This bill sends a powerful message that the safety and well-being of American women and families are non-negotiable.

The Honorable Nancy Mace
1st district of South Carolina
1728 Longworth House Office Building
United States House of Representatives
Washington, DC 20515

Dear Congresswoman Mace,
On behalf of AMAC Action, the advocacy affiliate of AMAC – the Association of Mature American Citizens, and our more than 2 million members, I am writing to express my strong support for HR 30, the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act, which you have reintroduced to address the urgent need for stricter immigration policies to protect American communities, particularly women. This legislation represents a vital step in restoring order and ensuring that dangerous criminals who have entered the United States unlawfully are held accountable.

Your bill sends a powerful message that the safety and well-being of American women and families are non-negotiable. By deeming aliens convicted of sex offenses or domestic violence inadmissible and mandating the deportation of those convicted of such heinous crimes, the bill establishes a strong framework to deter predators and uphold justice.

The stories of victims like Laken Riley, Mollie Tibbetts, Karina Vetrano, Maddie Hines, and Debrina Kawam underscore the devastating consequences of lax border policies. These innocent lives were tragically cut short, leaving behind families and communities shattered by preventable violence. Your leadership ensures that their memories are honored through decisive action.

This legislation also acknowledges the countless women across America who have endured assaults at the hands of criminal illegal aliens. By taking swift and decisive measures to prevent known predators from entering or remaining in the United States, we demonstrate that our nation values the safety and dignity of every individual.

With bipartisan support and the commitment of a united Congress and White House, the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act has the potential to make a real difference. It not only strengthens border security but also fulfills the promises made to the American people to prioritize their safety and restore confidence in our immigration system.

Thank you for your dedication to addressing this critical issue and for championing the protection of our
communities.

Sincerely,
Rebecca Weber
Chairwoman
