Why Would Republicans Want Biden to Resign?

AMAC Exclusive – by Herald Boas

It is obvious that Joe Biden has just gone through the worst month of what is still the early part of his presidency.

His conduct of the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan has drawn near-unanimous sharp criticism at home and abroad, and he is beset with crises and challenges in domestic and foreign issues, many of his own making.

As a result, many Republican officials and some conservative commentators are calling for him to resign.

The question is whether such calls make good political sense for the opposition party, or are even good for the country.

The 2022 national mid-term elections will enter their home stretch in less than a year. Republicans, as of now, are poised to make substantial gains in the U.S House, likely regaining the majority. The GOP also looks primed to win a small net gain in the U.S. Senate, thus reclaiming control. And Republicans are also expected to expand their lead in governorships and state legislatures. This circumstance existed before the debacle in Afghanistan, and if anything, has been enhanced by it.

Mr. Biden and his supporters are counting on voters to forget Afghanistan by next November — although hundreds of Americans remain stranded there, and the new Taliban regime’s ability and desire to stop terrorist and jihadist groups’ acting from there is questionable at best.

Recent polling suggests that the political damage to Mr. Biden is quite serious, and possibly more than short-term. Most polls, including those which formerly were very generous to the President, now show his approval percentage deeply in the negative. A USA Today poll had his positives at 41%. Most other polls have him in the low-to-mid 40s. An Emerson Poll had him losing to former president Trump 46-45 — indicating that many independents and quite a few Democrats are having second thoughts about 2020. Since such polls reflect the popular vote, including the large populations concentrated in heavily Democratic states such as California, New York and Illinois, the one-point poll lead indicates a theoretical landslide in the electoral college vote for Mr. Trump.

As other issues come to the fore, the anger about Afghanistan will subside — but would it be forgotten, especially if Mr. Biden were to leave office before the end of his term? And if he did resign, his successor would be Vice President Kamala Harris who, so far, has given no indication she is ready or able to assume the presidency. If Ms. Harris did become president, the next in line would be Speaker Nancy Pelosi — until a President Harris nominated a new vice president who might be even further left than she is. Moreover, any new president would likely have a honeymoon period with many voters, and if this took place now, it could alter the course of the 2022 elections.

Mr. Biden now has to face the issue of a clearly worsening U.S.-Mexican border crisis, sudden economic inflation, lingering pandemic issues, Chinese provocations in Asia, ongoing Middle East debacles, and resistance to radical proposals (such as defunding the police) originating in his own party (but opposed by many voters.)

The past several weeks have also seen the unprecedented abandonment, probably temporarily, of the mainstream media from protecting Mr. Biden — as it has done since the 2020 presidential campaign. In regard to the Afghan disaster, liberal editorial pages and commentators were often even more brutally critical of Mr. Biden than their conservative counterparts. Although already showing signs of softening, suddenly the Biden administration no longer has the guaranteed support the mainstream media once provided.

With the president’s standing impaired, he might be more of a hindrance than a help to Democratic candidates in 2022. In the weeks and months ahead, the real pressure for Mr. Biden to resign is more likely to come from within his own party then from any Republican.

Unfortunately we will really loose any hope of survival if bozo joe bails out and leaves Harris to finish the anal intercourses o no joe started. Can you imagine what an Pelosi-Harris could dream up to drive the final nail in the USA COFFIN it is REAL. WAKE UP AMERICA WE ARE HEADED FOR A REAL TRAIN WRECK AND THE DEMOCRATS KNOW IT AND COULD CARE LESS UNTIL IT RIPS THEIR NUTS OUT TOO AND THAT IS OUR ONLY OUT NUT CUTIN TIME AND THEY WILL BAIL ON THEIR OWN. BE READY TO CRUSH THEM NO BAILING THEM OUT.

I used to think, “What’s 4 yrs?” but look what he’d done !!! K. Harris is not favored by either side but the Dems put her in that position. We could find her a breath of fresh air or we may hasten to get her out, also. Maybe none of the replacements could last a year. That in itself could be interesting. Something to think about !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does everyone speak about the upcoming elections when nothing has been done b election corruption? It won’t matter what his record is if they’re allowed to continue to steal elections. Why does no one ever address that?

