My employer was going to provide insurance by the first of the year, now we have been told that will no longer be true. Now I am desperately trying to find something that I can afford. I do have a doctor that operates on cash alone, I just saw him today for back pain. What are we supposed to do?

I HATE Obama! Does AMAC provide health insurance? I would be more than glad to purchase it from you!!!!

If you voted Democrat and are now pissed off enough to possibly vote Republican, you might be exempt.

Yes, we need to get people to the polls!! I remember the last election:
16% Romney
17% Obama
67% stayed home/on the couch/or in the closet
–seriously?–!!!
Is there any way to get all those Phil supporters to the poll next year?????????

Pray folks, thank you.

Seriously, I voted in the election and it was not for O. I do know that the Republican establishment is cribbing towards the left and bigger government/bigger government control. Just look a W and his growth of the government and government spending (Not as bad as O, but nasty in its own light.) That is why many people who hate choosing a lesser evil decided to stay home. Unfortunately, it was at a very bad time for the country since O stayed in power and Harry Reid kept the Senate. I retired from USAF after 29 years and I know there is a need for some loose form of control, but the government…any government and the guys/gals who run it have never been content with a little power…they keep “moving the goal posts” so as to make it nearly impossible for normal people to live in peace and prosperity. When the establishment bends to the will of the people, we will likely have better turnouts in support of primary selected candidates.

Change the electorial college votes to only the taxpayers that vote, and those that don’t pay tax’s (usually stupid or illegal people and sometimes dead ) only get the popular vote..

It seems we had a similar situation in the 1700’s, taxation without representation….What did we do then?

Many people think the election was lost because people stayed home. Actually, I’m not sure my vote is counted. I think there is fraud in our system, and we really need voter IDs. Also democrats are good at getting the vote out, (take a bus to a nursing home, load it up, and help the people mark their ballots). I think the amount of people who didn’t vote wouldn’t be many compared to the uninformed who do vote.

I think Jenny is right..(I a precinct worker, and know that NO ONE in our precinct voted for him!) and that is unheard of in our area, and it sure didn’t reflect in the results in our county or our state! Voting by mail is even MORE easy to sabotage than the computer reading of ballots…and I am not even sure about that! We had a voter fraud issue in our state at least 25 years ago, on the federal Senatorial level…and it’s gotten MUCH worse since then, I’m sure!

If I recollect correctly, it seems that big money is what President Obama listens to… So who has big wallet, is either a socialist or communist, that handles the President Obama’s puppet strings? If you watch carefully, he swings to and fro (the puppet master is reckless) and he changes staff like underwear (I hope he changes underwear anyway-tongue in cheek). We are in a country that has many freedoms or so I thought until a man told me about a Romanian immigrant who announced that she had more freedoms in her country than we have here. Okay, I am getting off topic. I pray for President Obama and I pray the voters. I especially pray for the citizens of this country, liberal, conservative and puppets on the puppeteer’s strings.

Mike

The word is that if more people would have come out and voted in the last election instead of staying home because they were too busy or they didn’t like the choices, we probably wouldn’t be facing the problems Obama is bringing upon us and the country. You can’t complain if you don’t get involved in the process! By not voting and being part of the process, you have no place to complain. You’re giving the other side a chance to dictate the rules of the game. I believe the Socialists Democrats are hoping you stay home every election.
You must weigh the best of the two evils, either vote for a person who may be exactly what you would like to see in office and make a change or stay home and give the other side the power to do things like they are doing now! It’s comparable to being in a fight where you don’t get a chance to defend yourself the only difference is in this fight, you may lose more than a few teeth! If you want a better government, than citizens must be involved! The one thing Supreme Court Justice Roberts said when discussing the Obama Care topic was about through the ballot box can we make the kind of country we want to live in (paraphrasing). You want a better country, vote for a better representative who represents the people, who has American ideals, who does not apologize for America, one who agrees with and adheres to the Constitution of the United States, who believes every American can have a better life without heavy government regulations and interference, who believes in American free enterprise and not government handouts. Don’t let the Socialists Democrats or any other form of watered down political policies ruin the great country that once was and can be again.

Unfortunately, Angela, I have the same problem. I am so lucky that I get Pelosi, Feinstein, and Eschew who all vote Democrat and have more excuses than Hines has pickles as to why they vote their way. Feinstein responds to Mr. instead of Mrs. or Ms. with a form letter telling me she has more information than I do so I don’t know what I am talking about. That is what you call listening to your constituents. I have no voice, but can live with the fact that I never voted for any of them and never will. We need term limits and it is looking like we also need age limits as all of them seem to be senile any more!

