October 8, 2024 – Bohemia, New York – The AMAC Foundation is hosting a webinar open to all AMAC members on the threats American families are facing from extreme gender ideology. This event is being held in partnership with Do No Harm, a national association that represents physicians, nurses, medical students, patients, and policymakers focused on keeping identity politics out of medical education, research, and clinical practice.

The webinar will be held on Monday, October 21st from 8:00 – 9:00 pm ET.

AMAC Senior Advisor Brittany Baldwin will interview three Do No Harm experts: Dr. Travis Morrell, Nurse Practitioner Michelle Harvilla, and Parent Advocate January Littlejohn. See the panelists full bios below.

Space on the webinar is limited to 1,000 AMAC members and friends.

The panelist will discuss their firsthand experiences witnessing the negative ramifications of extreme gender policies in doctors’ offices and schools. They will also discuss breaking research on children’s hospitals secretive policies to push gender transitions on teens.

This webinar will not only inform AMAC members about the current threats families are facing in the education, medical, and media establishment, it will also empower them to know how to protect their children and grandchildren.

Meet the Panelists:

Travis Morrell, MD, MPH, is a husband, father and physician leader. A lifelong learner to a fault, his medical training in five specialty departments gives him a broad perspective. He is a Board Certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist in private practice in Western Colorado. Dr. Morrell seeks to promote non-partisan physician values such as free speech and evidence-based medicine.

Michelle Havrilla is the Director of Programs, where she is specifically working to expose health systems throughout the United States and their complicity in propagating unscientific and non-evidence based “gender-affirming care” to pediatric patients. Michelle is an oncology certified nurse practitioner by training and has experience in healthcare technology, including product development and clinical engagement.

January Littlejohn

January Littlejohn is a wife and stay-at-home mom to three children in Tallahassee, FL. She is a licensed mental health counselor. Her 13-year-old daughter was socially transitioned at her middle school in 2020 without her knowledge or consent. In 2021, she and her husband filed a federal lawsuit against the school district for parental rights violations. January helps parents whose children have fallen prey to this ideology find resources and treatment options to support their family. She has spoken to AMAC members at numerous “Bootcamp for Boomer” events and her story has been highlighted in the AMAC Magazine.
