Jones 3 years ago I toured the Tower of London in the summer of 1963 as a young man and saw the changing of the guard. The Beefeater guards did an excellent job of passing on the history of each location within the tower grounds. I stood on the spot where Ann Bolin was executed. It was a most informative and enjoyable afternoon.. The London eye is the huge cantilevered observation wheel or Ferris wheel and has 32 capsules, or passenger capsules each hold up to 25 people. I do know the name Big Ben but always assumed it was the bane of the Elizabeth Tower versus the clock. And I know the underground railway is called The Tube. Knew Big Ben but did not know when Buckingham Palace was built and how many ravens at the Tower of London. So much to learn.
