It’s that time of year again! As the summer heat continues, Democrats are feverishly whipping up hysteria about global warming in an effort to induce a national panic attack and frighten us into surrendering more of our freedoms. This means spending more on energy, paying higher taxes, and radically changing our way of life. But it’s not just the fearmongering that energizes certain politicians, they also like to condemn their political enemies for having the astounding power of making it hot outside.
On Twitter, Hillary Clinton managed to put down her glass of chardonnay to furiously blame “MAGA Republicans” for the summer heat. That’s right—it’s not enough to indict Donald Trump on everything from waking up in the morning to the Lindbergh baby kidnapping; now Monica Lewinsky’s ex-boyfriend’s wife wants to indict Trump’s 75 million supporters for…the weather.
The left-wing media are joining in this effort, disseminating misleading stories about how greenhouse gases — emitted by the combustion of coal, oil, and natural gas — are creating hell on Earth this month with soaring temperatures.
Gotta keep the fear ramped up. So forget about global warming, our betters have decided the new deadly nightmare of “global boiling” has arrived. Not enough fear? They’ll come up with a new, crazier theme. Like with the film “Jaws,” it’s no good to keep the threat regular-sized. The threatening creatures have got to be BIGGER and SCARIER.
Breaking news for global climate alarmists: Summer is always hot, and some Summers are hotter than others. But Democrats and their leftist handlers want us to believe we’re experiencing the hottest summer ever so that they can come to our rescue with their all-purpose solution for every perceived crisis: make Big Government even bigger, fund it with ever-higher taxes, empower it to impose ever-more draconian regulations and force us all to fall in line and follow orders.
Now we’re being told by the same egotistical and bumbling bureaucratic machine that forced onto us COVID measures causing social, cultural, and economic catastrophes that no price is too high to pay to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels. Yet greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S. are already falling dramatically, plummeting by 20 percent from 2005 to 2020, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Fossil fuels account for over 80 percent of global energy consumption. Quickly ending or severely curtailing fossil fuel use would require the government to assume unprecedented control over our lives (which is the point)— telling us what vehicles we can drive, what energy sources we can use to provide heating, cooling, and electricity to our homes and businesses; and limiting our energy consumption so we’d be sweltering when temperatures are high and shivering when temperatures are low. Many of us would also likely experience electricity brownouts and blackouts.
The fearmongering about climate change buttresses the radical Democratic environmental agenda that calls for keeping trillions of dollars worth of America’s abundant, affordable, efficient, and reliable fossil fuel resources forever locked away underground, forcing much of the world to depend on fossil fuel imports from other nations for many years to come.
Instead of creating energy jobs in America and reducing our foreign trade deficit by selling more fossil fuel energy abroad, we are letting Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iran, and other nations meet global energy needs.
The latest scaremongering headline has the Democrat and the left-wing media loudly and misleadingly proclaiming global temperatures in June and July were the hottest ever and warning that temperatures will continue to rise due to greenhouse gas emissions. But there are several big problems with these claims.
First, there’s some dispute over exactly how to measure the average global temperature. In an op-ed, this month in The Wall Street Journal, Steve Milloy, a senior legal fellow at the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, presents a convincing case that the average global temperature on July 3 and 4 this year was actually 57.5 degrees Fahrenheit and not the 62.6 degrees estimated by the University of Maine. If true, this means the temperature was not a record high.
Second, in 2021 the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration excitedly told us that another summer heat record was broken – by less than a hundredth of a degree—beating the previous hottest summer of all time…in 1936. But now, don’t fret. It really, really, is getting worse and worse, and we must implement President Biden’s policies to save our lives and our economy from the unrelenting summer heat, except for those pesky 85 years between 1936 and 2021.
Third, global temperatures have only been tracked since 1850 — a tiny fraction of the Earth’s history, which goes back more than 4.5 billion years. “Compared to most of Earth’s history, today is unusually cold; we now live in what geologists call an interglacial — a period between glaciations of an ice age,” according to the U.S. government website Climate.gov. For example, some 55 million years ago, the North and South Poles were free of ice caps, and palm trees and crocodiles thrived north of the Arctic Circle.
The most recent period of global cooling, known as the Little Ice Age, lasted from about 1300 to 1850 — the time global temperature recordkeeping began. Scientists believe global temperatures dropped by up to 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit during the Little Ice Age. Since then, global temperatures have risen about 2.2 degrees Fahrenheit — still below where they were before the Little Ice Age.
All this shows that the only thing constant about global temperatures is that they have always been changing, with and without human beings being in the picture.
In the meantime, human achievement and invention continue to improve our ability to adapt to nature’s extreme weather events. Today our energy infrastructure and modern inventions such as air-conditioning, heating, and refrigeration save lives all around the world while improving the quality of life for us all.
We should never underestimate the power of new scientific discoveries to change our world for the better and solve problems that now seem insurmountable. This has happened over and over again throughout human history.
What’s most important to understand about the global warming hysteria preached by progressives is that it’s not really about the environment at all. It’s a pretext to give the government greater power to control our lives. As free men and women, we must see their agenda for what it is and refuse to submit to the loss of our liberty.
The drumbeat of the left’s propaganda machine continues to drone on. Pitching the nonsense of man-made climate change to the ignorant masses, that are gullible enough to fall for it. The climate on this planet has been changing throughout the entire 4 billion years the earth has been in existence. Real climate change is measured over several hundred to tens of thousands of years. It is not measured in months or even a few decades or a century.
The sun’s activity and the earth’s rotation around the sun, with periodic changes in the earth’s magnetosphere, is what governs climate change. Basic astrophysics. Of course, the left has no interest in science or hard, verifiable data, so they instead pitch the nonsense that mankind entering the industrial age a couple of hundred years ago has set in motion a catastrophe that can only be corrected by mankind returning to the lifestyle of the mid 1700s. Including a reduction of the earth’s population to 1/4 of what it is today. If you look at what of the hard-core, left-wing environmentalists are proposing, they essentially say as much.
Most of the public can’t distinguish the difference between pollution and so-called climate change, so the Democrats constantly conflate the two as if they are inter-related. Which of course they are not. Their talking point against Republicans and anyone else who object to the forced march back to living in a feudal society is “You must be against clean water and clean air too.” Which just highlights how shallow the left’s understanding of climate science truly is. It is yet another attempt to use an emotional and irrational argument to deflect from the flawed scientific rationale they put forth regarding man-made climate change.
In the end, the left needs to keep the population in a constant state of fear and panic about an impending crisis about to destroy humanity. All so they can continue to push forward their ruinous economic and social policies that serve to extend their power and wealth further. As I’ve said before, this so-called man-made climate change is the biggest and most ambitious financial scheme ever perpetuated on the world. It will devastate hundreds of million lives around the globe, all for the sake of enriching and empowering a select few. Literally hundreds of trillions of dollars are set to be redistributed from the masses into the pockets of a very select few over the next 20 years per all the existing legislation and policies already being carried out.
Tell me, why is it that ONLY Americans are to suffer under Climate Change Restrictions? If it’s so real, why is it that the Chinese, Russian, Indian or in fact European peoples AREN’T rushing to address this issue? That makes it BOGUS in my eyes! After all, are Americans the only culprits in committing Climate Change issues? Seems that way! If the rest of the world isn’t, then don’t ask me to!

