At first glance, the Hamas-supporting mobs unleashing their venom in our country and the Audrey Hale mass shooting at the Covenant School in Nashville couldn’t be more different. But there is a link—both are driven by an irrational hatred of people at the foundation of the left’s obsessive commitment to identity politics and their cancerous Critical Race Theory (CRT). For the last 20 years, it has become undeniable that the left has focused on facilitating racial hate and division throughout academia, business, government, and media.
Now, we are seeing the fruit of that poisoned tree vomited up by a system creating young people who comfortably support knuckle-dragging terrorist savages, and, in the Hale case, we have just learned she was driven by a desire to murder white people condemned as “irredeemable” by our political establishment. We only know this because three pages of her voluminous writings were leaked and distributed online.
With swarms of young people displaying the alarming rise of antisemitism, the impact of the left’s CRT is now dangerously clear. But back in March, Audrey Hale, a biological female who identified as a male transgender and seething with anti-white race hatred, quietly outlined her to-do list for a plot to murder as many people as possible at a Christian school. Ultimately, she took the lives of three nine-year-old children and three adults before being she was killed by heroic police officers.
Just as it is imperative to know the diseased motivation of Jew-hating terrorists so we can stop or be fully prepared to respond to their inhuman thirst for violence, it is crucial we know Hale’s motive for her obscene act. But inexplicably, authorities decided after that massacre that they would keep that motive to themselves after discovering volumes of writings by the maniac.
Now why would that be? For months, concerned Americans have contemplated that same question—why? Excuses from authorities included not wanting to inspire a copycat and making the details public would re-victimize the community and the families. No one ever wants to traumatize victims or their families, but we understand the search for and understanding of motive is a necessary component in our efforts to confront and stop tragedies from happening again. To not pursue the truth of why someone set out to murder innocent children and unarmed adults caring for them condemns us to look away exactly at the moment when we must confront and demolish the motivation.
But confronting Hale’s motivation means admitting and dismantling the toxic and deadly nature of today’s leftist agenda. Her vomitous confession of hate, envy, and loathing mirrors the slogans and rhetoric from Marxists controlling the Democratic Party and so-called progressives in government and media. President Joe Biden accusing tens of millions of Americans writ-large of “white supremacy” seems to be a cornerstone of his campaign for re-election. The Democrat leftist ‘Squad’ in Congress regularly makes clear their disdain for America and loathing of Jews and Israel. Media works diligently to promote their points of view to normalize racist and divisive messages being spewed by progressives they support and coddle.
In their search after the Covenant school shooting, police recovered a massive amount of media and written material from Hale, including “20 journals, five laptops, a suicide note and various other notes written by Hale at the house he shared with his parents as well as two memoirs, five Covenant School yearbooks and seven cellphones,” reported the New York Post.
Even in so few pages, Hale reveals a very specific anti-white racist mindset with which we have all become horribly familiar. The obscene tenets of the left’s CRT-based ‘oppressor vs the oppressed’ social and political ideology inform her motive throughout.
The police initially said “resentment” played a part in the Covenant massacre. Now we can decide what that means. Hale’s handwritten pages included one page headlined, “Kill those kids!!!” calls the students “crackers” and expresses hatred for their “white privilege.” Hale wrote: “Those crackers… going to fancy private schools with those fancy khakis + sports backpacks w/ their daddies mustangs + convertibles… F*ck you little sh*ts,” she wrote, reported the Post Millennial. Yes, there was resentment. But there was also murderous racism and hate that was introduced somehow, somewhere.
Further in the obscene diatribe, Hale continued to spew racial and gay pejoratives, “Wanna kill all you little crackers!!! Bunch of little fa**ots with your white privileges f*ck you fa**ots.” From an upper-middle class family, white, sexual minority, who previously attended Covenant herself, much of what Hale condemned she personally embodied. With the onslaught in our culture of rhetoric vilifying “whiteness” and “privilege,” it’s not surprising Hale would manifest a dangerous self-loathing.
The cancerous result of identity politics allows the further conditioning of young people to embrace envy, anger, self-loathing, and hopelessness, making them easier to organize as cultural and political cannon fodder. It manifests as a 20-something Audrey Hale writing a manifesto about wanting to kill white people and as 20-somethings on college campuses marching and chanting slogans calling for the genocide of Jews. Hale acted on her race hatred, and unless we confront the reality of the psychological impact of the worldwide left’s hate-fueled pathological bigotry, others will act on their inculcated race hatred as well.
One of the reasons it’s important to disseminate all the material associated with Hale and that diseased mentality is because it’s a reflection of what is happening within our social and cultural infrastructure—the malignancies of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Critical Race Theory (CRT) schemes in education, media, business, and government. We see the tumors of these cancers everywhere. Continuing to protect, hide, or ignore this reality will be the end of our country as we know it.
