All of those listed have captured negative news for un-American behavior and role-modeling at one time or another. I chose Joe Biden and Kamala Harris because they are the actual FACES of our country and should present us in the best, strongest light to the rest of the world. It was a toss-up for me between Harris and Mayorkas. Border Security is probably tops on my list of things to fix. Ultimately, though, Harris is the back-up to the Presidency and ranks above Mayorkas accordingly.