Earth has gone through many many climate cycles since it formed. We’ve had ice ages, tropical heat ages, temperate climates, etc. — all very cyclical. No one has yet provided a solid model that shows man is responsible for any climate change, but the current advocates are getting rich fast off their insistence on our fault and fear mongering.
All this hysteria is in preparation for a declared Climate Emergency in order to give the government unlimited powers over us.

strange, when I was growing up in central Texas, I recall temps over 100 degrees for a few days. Can I recall how many, no but it was certainly more than once and no-one said more then “it’s sue a hot one today” about it.
My how the science has changed since then.
I live in the Palm Springs area and we are actually having a mild summer. We haven’t hit 120 degrees even once this summer which is unusual. It’s a little more humid than usual, but it’s keeping the temperature down so we’ll deal with it accordingly. By the way, since Edison company is still trying to update their antiquated system, we’ve already had a blackout. Go figure!
When I see them living in caves and eating berries I will believe they have the courage of their convictions. Until them I will see them for the liars that they are.

We’re in the middle of Covid again, screaming for something to be done and we do things that have no actual effect on the outcome. We spent billions on masks and vaccines – did they save us or did this thing just run it course? We’re shooting from the hip again. Everyone believes we should stop treating the planet so badly. But are we changing the climate – the weather? Maybe we should stop playing in outer space and focus on our planet. Did you ever stop to think, nothing leaves this planet. Everything we started with is still here; maybe in a different form but it’s still here, nothing leaves. We need to live in moderation, balance the scale not tip it in the opposite direction and create another problem.

