1:38 What does “meridian” have to do with Salt Lake? I lived there for years and don’t know. The rest, except fot the third one (needed 2 letter reveals), were fairly easy.
Congratulations to the creators of the Jumble. Finally, this one was done right with all the letters for the answer contained in the puzzle words. However, I couldn’t figure out what meridian had to do with Salt Lake City.

In regards to Meridian, please read John C.’s reply to Rich D. for the answer. It took me 3 or 4 letter reveals to get Meridian plus a couple for a total of 6 letter reveals, but in 2:24, my best time for this puzzle.

meridian refers to Salt Lake City’s location in relation to the Western U.S. It is the most middle spot, or meridian, of the Western United States. In the past more than now, Salt Lake City has been referred to as ‘The Crossroads of the West’.
