Trump melania GeorgiaThis may the most important week in 80 years, at least 40. On December 7, 1941, America was attacked; on June 6, 1944, America confronted an existential threat; on January 20, 1980, America regained moral footing, inaugurated Ronald Reagan.  What now?  Three big things.

First, January 5th is the last line of defense – against one-party government.  We either hold the line or lose it in Georgia, an all-or-nothing battle for two Senate seats.  If one Republican Senator is not elected, Senate control goes to the left.

As Democrats control the House and expect the White House, that would be a trifecta.  Biden-Harris-Pelosi-Schumer socialism would run the table – mandates rivaling FDR’s emergency authority in WWII, confirmation of leftists, court packing, spending headed for Weimar-like hyperinflation.  Students of history understand the stakes.  Pray Georgia voters do.

Second, on January 6th at 1:00, a joint session of Congress convenes to “count” – and challenge – electoral votes.  Never in modern history, at least since 1876, has so much depended on this day.

With fraud allegations rampant – relating to unprecedented use of tens of millions of mail-in ballots, Democrat electoral practices, questions of electoral constitutionality (including violations of the12th Amendment), and possible machine tampering – the day will be spellbinding.

The process boils down to this.  Multiple slates of electors, certified by governors, will be challenged, probably one by one.  In some states, dueling slates exist – one certified by a governor, one not.  If one member of the House and one Senator challenge a state’s slate, the joint session disbands – reconvening separately to debate and vote.

Notably, state legislatures – under Article II of the Constitution – are the final voice on electors.  A move is afoot – which AMAC has supported – to remind state legislatures to exercise their constitutional authority where irregularities put efficacy of a state’s vote – and thus selected electors – in question. A state legislature can pass a “reclamation resolution,” appointing electors to reflect the legislature’s view of the election, rather than acceding to the governor’s signature.

The precedent for slate-shifting is sparse. While 1876 represents an unusual year, it is taking on new meaning. Several Senators want to establish a commission like one that decided the election that year – in the House.  Four states were “in dispute,” enough to shift the outcome – like now.

While a vote of House delegations could have decided the 1876 election, they instead created a commission.  The Commission reached an unlikely, complicated compromise.  This year, the commission would have a different mission.  It would assess whether challenged state slates were tainted by fraud, by some standard.  If enough were found tainted to keep Biden below 270 electoral votes, the election would go to the House, for a delegation vote (favoring Republicans).

Is a commission likely?  Not really – as both chambers would need to agree, although no constitutional rules exist.  A Democrat-controlled House would hesitate, even if Senate did not.  What about Senate rejection of state slates – based on fraud – in several states?  Yes, that is possible, but does not deliver the election to Trump – or even into the House.

Why?  Because – to reject a state’s electoral slate, both Senate and House must agree the slate does not count.  That is what the statute – implementing the 12th Amendment – says:  3 U.S.C. Section 15 requires that “two Houses concurrently may reject the vote or votes,” not one.

Might this happen?  Not likely, unless overwhelming evidence of fraud shows up, maybe confirmed by the Supreme Court.  If such evidence were presented, a few House Democrats might switch.  If that happened, given the slim Democrat majority, it is possible – not likely.

How about a different endgame – what if the Senate rejected enough state slates to push Biden-Harris below 270.  Could the Senate appeal to the US Supreme Court, force a ruling on whether the statute should be followed in the face of proven fraud?  Yes, but the Court must accept appeal, and support the Senate.  Given enormity of the Constitutional question, they just might.

What is likely?  Most likely is a major league dust up, split votes in Senate and House, leading to a great question mark over this election.  In the end, assuming no further fireworks, the count would proceed with both chambers not able to agree on rejecting a single slate.

What – if anything – happens then?  The Vice President announces the electoral count.  He could conclude – although this has never been done – that evidence presented does not permit him to count some States, leaving them “in dispute.”  If both candidates ended below 270, that would force the election into the House – for a delegation vote.

On the other hand, that decision would be challenged at the Supreme Court, for sure.  They would try to stay away, but again this is a mammoth constitutional issue.  How might they rule?  They could say it was textually right.  But that would mean a Vice President – acting as President of the Senate – could rule for himself.  What would keep future Vice Presidents from doing so?  It gets sticky fast – although the counter:  It is already sticky, with fraud.

What is most likely? Likeliest is a heated debate and announcement that, barring a judicial ruling to the contrary, the electoral count favors Biden-Harris.  Is it then over?  Surprisingly, no.

