Environmental Protection Agency will now be able to solve for us. What is really going on in the skies over our nation? For too many years now, on a beautiful, crystal clear day, or a clear moonlit night, I have looked up and saw what looks like planes (or perhaps drones?) way up in the atmosphere, criss-crossing the skies and leaving trails of white vapor in their wake. Some people I have talked to about this dismiss the vapor as ice crystals because the planes are so far up, but, if this is the case, then why do these “ice crystals” gradually fan out into odd-shaped clouds and a day or so afterwards the skies become overcast? Without sounding like a tin hat wearing conspiracy theorist, could these planes or drones actually be part of some sort of government experiment, and are releasing toxins into the atmosphere in order to study their effects on the earth and especially on human beings? Given the recent unearthing of some of the most despicable acts of corruption committed by our federal government, I suppose anything is possible these days.

As much as HHS needs RFK Jr to undo the damage a generation of career bureaucrats has done to the department, I remain skeptical, but not due to the vaccine thing. His deep connections to the plaintiffs bar concern me greatly. If he begins using his position to feed litigation to his buddies in the plaintiffs bar, even if he’s not taking kickbacks in exchange while he’s in office, Trump will need to get rid of him immediately. As a person with kidney disease, finding foods that are not loaded with salt, phosphates, potassium and protein can be a challenge. They may lower the salt content, but to make it taste better, they jack up the potassium. And, if you ever look at the nutrition label, they never list the phosphates level and percentage…that’s voluntary by the mfg.
An area that would reap huge benefits is getting the restaurant industry to reduce the salt content of their products. To stay healthy, a person should have roughly 2,000 mg of sodium per day. Take a look on the internet, pick any chain restaurant and search for the corporate name followed by ‘nutrition information’. It’ll bring up their menu, look at the sodium…many servings are over 2,000 mg of sodium and it’s NOT hard to find servings with 5,000 mg or more. If he’d speak to the industry and ask them to cut the sodium by 30-50%, it would be a big win for everyone.
I agree the vaccine schedule for infants needs a review. No science here, but seems like it’s too many vaccines in a short period of time.
Also, agree on the pharma ads. Pharma has money to burn, it’s a big money maker for the media. Do you think the media is going to report issues with medicines and bite the hand that feeds them?

I am thrilled RFK was confirmed. I now believe there is hope for our food and our medical, whereas I had given up hope.
One thing I TRULY believe, after MUCH study, is that MSG is a bigger culprit in our food and sometimes medications than most know. It is very destructive to the human body and brain. There is probably truth to problems with vaccines, but I don’t believe the investigation should stop there. I TRULY believe MSG is a bigger culprit in autism, than anything else. And, many other diseases. MSG is in everything on the grocery shelf, unless you shop only on the outer isles, and even the, you must check ingredients. And, understand, it is usually not listed as MSG or monosodium glutamate, but under MANY names, unless you have researched like I have, you would never look at them as MSG. I had hoped the Truth in Labeling Act would have fixed this, but like everything else, Congress apparently wrote it so companies can hide the real name.
MSG also has been proven addictive and to cause obesity.
The FDA won’t ben it, like was done in Europe years ago, because high executives from Monsanto, headed up the FDA. They ALL need to go and be banned from ever sitting anywhere near government again. Any testing on MSG was also done by the companies, not independent institutions.
If America truly wants to get healthy, MSG MUST be banned forever. Along with other chemicals.

There is a reason that people who love this nation, who are true patriots, are rejecting MAHA and MAGA. It’s because they know those things are empty slogans. They understand that everything that is happening has been planned and orchestrated by the globalist cabal.
Trump supposedly gave us “Warp Speed”, something for which he continually congratulates himself. Do you really believe a “vaccine” was developed in less than a year simply because he ordered scientists to do it? If that was true, why doesn’t he demand they find the cure for cancer immediately, too?
The vaccines were developed years before Trump was (s)elected. Remember what happened to those people? They were ridiculed, fired, lost their licenses, their livelihoods, and shunned by friends and family. They were mocked on late night TV, by government officials, and banned from social media for trying to warn others.
In 2025 we know how right they were.
And now the same thing is happening. Because if you don’t dig deeper that reading the local paper or watching the evening news you are not getting the truth.
We can no longer take anything at face value. We live in a time when people are cheering for a president whose actions during his previous administration caused death and injury to millions through toxic shots. Why have so many either chosen to forget this or simply get angry when that fact is brought up? Why is he not accountable for this? And why does he still champion the shots, and is going ahead with “mRNA” research?
Please understand again, that everything happening is by design. The globalists are calling the shots because they own the majority of everything produced and manufactured in the world. This gives them incredible power and influence over governments. For proof of this, recall how every leader of all the major nations of the world used the same terminology “Build Back Better” and used the exact same script of lockdowns, masks, shots, mandates, etc. The coordination of this was breathtaking and not a coincidence.
We want our country back, but we must recognize that we are being ruled by traitors. JFKjr has stated “I am fiercely pro-vaccine” and “I don’t think we should mandate vaccines for all Americans UNLESS we determine that they’re safe.” Keep in mind that everyone appointed or elected in our current government has those positions because the globalists want them there.

