Before Dan Weber founded AMAC in 2007, many American seniors were looking for an organization that gave patriotic, conservative, forward-leaning Americans a voice in our national discourse. Since, AMAC has grown to an organization with 2.2 million members who all have a seat at the table – from Congress to the White House – the private sector to the civil service, and in the national media – their voices are being heard daily.

Today, many conservatives are frustrated with social media giants for policing their content and silencing those they disagree with – from conservative media influencers to the President of the United States. Like AMAC, a conservative alternative to other 50+ organizations, Parler offers Americans a different choice – by enabling free expression that Big Tech continuously rejects.

Parler is a free speech social media platform launched in 2018, allowing users to share short messages to a conservative audience. Users can “vote” to favor a post similar to liking a shared post on other platforms. Parler also gives you the ability to “echo” another post on your feed, mimicking the retweet or share feature. Parler is entirely free to use and has a verification process to ensure only real users are active within the network. Parler’s CEO  has released a few statements to give you an idea of how the app will function: “There are going to be no fact-checkers,” he told Forbes. “You’re not going to be told what to think and what to say.” He told CNBC: “If you can say it on the street of New York, you can say it on Parler.”
