Unprecedented reforms must come to the US justice system. There has been WAY too much pandering to the unlawful, the hardened criminals, and the zero-accountability crowd. Regardless of what MSM has/is reporting about the Trump trial, the trial was not fair. The statute of limitations had run out on Trump’s misdemeanor charges, but DA Bragg claimed that in Trump’s case, he spent too much time out of New York State, which extended the statute of limitations (Bragg changed the rule). Further, elevating misdemeanor charges to felonies for “election fraud” is a case for the Feds, not state. Also, jury instructions were beyond biased to “get Trump.” Judge Merchan stated that if Trump has broken any of 3 laws, he could be found guilty (this is unprecedented and will be challenged in an appeal). Also, Merchan disallowed witnesses on election fraud that would have helped Trump’s case. In Trump’s case, the Judge, Merchan, donated to a group called, “Stop Republicans,” as well as a donation to Joe Biden. The NY Bar Association does not allow Judges to donate to political groups. Merchan should have recused himself.
The entire case against Trump stinks of politically motivated corruption. DA Bragg received a million dollars in donations from George Soros. I guess you could say that Bragg has now “paid” in kind for the Soros donation. Ultimately, this case has signaled to all businesses in New York that no one is safe from being targeted if New York politicians and the DA do not like or approve what the business Leader is doing or saying. What justice system?
Unprecedented reforms must come to the US justice system. There has been WAY too much pandering to the unlawful, the hardened criminals, and the zero-accountability crowd. Conversely, victims and people responding to the abuses of the unlawful are being punished unjustifiably. The very notion that squatters can take over a property is unfathomable, that people will watch a mugging rather than intervene, that its now OK to murder and awalk from jail in hours all as un-American as anything I can imagine.. All of this MUST be reversed quickly, unapologetically and meaningful punishments must be restored. Law enforcement must be allowed to do their jobs, even at the cost of people who bring force on themselves. I wil never get when criminals disobey a lawful order that its the officer who gets punished. ALL of that liberal insanity is beyond comprehension to most people, exept others with liberal insanity.
I normally don’t like retribution, but in this case, we already know and have evidence on Hillary as provided by Comey. Now that the Democrats have ended statue of limitations against Trump , then we should make at least this time to get even by getting the old mouth dirt bag!!
This trial, and the others against Trump, have been orchestrated to eliminate him from the election. The fact that charges were brought against him in several locations at basically the same time is suspicious in itself. Although judges and prosecutors are entitled to their political opinions, those should never play into their legal decisions. The last couple of decades there has been a push to dumb down, indoctrinate, and divide people, which has led to this sorry result. It’s part of the Marxist plan to take over the country, which we must strongly resist.
The reforms are badly needed but will only happen if the Democrats are replaced in the election, so choosing that option was questionable. The first or second choice was more logical and I chose the second. I know Trump is brash, flamboyant, and speaks his mind. Thal’s his personality and some people have an issue with it. But his policies as president were exemplary overall, and his personality does not begin to justify the rabid hatred of him. Warts and all, he is a far better man and American than his haters. TDS is a very real mental disorder needing serious treatment.Of course the swamp, meaning the democrats, any leaning left, and the power hungry elites feeding off the taxpayers including some corporations, hate that Trump exposed them and are fighting back.
Regardless of what MSM has/is reporting about the Trump trial, the trial was not fair. The statute of limitations had run out on Trump’s misdemeanor charges, but DA Bragg claimed that in Trump’s case, he spent too much time out of New York State, which extended the statute of limitations (Bragg changed the rule). Further, elevating misdemeanor charges to felonies for “election fraud” is a case for the Feds, not state. Also, jury instructions were beyond biased to “get Trump.” Judge Merchan stated that if Trump has broken any of 3 laws, he could be found guilty (this is unprecedented and will be challenged in an appeal). Also, Merchan disallowed witnesses on election fraud that would have helped Trump’s case. In Trump’s case, the Judge, Merchan, donated to a group called, “Stop Republicans,” as well as a donation to Joe Biden. The NY Bar Association does not allow Judges to donate to political groups. Merchan should have recused himself.
The entire case against Trump stinks of politically motivated corruption. DA Bragg received a million dollars in donations from George Soros. I guess you could say that Bragg has now “paid” in kind for the Soros donation. Ultimately, this case has signaled to all businesses in New York that no one is safe from being targeted if New York politicians and the DA do not like or approve what the business Leader is doing or saying. Is our justice system corrupt? Look no further than this case against President Trump. To say our Justice system needs a major overhaul is an obvious understatement. What a horrible precedent this case has set for all Americans.
What people do not understand, Trump is a nationalist. The globalist are working for a one world government, which will eventually come. The powers of Hell are working against Trump and Christians, why should we be surprised by what is happening.
Ever since George Soros figured out that screwing up the Judicial system and started funding radical judges we’ve had problems. Now we know what his intent was all along. To destroy America in any way he can. Let the criminals out of jail and on the streets and go after your political opponents. Soros is an EVIL man and he and Obama are doing a good job of diluting America through Biden with people who have no alliance to the United States. We need divine intervention and TRUMP to stop this insanity. I can over look some of the un-refinements of Trump because his heart is in the right place. America can only survive if We the People fight back! We need to live in Freedom and Justice, if we can’t then we are doomed!
I’m usually one of strong opinions, but will have to pass on making any concrete convictions on this one. There’s really no telling how this sham in the name of “justice” will have any effect on lower courts across the land, but may causes certain judges and prosecutors to rethink their agendas,hidden or otherwise. I agree with all but being an isolated case. If you do not drain the swamp it will not matter what congress does.
The bigger question would be after a verdict in the Hunter Biden case. If he gets acquitted, what would that mean? Definitely would show that the legal system is two tier and biased