I was outraged by the Supreme Courts decision to allow Obamacare. With Chief Justice John Roberts’ vote, the law was allowed to go forward. But after time and much thought, Roberts has done the people and the GOP a great favor. Think about what would have happened if the law had been found unconstitutional. Obama and his minions in Congress, the despicable Reid and Pelosi would have gone back to the drawing board and crafted a more socialist act and would have created the single payer bill many of us abhor. With the unaffordable act going forward, one can now see how the liberals, democrats, socialists and in some cases, communists, will stop at nothing to obtain complete and total control of not only the medical system in this country, but most likely the entire economy.

Now, with more and more people beginning to suffer with the demands, dictates, and forced participation of Obama’s signature act, 2014 should bring a sea change election. Hopefully that will happen and conservatives can make the changes to Obamacare that are necessary. Ninty nine point nine percent of the act is garbage. The good parts can be printed on one 8-1/2 by 11 piece of paper. Then hopefully, the American people will stay vigilant and never again elect a community organizer to any elected office. Let Obama go back to being the socialist Muslim extremist he really is. He did not even go to church on Christmas.

Just wait until the taxes on health care hit in 2014. That should stir up somemore discontent with the current administration. Not only do you have to pay more for your insurance, but now you have to pay taxes on it plus the tax deduction will raise from 7.5% of your income to 10% of your income. You will never wake up the blindly loyal, but the tax might create some discontent.

Harry,

Obama has not been elected because he isn’t constitutionally eligible for that office. He usurped the office with Congress’ assistance. He even refused to offer proof of identity when he “threw his hat in the ring”, yet Congress let it happen. So is he Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro? If he’s neither one, just who in the hell is he?

What used to be the Supreme Court has become the Inferior Court. The Constitution means nothing to those in government who took the oath to uphold it. The oath was just [part of the show].

Paul:

Even though your phrasing was a little complicated, you are right. First, Mr. Soetoro was not eligible to the office of POTUS, as he was under a dual citizenship condition at birth. His father was a British subject, due to Kenya being a protectorate of Britain. His father, if it WAS Obama Sr., was a foreign student who never held citizenship in the USA.

Whether he was born in Hawaii or on Jupiter is of no consequence…according to Vattel’s Law of Nations, (natural law is what the founders relied upon to define the requirement of being a ‘natural born citizen’ for qualification for the office of POTUS and VP) requires that the citizenship of the offspring follows the citizenship of the father. Minor v Happersett, 88 US 162, (1875) is stare decisis on this, conclusively.

Since Barry’;s mother was not old enough to confer citizenship to the infant boy, it can be successfully argued that he was not even a citizen when born, also due to the foregoing facts. Additionally, in his official bio, when running for US Senate in Illinois, it is declared plainly that he claimed to be Kenyan born. That was a very inconvenient fact that had to be suppressed by The Powers That Be and their lapdog media mouthpieces. A long list of very powerful people in government KNEW that he was not eligible for the office his political hacks desired for him to occupy, so there is complicity high up in the government…and lots of it. That is one of the reasons there will never be an “impeachment”. The list of co-conspirators would be quite long and not very distinguished.

His legal name, as far as those of us who have doggedly followed the trails of fraud can ascertain, has never been changed back from Barry Soetoro Soebarkah, after adoption by Lolo Soetoro; as well as the registration for his schooling in Indonesia proves. One of the reasons his first official act as “president” was to seal all his personal and school records, was so that no one could see he was listed as a foreign student getting financial aid as such, upon entering college.

We could add the fact that he still lists a CT social security number as his own, even though it was tracked to a deceased person back decades ago. Mr. Soetoro never lived, nor worked, in CT. That, is SS fraud, on it’s face.

At any rate the list of deceptions and outright frauds would take many pages to list them all with their proofs…

Rest assured, he is a usurper with no legitimate claim to the office he holds illegitimately. Therefore, everything he has done, signed or executed (documentary) is without force of law, since he has no legitimate authority to do anything he has done.

Our precious nation of America was completely duped by an unmitigated Fraud and perpetuated by a shadow government working darkly alongside.

Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution says it all. NO bill shall become a law without passing BOTH houses of Congress in an UP OR DOWN VOTE! That did NOT happen. Say what you will about Senate rules; they do not trump the Constitution. And our disgracefull Supreme Court should be impeached for their gross dereliction of duty to this nation. Half are socialist, the other half, spineless and all should be thrown from their ivory tower.

I find myself really resenting the people who voted for the present potus. I know it’s wrong, as they are simply people who don’t know where our blessings come from in the first place, and instead of seeking God’s will, they look in their wallets and vote. God was against Israel when they sacrificed their children to idols. He is against us when we abort our children. He is against unnatural relationships between people other than between a married man and woman. This present office holder was in favor of both before his first term. Thus we’re reaping what we’ve sown. I don’t think it will change, because people will still be voting for the wrong reason, that is “what’s in it for me”, instead of “what does God say is right?” God is still in control. We’re allowed to suffer the consequences of our deeds.

Jenny is “right on” … unfortunately, we have far too few “Jennys” in this corrupt world. One need only look around to see why we are where we are. In a word, “IGNORANCE” … Years ago, a book was published that was the harbinger of things to come … “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America”, by Charlotte Thomson Iserbyte (http://www.deliberatedumbingdown.com/). She was the former Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of Education, and blew the whistle on government activities. If you want to see how we got to where we are, read this “tome” … it’s an eye-opener. The next time you see Jay Leno on the street asking a simple question to a passer-by … like who is the VP and the individual doesn’t know … BUT, knows every member of the Duck Dynasty group … well … enough said.

Everyone who had in the past been totally enamored of our Community Organizer in Chief are now beginning to rub the sleep from their eyes. What they see is so appalling that many of them manage to convince themselves it’s all a bad dream. Others are angry if not furious. Quite a few (and many of them have a bit of influence in political circles as well as with the general population) have been quietly arming themselves to do battle.

It’s only a matter of time before America’s fury is translated into action. Be patient; this country will tolerate only so much imperialism, especially when it is enacted so blatantly. Like other ideologs Obama has not only badly misjudged the mood of Americans but also foolishly believes he will overcome all obstacles by virtue of his irresistable personal charm. He’s been told for most of his adult life that his Marxist leanings will be accepted and that no one will suspect he’s merely an empty suit. Those who have done the real damage are those behind the scenes who have been grooming him for years; advising him to always vote “present” for example, to avoid casting a vote that may be challenged in the future, a challenge he would most likely be totally unable to answer, at least coherently. Much of his personal as well as his political history has been put forward in such a murky manner it’s almost impossible to wade through. He’s “brilliant” but little evidence is given to support that, not least of which are the transcripts of his grades.

Take heart. This man and all (well most) of his acolytes will be kicked to the curb, some sooner than others.

I hope with all that is in me that you are right, Pat. I’m very skeptical though. There are too many low-information voters in our country that will doggedly go along with whatever he says and does simply because he is a member of the party they and their friends and family have been voting for all their lives. Many others, usually the black voters, are so grateful to have one of their own no matter how ill-fitted he was for the job in the first place, will go along simply because he is black, ignoring the fact that his policies and goals are totally socialist. Then there are others, non-black, who are afraid of being called racists since the “race card” has become something that has become widely used by the liberals to shut us up. This is something totally fabricated by the liberals as I don’t personally know of anyone against what he does because of his race. If what he is introducing to this country were put forth by a white “Republican” there would be an uprising, and the people would “throw the bum out” like the dirty dishwater. There are too many sheep in our country that will lethargically just let happen what happens, believing that they are just one person, and have the philosophy “What can one person do?”

Both the foregoing are well said. Here’s the bottom line.

First, Mr. Soetoro is a raging Marxist Socialist, not a progressive (although that does apply, since progressive is the cover word for communist). He was mentored by a card carrying Communist (Frank Marshall Davis, CPUSA # 47544) he studied Alinski and found an ideological “father figure” in his as well as Davis (Alinski dedicated his book “Rules for Radicals” to Lucifer) and was (at least briefly) as member of the New Party, which was a radical left organization, established in 1992, to amalgamate the far left groups and push the United States into socialism by forcing the Democratic Party to the left. This was very successfully accomplished. Mr. Soetoro sought the New Party’s endorsement when he ran for Illinois senate.

