The main reason the Tea Party formed was to peacefully protest government overreach. The government effort to squash the movement sent it underground. It reemerged as the MAGA movement with Donald Trump as its figurehead and default leader. Laws designed to prevent people from protecting themselves will ultimately fail. Inanimate objects like: SUVs, cars, knives, guns, and assault weapons (whatever they are) will never do damage themselves. It is people who use these things to harm others that must be held accountable. People who hold gavels to break laws must also be held accountable.

Constitutionally speaking, the federal government has ZERO authority to ban any of these things. Nowhere in the US Constotution are the feds given such power, and therefore such bans are an USURPATION OF POWER – which is illegal. For a list of government’s limited powers, see Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.
Democrats are much worse than Republicans in trampling the Constitution, but neither party fully obeys it and neither party wants to return to constitutional, limited power government. I actually wanted to pick the first AND last statements. I don’t believe in too much government control over our lives so we should be allowed to choose what we want. I also don’t happen to believe that “climate change” is an issue, but I DO think we should take care of our planet so anything that helps with that is good. What this administration is doing is NOT helping our planet. Killing wildlife and aquatic life, wrecking ecosystems and cutting down oxygen producing trees to make “wind” and “solar” farms does NOT help our world, it harms it.

Decided to do some research on this topic before commenting, CBN — the Christian Broadcasting Network published an article March 16 , written by Steve Warren that appears to be an honest, intelligent report on the matter. Apparently there is an idea by those who favor government involvement in the lives of the citizens of this country, to make washing machines very inefficient, costly, and time consuming to use. That backwards, upside down way of thinking is supposed to be some sort of solution to some environmental concerns involving washing machine use. It sounds like corruption more than anything else. This is another attempt by the leftists to interfere in the lives of people , to gain some degree of control over people and it should be resisted in any way possible. If there is any humor to be found in any of this maybe it would be something that could involve an underground laundromat movement if this so-called ban were to happen. Washing clothes a political matter ? Something is way off with this idea . May God guide the United States of America on a course towards liberty and common sense.

Mark Levine pointed out in one of his books (can’t recall title) that there is almost NO aspect of our lives that the govt has not regulated: light bulbs, paint on/in your home, water flow restrictions on showers, toilet tank flush gallons used, car mileage, electricity/gas usage on appliances…. If there is anything they haven’t regulated it’s only a matter if time.

I used to use a 100 watt light bulb to keep my well house warm enough to prevent freezing. Since they stopped making them several years ag o I now use a 1200 watt milk house heater. Where is the energy savings in that? People don’t think.

Natural gas is one of the cleanest and most readily available resources to us in this country. Why are we trying to limit this? What’s the alternative, electric? How are we going to provide the amount of electricity for cooking, heating, charging cars, etc? We’ll have continuous rolling blackouts. That’s what it’s really about. The Cabal does not care about climate change (which does not exist), it’s called weather. This has to do with the control of the masses. They can monitor electrical use but can’t monitor other energy sources as easily. Electricity is easy to monitor and far more effective to control the behavior of the provider’s customers. These “bans” are a planned strategy to control people. They are implemented slowly and as people become accustomed to each ban, a new more restrictive, ban is implemented. Our speech is already being controlled. Our Constitution is becoming just a piece of paper, our laws are being ignored and enforced unequally by corrupt officials … the open Southern Border and uneven prosecution of criminal acts are examples. Joe Biden is the no more than a “hood-ornament”, but the real work and transformation is alive, well, and going on under that hood. We are in trouble.