Not one option offered by AMAC is the correct answer, which is all the cases against Trump are prime examples of the Democrat Party embracing Soviet era show trials as a means to harass and punish their opposition. I believe the Democrats have used the judicial system to unfairly target political opponents. I do not understand why George Soros has not been tried for Treason as he has been using his vast wealth to sway elections in this Country in favor of people who are clearly Marxists! Mark Zuckerberg should be held accountable as well. They want to overthrow our Constitutional Republic which is Treason!! Both of Trump’s NY trials were and are a travesty of justice and should be overturned by a higher court, but this will never undo the damage they have done to him personally, financially, and to his political career! People need to wake up! If they can do this to a U.S. President then nothing will stop them from coming after us as well.
I am amazed (I probably shouldn’t be) that it seems that all the prosecutors and judge gunning for Donald Trump are Democrats. Justice is supposed to be blind.
The NY Trump trial did not expose the deep biases.
The Deep judicial biases in blue states and districts have ALWAYS been known.
On the other hand, prosecuting a President exposed NOONE IS SAFE from lawfare D.A.s and judges.
Now that it appears that someone posted on social media that the fix was in and Trump was guilty before the jury started deliberating the verdict should be thrown out and fat-ass Bragg should not re-try this case as it’s nothing more than illegal lawfare against the presidential candidate for the republican party. It’s just one more douche-baggy thing done by Joe (I pooped my pants) Biden.
This trial and the other three against Trump have proven to the world America (1) is a world power in disarray, (2) unmoored from its foundational constitutional strength, (3) without its original moral restraints based upon its Biblical underpinning, (4) being destroyed by unrestrained vain human philosophies, and (5) unreliable as an ally. Reform of all three branches of government will accomplish nothing unless our people return to the Giver of freedom, forsake our sinful pride, and seek His forgiveness as individuals and a nation.

We must control these offices. District Attorneys, EPA etc.

It is difficult to understand how the hate that the democrats have for President Trump and conservatives allow them to determine that it is acceptable to prosecute him saying that he made his money by not paying the contractors that worked for him. I am sure that contracts were in place that had penalties for work that didn’t meet standards. The public is not often privy to private contracts. Even if we were true, a rumor is not a reason to prosecute a person on a charge that is not a crime. This is another version of MY TRUTH not the truth.
The stupidest part is there was no bookkeeping error. It was a legal expense. It was not related to campaign funding, and there was no crime. Every business makes decisions like this every day. Accounting is always full of gray areas. This trial was not based in reality or law. I will not help them with their pretend system of justice.
We really need an all of the above for some of these polls. As for effect? On the one hand the fact that the campaign raised over 53 million in about 24 hours speaks volumes. On the other hand the number of people who can’t see through the sham of a trial is very disheartening and a little worrisome. Their plan could theoretically succeed.
This is no longer left vs. right anymore this is a power grab by evil people. I have said it before and I will say it again the only way to save our Constitution is to use our Constitution with an article IV convention of the states. It is the only way we can control Washington.
Ever Since Congress failed to impeach chief Justice John Marshall Congress has proven useless at representing either We The People or defending the Constitution! How and Why would they do better now?
All the answers have merit. I chose the second because it points out the way the present two party system is failing ordinary citizens. This election shows the deep divides between the extreme right and left. Most ordinary citizens support neither. The choices are between far left, far right or drop out.
I have two issues. First most of the choices except unsure are true to some degree. However, most importantly I am truly disappointed to see it is always Democrats vs Republicans. How about the fact that “We the People” abdicated for the most part our responsibility years ago. Doesn’t matter the party what matters is that we have not bothered to band together for truth, justice, and God hence we have lost almost all of it. When Clinton was not impeached had their been riots and demonstrations and enough of us banding together he would have been out. That would not have fixed the mess only delayed it. We are ignorant of our real history and we must hold ourselves accountable for this lack. There are some really decent individuals in politics, just very very few on either side. Go back many years ago and research the true definition of the word human. See how it is defined in our Bible. Start working on the hard truths of our ignorance. FYI is you knew the actual definition of the word you would Never use it. It has been perverted just like so much of our language.
