Question 6 is not even a legitimate question.
What does it really mean “A pound of muscle burns 3 times the calories as a pound of fat. Huh?
That makes as much sense as a screen door on a submarine. It is nonsense. How does either muscle or fat do anything by itself??

I’m always tripped up by those questions like “how many muscles in the body”.

7/10. I disagree with question 8. There are roughly 600 muscles in he human body. 584 is closer than 650. But then maybe I am wrong on this one.

5 correct. At 78 still working 2 days a week and volunteering, delivering Meals on Wheels 2 days a week. Oh yeah, and doing “Honey do lists” at home. Hehehehe

It;s no wonder why so many people are out of shape. But I’m not sure about number 10 and 10,000 steps are recommended each day. That’s about 4.5 miles of walking.Not very many people do this daily.

Question 7 is incorrect. Can research for yourself – but the correct answer is they are equally important and beneficial in your diet. The fish oil is best for cardiovascular health and olive oil is better at building muscle and absorption of vitamins into your bloodstream. Most studies don’t pick one of these over the other as they both do different things to improve your health.
