I was an Oregonian until 3 years ago and grew up in the shadow of Mt. Hood so I have heard of Trillium Lake but never got there. There are so many other, more well known, places in Oregon that come to mind — Multnomah Falls, Crater Lake, Mt, Hood, the Columbia River Gorge and Haystack Rock to name a few — that I would have expected to be featured this week.
