Caroline Howle Rayburn is a Government Affairs Associate for The Charles Group, LLC. Based in Washington, DC, Caroline consults with AMAC, providing direct strategic support for AMAC’s advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and analysis of the latest legislative and political developments.
