Question 4 is also ambiguous as it asks “How many wars has America declared?” The US has declared war in 5 conflicts using 11 different declarations. 5 or 11 should be correct. An elderly man showed me an American flag with a 2 inch gold border that was issued by F D R during W W 2. He said it was issued when F D R declared Marshal Law and never repealed meaning we are under Marshal Law.