I hope he works on eliminating the nasty ingredients added to all the store-bought food we eat. Nothing tastes the same anymore. Like in Italy, I wish, when an item has fruit flavoring, that it be real fruit. And, I have a strong sense of taste; so, all these preservatives come thru in the flavor or leave an after-taste. Have you noticed how a loaf of packaged bread hardly ever goes bad nowadays (if no moisture is involved)?? All those preservatives affect the taste and God knows what some of these preservatives really are!
Companies change the recipe of their products to make them cheaper to produce. I’ve even stopped buying some items that, I feel and taste, are inferior to past versions. Labels should include ingredients, boldly printed, and categorized like the salt, sugar, and caloric content boxes already being used, I believe.
Obviously, the FDA needs major overhauling just like all the other Federal entities that are finally being cleaned-out and sanitized. Without regard to the pressures of lobbyists and corporations that have gotten away with victimizing us while their foreign businesses have to adhere to higher standards!!
“Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) – who could not support that? I guess the same anti-Americans who cannot support making America great again (MAGA)…one of those being Mitch McTurtle who voted “no” on RFK, Tulsi, and Hegseth.
MAHA is a movement that extends truly beyond party lines. It’s all about people and their health, not politics. For too long, Big Pharma, lobbyists, and politicians have stood in the way of ensuring Americans are made fully aware of what is in our food, as well as how Big Pharma has us under their thumb.
Kennedy has a big task ahead of him, yet he has devoted much of his life for such a time as this. Here are some of the things he should address immediately:
· Remove chemicals and toxins from our food. According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 40 percent of Americans are obese, and many struggle with comorbidities such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. The ultra-processed foods that make up the bulk of the American diet are among the major culprits. We have been poisoned for profits.
In Biden’s last month in office, the FDA was rushing to ban some food colorings/ additives like red dye 3 and titanium dioxide, which was banned three years ago in the European Union. The FDA allowed them for so long, but with the threat of RFK being confirmed, they frantically did what should have been done long ago. Time to rebuild the FDA.
· Reform food subsidies and SNAP benefits. School lunch programs and the SNAP program (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) spend $400 million more on sweetened soft drinks and other sugary snacks, than on fruit, veggies, eggs, beans, and rice. With an average of 42 million monthly SNAP recipients, no wonder we have an obesity crisis.
If someone wants to buy junk food, that’s up to them. But, the Federal Government spends over $113 billion of our tax-payer money annually on food stamps. Reform the SNAP program to have it only go towards nutritionally-rich foods.
· Prioritize Preventative Medicine instead of feeding us drugs to “treat” symptoms. According to the CDC, 90 percent of all healthcare spending is used for dealing with chronic disease that was caused by the toxic foods we ingest.
A pharmaceutical-addicted medical system only manages this epidemic, often with costly drugs. It lacks the time or inclination to prevent disease or support healing. Their greed clouds their true mission.
There is a lot to do to clean up this mess. The United States, the world’s dominant power, is 48th in life expectancy, lagging behind every western European country. Infant mortality is higher than 56 other countries. The U.S. obesity rate leads 130 other nations and is driving liver disease in teenagers, whose cancer rates are also rising. Working-age disability rate has soared to 8.6 million and shows no sign of slowing.
Inconceivably perhaps, the U.S. spends more than any nation on healthcare, 38 percent higher than second-ranked Switzerland. That’s $13,432 per person in 2023. It should buy us better health.
Despite being labeled as “anti-vax,” RFK simply wants to repeal legislation that shields vaccine makers from near-complete legal liability, and has long advocated for vaccine research that is independent and unbiased. He’s not going to outlaw vaccines like measles or polio and imprison all pediatricians now that he has power. He simply wants to ensure safe vaccines and pharmaceuticals.
In 1986 Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which protects vaccine manufacturers from liability, making Big Pharma exempt from litigation. Of course, the “Vaccine Villain” Fauci pushed hard for that legislation.
RFK threatens the profitable status quo, and that is why the Left continues to rant and rave with profanity-laden gibberish. But God has blessed us with sanity, common-sense, and some elected and appointed leaders to MAHA and MAGA!

