Biden’s redefinition of “Waters of the United States” is intended to increase regulatory intrusion and federal control of waters that are clearly not navigable and may include intermittent streams.

Honorable Sam Graves
Chairman
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure
House of Representatives
Dear Chairman Graves,
On behalf of over 2.1 million conservative members of the Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC), we support enactment of H.J. Res. 27 to invalidate the Biden Administration’s overreaching Rule redefining “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act (CWA).
We fully agree with these key points on the intrusiveness of this rule.
We strongly support enactment of H.J. Res. 27 as an important response to this regulatory
overreach of the Biden Administration.
Sincerely,
Bob Carlstrom
President

Excellent, AMAC.
It is quite obvious this is not Bidens doing, This is Obama. There needs to be a law or some ruling to keep Susan Rice and Obama from entering the White House or interfering with the government
I thought this had been a problem for quite some time. Do I have to worry about the puddle that forms at the end of my driveway after it rains now?
