Biden-Harris Administration’s $5 Billion Scheme
The Inflation Reduction Act has negatively impacted Medicare Part D by driving up premiums, consolidating the Part D insurance market, and narrowing benefits. But did you know that the Biden-Harris Administration pulled a fast one and is using taxpayer dollars to offset the increased cost Medicare Part D plan sponsors are experiencing as they struggle to offer a competitive product?
The Inflation Reduction Act redesigned The Medicare Part D benefit and mandated lower out-of-pocket caps for beneficiary. It sounds great but these mandates offloaded the risks to Part D plan sponsors who had to raise premiums to compensate for the mandates. Enter the Biden-Harris Administration and their scheme to spend 5 billion taxpayer dollars to offset these increased Medicare premiums right before the election.
Their scheme got the attention of Kentucky Senator Rand Paul who is concerned that their action is a violation of the Hatch Act, which prohibits political activity conducted in an official capacity. Senator Paul is calling for an investigation.
AMAC Action applauds Senator Paul’s actions and joins him in calling for an investigation into this highly questionable scheme to artificially lower Part D premiums that were increased due to the bad law known as the Inflation Reduction Act. Don’t forget that it was Kamala Harris herself, who cast the deciding vote to pass the Inflation Reduction Act.

AMAC Action is launching GOTV efforts focusing on specific state election integrity ballot measures and constitutional amendments in AK, AZ, CO, CT, ID, NV, KY, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, OR, SD, SC, and WI. These campaigns will be deployed between 10/11/24 – 10/19/24. The issues concern ranked-choice voting, or a version thereof, jungle primaries, no-excuse absentee voting, noncitizen voting, and redistricting.
New York Prop 1
Oppose this constitutional amendment that would destroy the integrity of women’s and girls’ sports, erode parental rights, subject minors to “gender affirming” surgeries and medications, and extend constitutional rights to illegal aliens among other bad provisions.
Missouri Amendment 7
Support banning ranked-choice voting and requires US citizenship to vote.
Ohio Issue 1 Redistricting Measure
Oppose the creation of a new board that will effectively enshrine gerrymandering into the Ohio state constitution. If passed, Issue 1 will stop elected officials from drawing district lines and appoint a 15-member “citizen commission” that will not be accountable to Ohio’s voters.
Idaho Citizenship Voting Requirement for Voting Amendment
Support amending Idaho’s state constitution ensuring only citizens may vote in the state’s elections.
Kentucky Constitutional Amendment 1
Support a constitutional amendment that clarifies that only US citizens may vote in Kentucky’s elections.
Montana Prop CI 126 & CI 127
Oppose these “top 4” and ranked-choice voting measures.
North Carolina Citizenship Requirement for Voting Amendment
Support this amendment to North Carolina’s constitution to ensure only citizens may vote in the state’s elections.
South Carolina Citizenship Requirement for Voting Amendment
Support this amendment to South Carolina’s constitution to ensure only citizens may vote in the state’s elections.
Connecticut No Excuse Absentee Voting Amendment
Oppose this amendment to the Connecticut constitution that would allow anyone to request an absentee ballot with no required reason.
Arizona Prop 133 & Prop 144
Support Prop 133 which will preserve partisan primaries and prevent jungle primaries. Oppose Prop 144 which would create a single primary for all candidates and inject ranked-choice voting into Arizona’s elections.

I’m voting early just because I can’t wait to get these freaking people OUT! An ABC poll shows 59% say the economy is getting worse… I don’t know the numbers but continued high prices as I know them because I SHOP is bad!

Why so many State laws for the ALREADY dictated fact in the 14th amendment: citizens of age are the only eligible voters for National and state level elections? Enforce this dictate by requiring the verification of age and citizenship; and in its absence enact the penalty for the “abridged in any way” eligible votes (which, in fact, would require IDing all voters as to age and citizenship. Twice required voter ID in the Constitution!!!
So why did you just sit there and let the social security act of 2024 take our spouse survival rights away. To me and my spouse that was a big loss and you and AARP did nothing to preserve it. Instead of getting my social security when I die, she get’s nothing. Great job AMAC. Between AMAC and AARP social security is doomed.