I wish he immediately gets a ban on the pharm advertising on television. Or, make the ads without dancing, singing, music, etc. Sometimes the ads aren’t even clear with what the condition is it’s supposed to be helping. Doctors/nurses have enough to do without having to counter marketing executives.
If he removes all of the harmful ingredients in our foods today, I will be happy. Colors that affect us and our children, ingredients whose name’s we can’t pronounce, to artificial man -made foods that only enhance the bottom line of the manufacturer, has to go. The nxt 4 years are going to be an exciting time for our country, even the Trump haters.
The fact that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a condition called spasmodic dysphonia, which affects his voice, I think will make him have more empathy for people suffering from other diseases.
And for 71 years of age he is in super human shape otherwise, and could certainly teach us a thing or two about nutrition and exercise!

Another great choice to clean up America. Love him or not he will give a great account of himself and adds to the Dream Team Trump is assembling. Will everything go smoothly, not necessarily, but RFK Jr. will be straight with the American people. This is all people want is people who will be honest and bring corrective ideas to the table. God it is so nice to watch an administration work without lying to the American people.
He also needs to stop the mandates for all vaccines. The children’s immunization schedule is disgusting and must be changed.
I would like to see Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine made legal to purchase over the counter for all that can take it. Precautions should be taken as well. Have not read where anyone can be one that cannot take. It is sold over the counter in many countries. Why is it not here? Inexpensive in many countries,why not here?
I would agree with the first three. His work along with DOGE could wind up saving the American tax payers billions of dollars in unnecessary prescription meds. I also hope he can do something to encourage medical schools to teach students about health and wellness, not just how to treat diseases.

Like it or not, America is a nation addicted to drugs. I formally worked in a senior care facility. I was shocked to see the amount of drugs some of the residents were given each day. Instead of looking for other alternatives to a problem some doctors just give another drug to the already drugged individual. Nutrition never played a significant role in their care. Sometimes family members had to step in and demand certain drugs were stopped, and then positive things happened. When doctors cannot take the time to treat the whole person and only know how to push another drug, something is wrong with the system. That goes to the food industry as well. We are so far from the natural foods our ancestors ate it’s ridiculous. Then, we can’t seem to figure out why there are so many diseases and conditions in our children. Anyone that can help with our health care crisis should be applauded. The fact that President Trump has appointed former democrats for his dream team is amazing in itself. Go MAGA!
Why do food companies make TWO different versions of their products at the same plant–one with chemicals banned in Europe and one for us? Why are drug company officials on government-run “health boards”–isn’t that a conflict of interest?
I was forced to vote before I could comment. The Drats are going to do to RFK same thing they are doing to Trump, use lawfare to stop him from doing anything. Obama and other Drat presidents appointed so many judges that RFK will not be able to accomplish much if anything. Trumps every move is being stymied by some judge so apparently our form of government where elected officials represent the people – IS GONE. What is really going on in the skies over our nation? For too many years now, on a beautiful, crystal clear day, or a clear moonlit night, I have looked up and saw what looks like planes (or perhaps drones?) way up in the atmosphere, criss-crossing the skies and leaving trails of white vapor in their wake. Some people I have talked to about this dismiss the vapor as ice crystals because the planes are so far up, but, if this is the case, then why do these “ice crystals” gradually fan out into odd-shaped clouds and a day or so afterwards the skies become overcast? Without sounding like a tin hat wearing conspiracy theorist, could these planes or drones actually be part of some sort of government experiment, and are releasing toxins into the atmosphere in order to study their effects on the earth and especially on human beings? Given the recent unearthing of some of the most despicable acts of corruption committed by our federal government, I suppose anything is possible these days.

As much as HHS needs RFK Jr to undo the damage a generation of career bureaucrats has done to the department, I remain skeptical, but not due to the vaccine thing. I so often dislike the way these polls are phrased. My expectations and my desires are two entirely different things. I would hope the 2nd answer is what will happen, based on what I know about him. But my expectations are that he will be fighting battles with every step and will have to choose his battles, to accomplish what he can.