A Biden resignation at this time will do absolutely NOTHING to help this country and would most likely throw us all out of the frying pan and into the Fire. The Biden Administration is a total disaster and disgrace, but Harris or Pelosi as POTUS could only make things worse. I think we should hold on until after the 2022 elections. With a conservative Speaker of the House, it would be much safer to remove Biden and Harris both from office. Neither is fit or qualified in any way to be POTUS.

It’s not always about politics. Sometimes it’s about accountability. If office holders stay in office regardless of how badly they perform, nothing will change. By any reasonable standard, Biden should either resign, be forced out through the 25th amendment, or be impeached, and it shouldn’t even be close. The fact that Harris isn’t up to the job, or that we might be flirting with Pelosi becoming president, is beside the point. If they perform badly (and they would), then they should go too. That’s how most of us in the real world are treated.

The major advantage of keeping Biden in office is his continuing damage to the radical left’s agenda by exposing the raw lunacy of their long hidden campaign against all that America once stood and fought for. That being said, until we dismantle the bipartisan feudal system of career politicians inside the Beltway and the special interests that fund and control them, we will see little or no difference in outcomes. Our republic was designed for a free and objectively informed (educated) electorate and citizen statesmanship in our leaders. Not career parasites feeding and buying votes at the public trough decade after decade living like feudal lords and ladies while their miscreant political sewage seeps down into the constituent valleys below…….

If the People really thought about it, they would take the time between now and the 2022 Elections, to clean house in their LOCAL Governments, in preparation for the Red Wave to come at the Upper Levels next year. Rebuild the foundation to support the New House.

Why would a Republican want Biden to resign, well maybe it might be because he is a: moron, idiot, halfwit, nincompoop, buffoon, imbecile, ignoramus, dunce, and finally a just a ignorant aging tyrant. But be careful what you wish for, Harris would then be president and she could appoint Pelosi for VP, and that would be the countries greatest nightmare. God help us if that would happen!! 2022 and 2024 cannot happen to soon. MZ

The real question here is can the country survive having Biden continue as president?
If he is kicked out, then Kamala is president and the democrats no longer have a tie-breaking vote in the senate.
Then, the democrats can’t get their bullshit pushed through.

I think it’s worth it

Republicans are sure counting on the 2022 election. They better get the issues with the election fixed before that date is upon us. We don’t need another 2020. I’m not aware of any changes made to mail in ballots or voter ID’s. We need strict laws that alleviate all the issues that took place in the 2020 election.

Joe Biden is the “Gift That Keeps Giving” to conservatives and like-minded moderates. Kamala Harris isn’t fit to be VP, let alone President. She would be as manipulated by the radicals as is Old Joe.

Think About it from the Dems perspective…If Harris becomes President, they lose their tie-breaker vote in the Senate and their Marxist agenda is dead….McConnell and Caucus can block any new Vice-Pres……they will prop Biden up any way they can

I don’t think it will make much difference whether Jpe Hinin’ Biden resigns or continues to muddle along. This Nation will be the worst position since the Depression years of the ’30’s. I honestly don’t believe Joe Hidin’ Biden is anything more than a puppet now and there is no telling who is pulling the strings. I think that will continue to be the situation even if Camel Hairs is in the role. Whichever it is, the Nation will be much worse off as a result. If American citizens don’t clearly recognize the sad state of affairs resulting from a rigged election, prepare for a Communist government operation for years to come.

Leave him in, but if the Reps win in 2022 and get the house and senate, I certainly hope they take steps to try him for treason, disobeying the constitution, and get them all out of there. They are all guilty of the same.

Not that his ego would allow it… but, wouldn’t it be GREAT for America if Donald Trump ran for Vice President under Nikki Haley or Kristi Noem following the impeachment trials of Biden and Harris for malfeasance, misfeasance, and possible treason.

I’ll tell you one good reason for getting Biden out. His replacement, Harris would be as bad or worse. But it would also eliminate the tie-breaking vote in the Senate, so if the GOP would stick together they can stop completely some of the worst legislation. There would be no VP until after the 2024 election. No election fraud bill rammed through, no court packing, no 3.5 Trillion spending bill loaded with pork, etc. The Democrats could be stymied. Today, with the VP as a Senate tie-breaker, the Democrats hold majorities in both houses of Congress. Should Biden be eliminated and Harris take his place, the Democrats lose that majority in the Senate. And that’s a very big deal.

