Got 9/15. Two of them I didn’t go with my first thought. Shame on me.

12/15 not bad. I thought the smallest national Park was Acadia in Maine. Oh well.

12 of 15. IF I would have given a little thought to it, I would have had 14 of 15. Have absolutely no idea what the smallest national park is in Ohio. I “GUESSED” that is was the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO. Somebody suggested last week that you provide the correct answers so this can also be a learning experience as well as FUN.

10 of 15 with a lot of educated guesses. Not my strongest area of knowledge.

7 out of 10, my absolute worst, so far.

Didn’t do so well but learned some things. Question 15 has a problem in my opinion. How can anything be 225 million years old when God created everything, including time, about 6 thousand years ago?

OOFAH!

Time to get out there and see more of what it is I’ve been missing as far as the National Parks Systems are concerned!

I have a problem with question 2. Alcatraz was a FEDERAL prison, NOT a California prison!

I really like the quizzes, but I wish they would provide a little more information about the “correct” answer. Just a sentence.

Any chance of getting a link to more information on the correct answer? I sure would like to know the name of the smallest National Park in Ohio. I got 10 right. With due respect for Dave and his faith, I consider God’s created testimony to be equally valid with His written testimony, and should be corrective to our understanding of His Scripture, given the huge amount of observable, repeatable evidence (carbon and other nuclear decomposition processes, the speed of light and astronomical observations, plate tectonics and associated natural processes and rates) all of which indicate a much older earth and universe.

Did OK on the Quiz. Did not get the 330 Million visitors, that’s a LOT. Smallest National Park is in Ohio. It’s Perry’s Victory and International Peace Monument on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. Have to take a ferry out of Port Clinton, Ohio to get to the National Park. Just a few acres of land. Monument is 352 feet high, and on the center part of South Bass Island, only 5 miles south of Canada. Monument has and elevator to get to the observation deck. National Park is for U.S. Navy, Commandant Oliver Hazard Perry’s victory over the British Fleet on Sept. 10th 1813 (part of the War of 1812) which preserved the Northwest Territories & Upper Great Lakes in U. S. Control. “We have met the enemy, and they are ours” Perry wrote to General William Henry Harrison.

It won’t surprise you to know that America’s largest national park is in Alaska. Covering 13.2 million acres, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve is larger than Switzerland.

At the other extreme, America’s smallest national park takes up only a few square yards in Beachwood, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. The David Berger National Memorial consists of a sculpture on the grounds of the Mandel Jewish Community Center. That’s it.

The sculpture, by David E. Davis, is known as the Berger National Memorial. It remembers David Berger, a weightlifter with dual US-Israel citizenship, who was one of the 11 Israeli athletes killed by Palestinian terrorists at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