As a person with kidney disease, finding foods that are not loaded with salt, phosphates, potassium and protein can be a challenge. They may lower the salt content, but to make it taste better, they jack up the potassium. And, if you ever look at the nutrition label, they never list the phosphates level and percentage…that’s voluntary by the mfg.
An area that would reap huge benefits is getting the restaurant industry to reduce the salt content of their products. To stay healthy, a person should have roughly 2,000 mg of sodium per day. Take a look on the internet, pick any chain restaurant and search for the corporate name followed by ‘nutrition information’. It’ll bring up their menu, look at the sodium…many servings are over 2,000 mg of sodium and it’s NOT hard to find servings with 5,000 mg or more. If he’d speak to the industry and ask them to cut the sodium by 30-50%, it would be a big win for everyone.
I agree the vaccine schedule for infants needs a review. No science here, but seems like it’s too many vaccines in a short period of time.
Also, agree on the pharma ads. Pharma has money to burn, it’s a big money maker for the media. Do you think the media is going to report issues with medicines and bite the hand that feeds them?
The major issue is the amount of pushback he is going to get by lawsuits from pharma companies, trying to protect their milk train. So far all he has talked about I have researched separately and he is right on. Especially vaccines. For the most part they are unnecessary. You can’t justify why a baby fresh out of the womb needs a vaccine for sexual transmitted disease. No baby I know wants to have sex the day after they are born.

One thing I TRULY believe, after MUCH study, is that MSG is a bigger culprit in our food and sometimes medications than most know. It is very destructive to the human body and brain. There is probably truth to problems with vaccines, but I don’t believe the investigation should stop there. I TRULY believe MSG is a bigger culprit in autism, than anything else. And, many other diseases. MSG is in everything on the grocery shelf, unless you shop only on the outer isles, and even the, you must check ingredients. And, understand, it is usually not listed as MSG or monosodium glutamate, but under MANY names, unless you have researched like I have, you would never look at them as MSG. I had hoped the Truth in Labeling Act would have fixed this, but like everything else, Congress apparently wrote it so companies can hide the real name.
MSG also has been proven addictive and to cause obesity.
The FDA won’t ben it, like was done in Europe years ago, because high executives from Monsanto, headed up the FDA. They ALL need to go and be banned from ever sitting anywhere near government again. Any testing on MSG was also done by the companies, not independent institutions.

There is a reason that people who love this nation, who are true patriots, are rejecting MAHA and MAGA. It’s because they know those things are empty slogans. They understand that everything that is happening has been planned and orchestrated by the globalist cabal.
Trump supposedly gave us “Warp Speed”, something for which he continually congratulates himself. Do you really believe a “vaccine” was developed in less than a year simply because he ordered scientists to do it? If that was true, why doesn’t he demand they find the cure for cancer immediately, too?
The vaccines were developed years before Trump was (s)elected. The mythical “Cov-id” was for the purpose of vax xing the world, brought to you by the US government’s DoD through their D A R P A program. The goal is depopulation and control of the survivors. We can no longer take anything at face value. We live in a time when people are cheering for a president whose actions during his previous administration caused death and injury to millions through toxic shots. Why have so many either chosen to forget this or simply get angry when that fact is brought up? Why is he not accountable for this? And why does he still champion the shots, and is going ahead with “mRNA” research?
Please understand again, that everything happening is by design. The globalists are calling the shots because they own the majority of everything produced and manufactured in the world. For proof of this, recall how every leader of all the major nations of the world used the same terminology “Build Back Better” and used the exact same script of lockdowns, masks, shots, mandates, etc. The coordination of this was breathtaking and not a coincidence.
We want our country back, but we must recognize that we are being ruled by traitors. JFKjr has stated “I am fiercely pro-vaccine” and “I don’t think we should mandate vaccines for all Americans UNLESS we determine that they’re safe.” Keep in mind that everyone appointed or elected in our current government has those positions because the globalists want them there.

I’m looking forward to RFK Jr. getting some of the chemical additives and dyes out of our food and soft drinks, and getting high fructose corn syrup out of our soft drinks, and replaced with sugar and other natural sweeteners, and hopefully with less sweetener (e.g. Stevia extract). I’ve never been a fan of super sweet drinks. Supposedly, high fructose corn syrup is sweeter than sugar AND our bodies don’t know what to do with it, and so turn it straight into FAT.

I hope he works on eliminating the nasty ingredients added to all the store-bought food we eat. Nothing tastes the same anymore. Like in Italy, I wish, when an item has fruit flavoring, that it be real fruit. And, I have a strong sense of taste; so, all these preservatives come thru in the flavor or leave an after-taste. Have you noticed how a loaf of packaged bread hardly ever goes bad nowadays (if no moisture is involved)?? All those preservatives affect the taste and God knows what some of these preservatives really are!
Companies change the recipe of their products to make them cheaper to produce. I’ve even stopped buying some items that, I feel and taste, are inferior to past versions. Labels should include ingredients, boldly printed, and categorized like the salt, sugar, and caloric content boxes already being used, I believe.
Obviously, the FDA needs major overhauling just like all the other Federal entities that are finally being cleaned-out and sanitized. Without regard to the pressures of lobbyists and corporations that have gotten away with victimizing us while their foreign businesses have to adhere to higher standards!!