Expose consistently, and frequently the democrats anti American policies and destruction of Our Country.
Republicans must exhibit a clear, concise separation of ideas compared to every democrat failing, and repeat it over and over and over again.
We the People need to be engaged doing exactly the same.
These democrats must be removed and the balance rendered useless!!

Much can be said. First, thanks for the up to date reporting on events as they happen. Second, it is hard to know where to begin. I’ll keep it short. Biden is good for the Republicans. However, have the Republicans reformed enough from when they held all three branches in government? I rather doubt it. They are not cohesive, they do not have a strategy, they balk at following through with voters who voted for them to bring conservative change to Washington, they are afraid of the press and of the Democrats. They have never sat in the steamroller like the Democrats. I believe they are weak, and as such, my confidence in them does not exist. They have not proven themselves as a trustworthy allies. Who is left to vote for?

Maybe they have a hidden agenda? When is the last time you saw them, as a Party, go to the mat for anything. Could it be that there are some or many in the party that are really connected to the deep state? If they are not willing willing to go to the mat for how do you tell what they stand for? Is there just one large party divided by two labels, R&D, Red and Blue? There has to be a precise and logical answer once the facts are known. Since they didn’t protect president Trump how can you tell their leader with him of office?

Why worry about politics. Democrats have proved they will stop at nothing to steal the election.
How can we be sure the internet connected poles will not be using mathematical Algorithms again to steal 2022 and 2024? What is being done to prevent the Dems from doing it again? It only takes about 5 states to steal enough to keep the Dems in power? They had 5 to 6 in 2020. the fact that most everyone suspect Biden of senility, means that a programed robot could do this job as well or better. And he would not have to be paid. Pelosi, shift and shummer are the ones to test for dementia.

Seeing as they had to cheat and lie to get him in the office I cannot see him resigning. There is no catastrophe at the border when whatever is happening is what you want to happen. Those are potential voters down there and the dems will do anything they can to get them in here and give them lots of money to buy their votes.

I cannot stand to even look at Biden with those dark beady little eyes and the whispering like we are dummies who can’t think for ourselves but I don’t want him to resign. I’m hoping he can make it through the next 3 years or we are all in big trouble with Harris & Pelosi at the helm. That would be so frightening! GOD willing Biden will do more disastrous things and America will finally wake up and vote for a conservative for president next time. Also praying that 2022 will give us the house and senate back so they can stop him on some things.

There is no precedent for the fiasco that was the 2020 election. ANYTHING short of complete reversal of the electoral college certification of the former vice president is a win for those who planned/executed the theft of an election. The talking heads keep referencing the ‘fact’ that President Trump can not be reinstated to office – even if proven to have won the election.
Whose facts? There is NOTHING that would prohibit President Trump from regaining office when he is proven the duly elected President of The United States. NOTHING. No one has ever been here before. There is no written rule to follow. We’re making this up as we go, so quit letting the other side set the rules! When President Trump is proven victorious WE will be in the majority and can make up the rules we want to see for a change.

It doesn’t matter who sits in the chair. The Democrats are working on the voting process so that it is iron-clad to steal. Watch.. the Covid conversation will be so heightened that we may be close to or ordered to lock-down at Election time…then, of course, we will HAVE to go to mail-in ballots. Computers will be rigged, there will be all sorts of verification that they have won. Unless there is a Convention of States or Civil War…they will win elections in perpetuity…

With that being said, I highly doubt that his removal alone would change very much at all. We are in incredibly dire straits, with or without this moron pretending to be a president…and that’s putting it very mildly!

I am glad to finally see an article outlining the serious and dangerous consequences of a Harris presidency.Without question, I believe Biden is nothing more than a puppet for the ultra far left socialist/communist wing of the democratic party and is destined to fail so they can take over the presidency and completely destroy all remaining constitutional and bill of rights freedoms that we still have.As patriotic, freedom loving Americans, we MUST stand together and do all we can (legally and politically) to prevent the ultra liberal left from succeeding.Support your conservative politicians, support conservative organizations that believe in the moral, ethical, and Christian values this great country was founded on, and individually take a personal stand for your rights and freedoms. Do NOT be intimidated by the dictatorial threats of a demented presidency.GOD Bless America… Land of the FREE and the BRAVE !!!!
