Despite the media hype machine attempting to build Minnesota Governor Tim Walz into a folksy Midwestern moderate, Walz’s radical record will ultimately be too much to bury – and come November, voters will reject it at the ballot box.

When Kamala Harris officially tapped Walz to be her running mate last week, 71 percent of Americans had never even heard of him. That set the stage for a sickening effort to ignore Walz’s actual extremist policy record and reinvent him as a friendly all-American centrist Democrat.

“This is America’s dad, America’s football coach… America’s teacher, and the teacher that’s cool enough without trying to be cool,” exclaimed MSNBC commentator Ari Melber. “A lot of people have noticed the sort of down-to-earth, likeable quality to him,” insisted CNN correspondent MJ Lee. Countless other pundits and TV anchors likewise lauded his supposed “moderate” politics and demeanor—or as CBS News’s Robert Costa put it, his “centrist Midwesterner” persona.

In the end, however, this fawning adoration is nothing more than a cynical establishment-led attempt to gaslight American voters into believing a lie – that Tim Walz is an everyday American who shares their values and relates to their struggles.

The great irony surrounding Harris’s pick of Walz is that his presence on the Democrat ticket betrays nearly every cause that voters in must-win Rust Belt States like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania care about—even despite the fact that he was likely selected to shore up those very states.

His “folksy” and “likeable” image notwithstanding, Tim Walz has spent his entire political career working to advance causes, ideas, and policies that disenfranchise the American worker, disempower the American family, and dismantle the American Dream.

According to recent polls and surveys, the economy remains the top issue for voters in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Unfortunately for Harris and Walz, most Americans remain overwhelmingly dissatisfied with the state of the national economy—and Tim Walz has actively supported precisely the same policies that are now imperiling countless American families.

As governor of Minnesota, Walz has raised taxes by nearly $10 billion—including on cars, payroll, employers, and investments. As a result of Walz’s far-left economic platform, Minnesota had among the lowest economic growth rates of any state in 2023, coming in at 42nd in the nation. Walz also supported the Biden-Harris multi-trillion-dollar spending packages that triggered the worst inflation in decades and cost the average Minnesota family $30,000.

Meanwhile, Walz openly supports a ban on gas-powered cars and opposes fracking. As a congressman, he voted against the largest tax cuts in history.

On other hot-button issues that could swing the election, Walz is just as radical as he is on the economy—if not more so.

On the immigration front, he supports so-called “sanctuary cities” and “sanctuary states.” He signed legislation allowing illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses and title vehicles. He signed a bill giving illegal aliens free, taxpayer-funded health care and college. He opened a Minnesota “Office of New Americans,” which spends taxpayer dollars “solely on supporting immigrant and refugee integration.”

When he served in Congress, Walz co-sponsored a bill to increase chain migration and offer amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. When asked about Trump’s border wall, Walz joked that he would want to invest in a “ladder factory.” And he has refused to acknowledge that the nation is facing a crisis on the border in the first place.

On culture war issues, Walz’s record of left-wing fanaticism is almost certain to repel the undecided and Independent voters who will tilt the election.

Walz has opposed restricting sexually explicit and pornographic content from elementary schools. He signed an order allowing children to receive gender reassignment surgeries with no age limit—and allowing the state to take custody from parents who don’t want their children to receive transgender surgery.

Walz also remarked that it is “insane” for one to be upset at partnering with a satanic designer to market transgender products to children. He supports abortion-on-demand without limits and opposed policies that would require babies born alive as a result of a botched abortion to receive life-saving treatment. He additionally signed legislation requiring Minnesota schools to supply tampons in boys’ bathrooms.

Perhaps most troublingly, Walz in May 2023 signed the “Take Pride Act” into law, a bill which removed the explicit exclusion of pedophilia from the definition of “sexual orientation” under Minnesota state law – a shockingly radical move that is certain to revolt parents and young families.

While the corporate media apparatus remains wholly committed to upholding the false narrative that Tim Walz is a likeable moderate, as the Harris honeymoon period draws to a close and voters begin to see precisely how dangerously extremist Tim Walz truly is, it remains a strong possibility that his presence on the Harris ticket will unnerve rather than reassure the same voters he was tapped to deliver for Democrats.

With less than three months to go until voters head to the polls in November, the American people could very well come to see that the same man now being praised as “America’s dad” is really America’s worst nightmare.
