Wow, I really don’t know New Years history of traditions, scoring only 3/10. I would’ve done better had I gone with my instinct on the first two questions and knew the calendars a bit better. There was a discussion of eating grapes on New Years a couple nights ago in TV but I walked away without hearing the answer.

I learned much from this quiz concerning New Years. Good puzzle. Made me think.

Q4 – Even though it wasn’t “celebrated” in Antarctica, you could have stood immediately in 1999 and 2000 at the same time.
Q9 – The Babylonian Culture is not normally listed as existing prior to 2000 BCE.

Wow, where to start? There is no country named “Columbia“; there is, however, a country named “Colombia“. Also, the New Millennium began on January 1, 2001. Someone should really start proofreading these quizzes!

The question concerning the Babylonian Empire and resolutions is incorrectly dated. It did not exist in 2600 BC.

Love the Brain exercise. Just long enough to make it interesting.

in case you didn’t know columbia is NOT a country. Its Colombia.

Even the answer for # 1 is wrong. Colombia is spelled with two o’s, there are no u’s in the spelling of the country of Colombia.
