I had never heard that chimps were endangered. Guess it’s like they say…”You learn something new, everyday!” Beaux 6 years ago I still very much dislike the cheesy ad(s) one has to navigate to get one’s score. I pay dues for this!? Helen E 6 years ago Thanks to my 10th grade biology teacher who reminded me of the “mighty” mitochondria from … “a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away” where I met Carl Sagan! The learning never stops but the retention ain’t too great these days! Phyllis 6 years ago 5/11. Eww. Not well read on biology. Science wasn’t my best subject. I learned a lot today. Bob K 6 years ago I would have thought a flock before murder… (but that wasnt a choice) I suspect Alfread Hitchcock had something to do witb this ! Tom 6 years ago Thank-you for your quizzes. They are invigorating and challenging. Angela 6 years ago Wow….3/11….good thing the teacher is not sending a note home to my parents. Charles R Cozzens 6 years ago 8/11 learned something! thanks Everett 6 years ago Don’t like puzzles Konnies 6 years ago 9 of 11 – Never knew tunas were nomadic or that chimps are endangered. I learned something today so it is a great day. Steve Y 6 years ago 10 out of 11. I was a zoology major in college so most questions were easy, but I missed the crocodile/alligator question. Talked myself out of the correct answer. Thanks I really enjoyed the quiz. Kerry 6 years ago What!? No question on clams??? Margaret 6 years ago Always fun to be reminded of things I forgot. If I ever knew them in the first place! Tamara 6 years ago 10/11 Also didn’t know chimps are endangered!! Jill 6 years ago Oh dear – I did not do well, but I learned some things. I got 4 out of 11. Liam 6 years ago Not too good. Only 6 of 11 correct. 🙁 Robert Ogg 6 years ago I don’t believe your answer to question 8is correct. The white rhino is endangered ! Mary 6 years ago 7 out of 11…..I,also, never heard chimps were endangered. Bandit 6 years ago I think your question about the reptiles was a bit ambiguous, crocs in Africa live in fresh water while those in Austalia live by salt water. So your question was not very specific. The question about water was not biological but a chemistry question? Terry Anderson 6 years ago 9 out of 11….those darn chimps. I had never heard they were endangered. Tarzan should hear about this! Joan 6 years ago 8 of 11 Very interesting information Fred Roach 6 years ago I agree. The white rhino is endangered and the chimpanzee is not endangered. If AMAC wants to defend their answer, they had better produce a believable source for such nonsense. David Smith 6 years ago Ya got me. White rhino ? ( more correctly wide rhino, for it’s larger mouth than the black rhino.) I was suckered into selecting of the star of stage and screen, chimpanzee. Well, I’ll be a monkey’s uncle !! You almost got me with the bit about vitamins. But I recalled that vitamin C looks like a circle with a dot in the middle (add spikes to the circle for bioflavonoids – the natural kind). How complex can that be ? I missed the rhino one – I’m cleaning erasers. Dave 6 years ago Note to self: Rods out-number cones. Lee E Glidewell 6 years ago Quite surprised to see claims that white rhinos are NOT endangered but chimpanzees ARE! Not sure I believe that one. Don’t chimpanzees breed kind of like…wait for it…rabbits?! Martin Steed 6 years ago Learned something new. Absolutely did not know that Chimps were endangered. Always thought white rhinos were. Still got 9 of 11. Not too shabby. ROBERT GEARY 6 years ago 7 of 11, better than I expected. I probably wouldn’t have picked chimpanzee in 8 guesses, as endangered. wpDiscuz300Would love your thoughts, please comment.x()x| ReplyInsert Login Login Join Renew Member Benefits Newsline Member Benefits Advocacy Our Actions About Advocacy Issues Get Involved Weekly Update Annual Report Find Your Representative AMAC App Better for America Podcast Book Club AMAC Blog FAQ About Us Overview Our Team Our Stance on Key Issues Magazine Medicare Games Voice Your Opinion in AMAC Polls AMAC in the Media AMAC Action AMAC Foundation Social Security Guarantee Prime Directives Brief Prime Directives Details Sweepstakes AMAC Store Contact Advertise with AMAC Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy
