Please welcome the Senior Vice President of AMAC Action, one of our favorite people to have on. And of course is Andy Mangione. Andy, how are you? Doing great, Jamin. Welcome back to the show. Always great to have you. And before I get into this topic, which I think is an important one, people are focused on voter fraud and a lot of other places.

And I think, the elderly and some of these other places are overlooked. So I want to get to that, but I want to give you a chance to talk to the audience about what’s going on in September 14th, right here. In our backyard of Long Island, New York, the, AMAC Bootcamp for boomers. You guys are going to be up here at the America’s first warehouse.

Tell me about this event.

Andy Mangione: Absolutely, Damien. Now I need you to tell all your friends about our Bootcamp for Boomers. We’re bringing it to Long Island on September 14th. The event is designed to empower people to turn a New York red and mobilize them to help win critical congressional seats on Long Island.

Some of the featured speakers include gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin, who is a familiar face around Long Island and New York, former Trump trade policy advisor, Peter Navarro and AMAC’s own CEO, Rebecca Weber, among other great speakers. It’s going to be a great informative event and we hope to see you on September 14th at our Bootcamp for boomers.

Damon Roberts: Saturday, September 14th. Where can people get more information? is it open? It’s open to the public. Is there tickets? And how do, people get in this area?

Andy Mangione: You could, you could go to AMAC.US/6B and it’s right on our homepage. everything you need to know, you could buy a ticket right there.

we have some tickets left, but we’re hoping to pack the joint and, have turnout people to help turn New York red.

Damon Roberts: All right, there you go. AMAC.US/6B. Go check it out. AMAC.US/6B for Boomers right here in Long Island at the America’s First Warehouse. If you haven’t been to the America’s First Warehouse, that’s just an event in itself.

Just going there and seeing the great work that Joe the Box has done over there. it is, it is iconic to go over there. So you guys will enjoy it as well. Andy, let’s talk about what you guys put out here. Election Research Exposes Shocking Nursing Home electioneering. And I, I think people were focused on Dropboxes, were focused on Mark Zuckerberg, were focused on a lot of things.

And sometimes I wonder if getting overlooked is what is going on, in nursing homes. So what is going on in nursing homes?

Andy Mangione: the left comes at you in so many fronts when it comes to elections and the demonstration of our elections. But back in 2020 at the height of the COVID pandemic, the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services instructed nursing homes to interpret a federal rule so staff could assist residents in applying for absentee or mail in ballots and even helping them.

Complete a ballot. What this rule did, Damon, was lead to bad actors hijacking the votes of nursing home residents. But it gets worse. The Biden administration put the COVID era regulations on steroids when it issued an executive order that mandates that every federal agency, including CMS, partner with Biden approved non governmental organizations to conduct get out the vote efforts.

And because CMS controls the flow of federal dollars. To nursing homes, these facilities have little choice but to comply.

Damon Roberts: Yeah, I just want to read a little bit from the article here. It says the threat of voter fraud from this dangerously unaccountable and unsecure system is not just theoretical E. R. I.

Lays out four separate examples where nursing home residents have become the victims of voter fraud scheme. So could you outline a little bit of what this found and what those were?

Andy Mangione: Absolutely. The Election Research Institute’s paper laid out examples, as you mentioned, where nursing home residents have become victims of election fraud since this initial rule change.

In one instance in Texas, a social worker was charged with 134 felony counts of election fraud for unlawfully registering residents to vote. In another instance, a resident upon who was, she was labeled, not capable. That was the label they gave her when this resident was admitted to a nursing home in May of 2020, voted for the very first time, even though this person was bedridden and unable to walk.

These are just two instances that the Election Research Institute paper outlines.

Damon Roberts: So as we, obviously were, we’re 63 days away or whatever it is that we’re approaching this November election, what do people do to protect their loved ones who are in nursing homes from this kind of stuff happening?

Andy Mangione: Become proactive. If you have a loved one in a nursing home, an assisted living facility, or any type of care facility, go directly to the director of that facility and ask them how they’re protecting their residents from this kind of election fraud.

Damon Roberts: All right. I’m going to share this article on all of our social.