Climate change has always been with us – before fossil fuel impacts. Greenland was actually Green at one point in time. This latest environmental hoax is meant to justify income redistribution. I read recently that Mr. Biden wants red states to pay for blue state climate projects. That sounds unconstitutional and also like income redistribution.
Watching the local weather every morning here in Central Texas, something interesting has caught my eye – a big high pressure cell that has persisted for a month, drifting back and forth across Arizona through Texas and back again. There’s been an abundance of 100 degree or higher temperature days during the time with little or no rainfall. The ten day forecast shows every coming day to be above 100 and dry. Where’s our rain? Due to the pressure forcing the jet stream to stay far North, the Northeast is getting more than their share.
The unnatural behavior of this high pressure cell has once again made me wonder about the HAARP program and it’s purpose.
In 1988 we had an unusually hot summer where i live. The commies jumped on it, screeching that this was the way it was going to be. Well, the next summer was cool and rainy as was the next. Of course the commie media did their best to not point out to dem robots that nature was correcting for an extreme year.
The left if partly right. The Bible predicts, 2000 years ago, that a day will come when man will shake his fist at God because of scorching heat. However, it isn’t man’s doing, as God controls the climate. That’s in the bible, also. God created the entire universe. It’s His to run and rule. If people loved God and obeyed His rules, He wouldn’t have to punish the earth. He loves everyone, but will only save the ones who ask His sin free son, who shed His blood for the atonement of humans, to save them. It’s up to us to ask to be saved. That hot day seems to be fast approaching. First the true church will be removed from the earth, then the 7 year tribulation period will happen. Decision time is now.
Finally, an explanation of why I am experiencing frizzy hair this summer! It is all due to “GLOBAL BOILING”!!! Frizzy hair is definitely a drawback to living on planet earth now. The term global boiling doesn’t even sound intelligent. Hmmmm! Maybe because it’s not.
I live in Southwestern Pennsylvania, and we have had a mild summer, on the cool side. I have large gardens, fruit and nut orchards, etc. and keep detailed records of the weather on my farm over the past 35 years. There is nothing about this summer that is remotely different than normal – except that media hysteria surrounds every warm day. Just this week we had a day where temperatures were predicted to be in the upper 80s – pretty normal for July around here. We had “extreme heat advisories” in place as though a normal summer day was something to be concerned about. The tomatoes, peppers and corn loved it, the dog laid around more than the previous day, and I spent a little more time in the shade. Didn’t seem like an emergency of any kind to me. When I moved to this property in July 34 years ago, we had 14 straight days of over 100 degrees. That was unusual, this isn’t.

I read a comment elsewhere that the fear mongers are using a “heat index” temperature and not actual temperature readings. Sort of like wind chill factor in cold weather.

Natural events have produced emissions long before weather temperatures have been recorded and they continue today. A prime example is the forest fires in Canada and the volcano in one of the pacific islands. One of these events could easily all of the emission reductions for more than a year.

First of all, I’m not a paranoid person (normally); however, since the ‘strange’ weather has been occurring in the last few years it made me think of a story I saw on one of the news stations around 10 to 15 years ago (maybe long?). In it they discussed the Chinese toying with experiments and/or equipment that could possibly affect the weather. An inference was made that the US, too, was looking into such things in order to ‘prevent’ global famine. I believe that there was a station in Alaska or the Arctic circle. Not sure.
This memory has been nagging me as of late. Does anyone else recall seeing, hearing or reading of such a thing?
I had the same line of thinking believing that the climate has been changing for ages, and this is just another phase, and not because of greenhouse gases caused by using fossil fuels. However, I just read something yesterday about a volcanic eruption in the south Pacific in January, 2022 called Hunga Tonga. Haven’t ever heard of it? Neither had I. Probably because that would go against the panic being thrown at us by Democrats to frighten us into falling in line with their mandates on climate change. I believe this is the main reason why the temperatures have gotten so hot this year, and it will last for a few more years! Here’s a quote from an article I read yesterday, “The amount of water vapor ejected was 10 per cent of the stratosphere’s typical stock. It was enough to temporarily warm the surface of Earth. It is estimated that an excess of water vapour should remain for 5–10 years.” AMAC should research this and report on it since the main stream media isn’t doing it.
My major in college was Geology. Knowing the history of the earth made it easy to see what the climate change zealots were up to – no good. But how you convince a large portion of the world’s population who know little and seem to have no desire to learn more that their lives are in more danger from the purveyors of the agenda and what they have planned than they are from any natural reality. Reading the stories about the Maui fires tells me we have our work cut out for us. There wasn’t one person interviewed that didn’t blame the fires on global climate change. But when I saw how people were quick to sign their lives over to government on all levels during COVID I realized that the good guys could well lose the war of objective truths against the onslaught of relative truths. We still have people sitting around waiting to be told to don their masks and stay home again because some new variant is on the way. Seems to me there will be little in the way of uprising, including in the USA, if these evildoers increase their power and purpose.
Mt. Tambora erupted recently and spewed H2O (not ash since it was 400 feet below sea level) raising the atmospheric moisture level 10%. The moisture content in our upper atmosphere is the major contributor to the greenhouse effect and the C02 level (.4%) is miniscule. Secondly, the sun is near its 11 year peak solar activity ending in 2025. The Pacific phase is in El Nino; the hot phase for the southern USA especially.

The current official highest registered air temperature on Earth is 56.7 °C (134.1 °F), recorded on 10 July 1913 at Furnace Creek Ranch, in Death Valley in the United States. It must have been all of those cars, airplanes, and a large population of about 800,000.

These are the same windbags who, within my memory were blathering about the next ice age! None have offered the barest hint of an explanation of how Leif Ericson discovered Greenland. We tend to think of it as a block of ice. In about 965 AD, it was green land. There were far fewer people, no power plants and at best only cottage industries. Nowadays, we have only the rubbish from the desperate left, seeking to line their pockets. Granted, that explains much.
