This week Congressman David Schweikert of Arizona’s 6th District joins the BFA Podcast to give AMAC Members a morbid dose of reality regarding federal solvency. A businessman in his past life, Rep. Schweikert believes if we don’t turn off the Democrats’ ability to finance chaos, we’ll be looking at $112 trillion national debt by 2051 (with 75% due to Social Security)! Tune in to hear this innovative thought leader’s perspective on the Democrat plan to maintain a national state of disarray using money, power, and fear.

We need to get rid of Obamacare it was propped up with money stolen from Medicare and now the senior citizens are feeling the brunt of the costs with high deductible for Part D and a bait and switch tactic that they use too. They sell you a contract for Part D and when you go to use it its more deductible and the the tiers have been changed to get more money for the prescriptions. I think this is illegal. I know I have been blankly lied to have called representatives on it and they hang phone up on you. However when you let them know you will contact your representative on the issue they suddenly find your medication is the tier you knew it was which means they can not charge you a deductible. However when you ask how to get your reimbursement for overpayment of prescriptions they state they will send a form by mail to fill out to receive reimbursement from your CVS pharmacy but they never follow through with form. Someone needs to investigate this fraud manipulation of our contracts. I believe the medical insurance, Medicare and pharmacy are working together in this manipulation. Thank you for hearing my voice in this issue. The insurance company is Aetna of Az. This type of fraud happened in Ca when I lived there I reported it but they did nothing. I didn’t expect this from Az. I am assuming now it is across our nation.
Thank you,
Susie

No one ever talks about the coming explosive costs of the autism epidemic in this country. It’s been conservatively estimated that the most severe cases of autism will require $12,000,000.00 EACH (twelve million dollars–EACH) over their lifetime. I can testify that it’s much more. If even 1/3 of the children who are autistic now need lifetime care (and yes, the severe end of the spectrum is often calculated even higher) we will drown in the cost of their care. We can fix the “diabetes problem” with Medicare–but what are we going to do with kids who are very physically able, often quite smart, but who require 1-2 adult aides AROUND THE CLOCK to protect them from their own disabilities? Many of them have intractable epilepsy which cannot be cured or often even mitigated.
In two decades, the rate of autism went from 1:10,000 to 1:56 (and YES, the increase is ACROSS the spectrum, largely!) and epilepsy went from 1:100 to 1:26 (and of those, 1 in 3 is usually intractable.) WHY DOES NO ONE CONSIDER THESE THINGS?
