WASHINGTON DC, Sep 27 — Marly Hornik is Executive Director of the New York Citizens Audit and CEO of United Sovereign Americans. Her focus is on “the alarming state of election integrity in America,” she said in a new Association of Mature American Citizens Better For America interview with AMAC’s CEO Rebecca Weber.
Marly revealed “staggering findings from audits in 20 states, uncovering millions of invalid voter registrations and illegal votes. We started looking at voter rolls and federal documents that are part of our critical national security infrastructure. Congress has passed multiple laws to ensure that these lists are kept clean and accurate and what we discovered in these 20 states representing 338 electoral college votes in the 2024 election is 29 million facially invalid registration records. The question is not, was there fraud? The question is, who has done this to our voting system? Why are our election officials standing down? How is it that they are coming out and certifying elections as if they represent the will of eligible citizen voters from the United States of America and certifying those results, certifying those officials to serve as representatives for people who honestly may not have elected them.” As it turned out, she said, the states can’t answer these questions because their records are a mess.
The fact of the matter, Marly said, is that “their records show they simply don’t know who their voters are, but they give them ballots anyway and they go ahead and certify them. The elections don’t reconcile, they don’t meet accuracy requirements by Congress, but hey, you know, who’s counting? Let’s just go ahead and certify. And here we go. We lived with the results for four years, two years, and maybe decades in some places. No one really knows, but it’s time for the American people to have confidence and trust in our voting results. It’s imperative for our country, whether people are Democrat, Republican, or any other political affiliation.”
Marly offered words of encouragement during her BFA interview. “First of all, the last thing you want to do is don’t vote. Go and vote and vote and vote and vote. Just make sure that you’re there, your friends are there and your family is there. Make sure everybody you know is there. Your voice deserves to be heard in the United States of America and we are fighting to make sure that happens. So don’t quit now; hold the line. The other thing is if you have a problem voting, if you experience any kind of anomaly or irregularity in counting or casting of your ballot, please go to https://unite4freedom.com/ and follow our simple process to submit an official election misconduct report to your state officials. The third paragraph of the article pretty much lays out how the system works presently. Which of course means it is ripe for abuse on so many levels. It also points out why it was so crucial for the Republican politicians, at all levels of government, to push much harder than they actually did over the last 4 years for actual voting reforms that would have greatly improved overall election integrity.
Unfortunately, little to nothing was actually done in this area and we now face the prospect of a system that has become even less secure than it was 4 years ago. Which is why the Democrats intentionally erased our borders and invited in between 10 and 20 million additional illegal aliens from mostly socialist and communist countries over the last 4 years. Democrats exploit any weakness in a system to gain an advantage. So more like-minded voters, that have only known socialism or communism their whole lives and have been told by the Democrat funded NGOs they owe this gift of being taken care of for their rest of their lives by the American taxpayer to the Democrat Party, to vote straight line Democrat.
Are illegals voting in our elections illegal and criminal? Sure, but the Democrats don’t care as they believe in doing whatever it takes to win and achieve their goals. They ignore or disregard laws all the time, when it is advantageous for them to do so without any real consequences. Democrats have always been about doing whatever it takes to win and gain more power and control.
I do find this part of the article almost amusing: “And if you go to the polls and have a problem or anyone, you know, has a problem, fill out an election misconduct report form and that’s going to help us secure the election. We have pre-positioned litigation to use your reports to save our country.” So as the illegal votes are all being counted along with the legal votes, lawyers will be racing around to find a judge that doesn’t automatically say “You lack standing, so go away.” like what has been done since 2020. It’s always better to prevent the illegal action from occurring in the first place, than to scramble after the fact to try and clean up a mess that was completely preventable. Lots of states squandered the last 4 years by NOT addressing the flaws introduced into the voting system in 2020 by not addressing and correcting them.
Now that this corruption has been exposed, what’s being done to prevent this crap from happening before the election??? Pursuing litigation after the election gets stolen won’t help at all. Just look back to all the 2020 election fraud that was proven, only to be ignored and dismissed by liberal judges. This is very disturbing and discouraging.

Here on the left coast we’re encouraged to vote early and often. Okay nevermind that last part. Our government officials strike down voter integrity measures such as positive identification for legal voters is essentially an endorsement to cheat, but like anything government, there are already laws for unlawful voters. This is one example of our system ignoring laws they disagree with and sadly it’s normal.

The intent and willingness of our “Democrats” (who clearly oppose “Democracy”) to commit voter fraud, conduct phony lawsuits, and bring false criminal charges against conservatives, shows the utmost in national corruption, false entitlement, and depravity.

Praise for Marley Hornik and the good work she is doing. She has the right spirit for helping to keep this Constitutional Republic a sovereign nation. The Declaration of Independence is a great guide to living right. In the list of grievances in the Declaration it can be seen how certain strategies that were used against the colonists had a way of connecting to make life for the colonists difficult. What is going on with election fraud is similar to what many of those grievances in the Declaration were all about. There really isn’t much more. to say about the matter. Having respect for truth and Liberty will save the United States of America. And that ‘s a fact . And it will require responsibility and courage and intelligence on the part of the right thinking citizens not just the politicians.

If this is true, then why cannot it be fixed. Did these 29 million illegal voters vote in 2020 election? If so, why did AG Bill Barr and Justice Dept say that they did not find the 2020 election to be rigged as Trump calls it. And how would this writer know how the illegal voter checked the boxes for.
This information is generally well know. Do everything possible to publish the data collected to support this article. Mail post cards to register voters with the data from their state. Use paid pages in local newspapers.Hound state and local officials with the facts uncovered in their jurisdiction.