Next he is a mulatto, (half white, half black), but he identifies with the black contingency. That’s fine, but it creates a spirit of divisive definition and brings with it the underlying supposition of racism if a person speaks out against him in any fashion. This has been the mantra of the left wing ever since he came on the scene. “If you go against ‘Obama’, then you are practicing racism”. Of course, this is not fact, but it creates a fear of being called racist in the white population. Personally, I don’t care what color he is, I do not like his desire to destroy this country.

To make this a brief, cogent statement, finally this is about DIVISION. A house divided against itself cannot stand; THAT is the goal of the Collectivists, that “they” keep the American public divided and at war with each other for ideological reasons…they created drama and conflict to keepo us un-united…it makes the population easier to control and distracted, while “they” undermine our economy, security and national identity.

If more people did their homework, we wouldn’t be in this mess. They would have seen the TRUTH long ago and put a screeching halt to the machinations of those who want us to collapse as a country.

We only have to look at Argentina at the turn of the 20th century. One of the most prosperous countries in the western hemisphere. Free goods and services were gratefully and willfully accepted by the people. And for the next 40 years the country was transitioned through socialism to communism and into abject poverty. Impossible to happen here? Do Perone and Obama have anything in common?

Once a great country, Argentina. Prosperous and diligent.
A free society. Now a socialist state trying to return to its
glorious past as a free democracy with new, progressive
leadership, financially and pluralistically. Good luck with
that. And to us, the USA, in the same endeavor, as we
founder, it seems, down that same path. Maybe, one day,
a majority will respond toward those same, old ideas of
a capitalistic, creative, productive and democratic nation.

You wont’ hear outrage from anyone but Fox on anything the Obama admin. does or doesn’t do. It’s part of the adulation and slobbering worship they practice for the “first black president”. It’s as if ANY disagreement with him or his decisions is as racist as it gets. In keeping with that practice — the “Knockout game” that’s been perpetrated on whites and Jews for some time now by black thugs got little or NO mention in the media. Suddenly, now, a black man was the target by a young white man, and our Justice Dept. is involved — it’s a “hate crime” don’tcha know???? We’re in serious trouble as a nation, and are being led by buffoons and sociopaths.

Joe the plumber nailed it, Republicans woosed out twice (thereby accepting it through the back door), Democrats had their willing fiddle to play, the adolescent mentality turned out in force, and, one way or the other, we have what we wished for. Does this country possess the wisdom and fortitude to demonstrate the strength to reclaim the intent of the Constitution? Time will tell.

Rick, I feel your pain. However, a study of history will reveal that once you start giving people everything they want and you control the news media, the rest is easy. Mr. Obama has done just that. Poll rating mean NOTHING to him, once you’ve established “kingship” all you have to do is give orders. Brutish America’s will follow him just as sheep do the “Judas Goat” to their own death, and bleat and feed as they go. Wish I could report better news. I am 110% red blooded, military serving, free loving American and find this action so unconstitutional that even a blind man could read it without the aide of braille. (But then what does the Constitution mean to a socialist, especially one who controls the court that SUPPOSEDLY rules BY the constitution?) Now, will I give up the fight – NOT ON YOUR LIFE! Best to you Rick and keep on fighting for the right!

Let’s not give Mr. Soetoro (aka Obama) too much credit here, ok? This decline has been happening incrementally, since 1913. This has been an ongoing generational plan by some very vile, very dark personalities who have an agenda, inspired by absolute evil.

Behavioral conditioning takes time; it takes generations to get this train to the station. However, Mr. Soetoro stomped on the accelerator, just as it was his assignment to do so.

There has been an insidious cancer eating away at our beloved nation for 100 years; The Inner Court knew exactly how to manipulate the public with “sweets and puddings” (entitlements) as far back as Wilson, both Roosevelt’s, the dolt Carter and even Bush Sr, Clinton and then Bush Jr. They all follow the same sheet music; DO NOT BE DECEIVED! The enemy has been within us for a long, LONG time.

As an avid student of history, this thing has unfolded like one long narrative, with only slight variations of tone. The tragedy is that our people became complacent and apathetic and much to comfy in the late 40’s, 50’s and very early 60’s. Life was prosperous, the middle class became drunk with their financial independence…and then they became intellectually lazy. We went into a state of denial about what was happening. The frog in the pot syndrome; It’s actually called cognitive dissonance…people refuse to see the avalanche of destruction that is almost in their faces; they didn’t want to believe that Socialism was thriving and choking the life out of our nation.

Well, it was and it IS. It has almost accomplished it’s goal. Will you stand up and stop it? Our future depends on it!