The Constitution’s framers were a brilliant bunch.  They knew three branches created balance.  They knew the House would rough and tumble, Senate deliberative, Courts sage. The Framers could not imagine all contingencies but did foresee a lot.  This year tests their foresight – and our capacity to hold this Republic together. The real issue is whether we can wrestle fraud allegations to a consensus – since they undermine faith in the outcome.  If Congress does not shift the outcome, only the Supreme Court can tell us how we treat mass fraud allegations.

Third, expect a mass show of citizen rage, distrust, and general anger in Washington DC.  Public reports say January 6th will see a mass rally – and not for Biden-Harris. Whatever the final numbers, national sentiment will be noticed by Congress – maybe also the High Court.

Net-net stay tuned.  This may the most important week in 80 years, at least 40.  We live in consequential times. The battle is not at Pearl Harbor or Normandy, but right here.  It is one of ideas, defending integrity and freedom.  This battle will stay joined well beyond January 20.

I feel so disgusted by the corruption within our government that I may never vote again. It seems we are so far gone that the Communists within our country can get away with anything….manipulate voting machines and nothing is being done.

We all know this is occurring and yet hardly anyone in Congress is standing up for President Trump, even those within the Republican party. I believe the reason for this non-support for a duly elected president is because perhaps more than Joe Biden are getting money from China and don’t wanted to be “outted”. Greed and lack of integrity is doing in our country.

Regardless of outcome, the country will be more deeply divided than it is now. The entire world will be watching this circus. I just hope our Constitution survives.

Right after the war politicians were taking the ballots away from the people and keeping them so they could cheat. This was in Tennessee….the guys returning from WWII got pissed and got their guns….went and took the ballots away from the politicians and counted the votes themselves and the politicians who took them did NOT win. Maybe it is time for the militia in all of these cheating states take over … it is time to stand up for what is right.

Years of apathy by a majority of Americans will be the downfall of this country as democrats have decided that the people no longer have the will to fight back against their corruption.

Well given that Governor Kemp did NOT call the state legislature back into session to close all the lax voting standards that empowered all the illegal voting activity in that state on November 3rd, the outcome of the January 5th vote is indeed at high risk. Same voting machines. Same poll workers counting the votes. Same no verification of voter signatures and the rest of the nonsense that led to this mess are ALL still in place. Sure the Governor has said that there will be more cameras and more observers to the ballot counting, but if you can’t ensure that only legitimate Georgian voter ballots are being counted you still have the same big problem. It’s not about just counting the ballots. It’s about ensuring only those legitimately eligible to vote cast ballots. Otherwise this is a farce on the American people.

I agree everyone in Georgia should absolutely vote, if they are eligible to do so. However, it is quite clear that we have serious problems with the Republican Governor and Secretary of State there. They are essentially running the January 5th vote in the exact same manner and under the exact same rules as November 3rd. Yet for some strange reason, they expect an honest outcome, when Stacy Abrams and the Democrat Party continue to boast they have well over a million ballots ready to dump into the system with more on the way.

As for the Congressional action on January 6th, aside from those Congressmen and Senators that have already stated they will stand up and challenge the electors from the swing states in question, I have absolutely NO USE FOR THE REPUBLICAN PARTY at this point. McConnell and the rest of the RINOs, who just want to look the other way and ignore the massive voter fraud that occurred so they can return to “business as usual” are no better than Chief Justice John Roberts, who prevented the Supreme Court from even hearing the Texas lawsuit. Spineless, gutless wonders the lot of them. This is NOT about the defending an idea of freedom. Freedom, liberty and our rights are what make this country exceptional from all others. The vast majority of the world enjoys very few rights and freedoms compared to us. This is literally about ensuring the future of this country in the here and now.

I submit that it’s the most important week since the mid 1800s and possibly in this country’s history. I am not trying to diminish the severity of the attack on Pearl Harbor. but this is an attempted coup and the conspirators are mostly the enemy from within. This is an unprecedented scenario for this great country…a soft coup to obtain control of the Oval Office…whole different ball of wax.

PS Ronald Reagan was inaugurated in January of 1981. Honestly, not trying to be nit-picky.

Are we a nation of laws? Do we intend to uphold the law? It’s always been death to tyrants and we now know who they are, so will we defend the Constitution and the Rule of Law or sit on the couch and watch TV?

Trump shouldn’t go to Georgia he has caused moderate GOP’s and Independents to not vote because of his actions attacking election results, Republican officials in Georgia, and now his silly phone call. The only people listening to him anymore are his loyal supporters who will not carry the day for GOP Senate candidates on Tuesday.

The bottom line is, we have got to win Georgia! Also, we need to be working NOW to take back the House in a couple years. In my 82 years I have never witnessed so much outright cheating by Democrats . When I turned 21 I registered to vote as a Democrat. When I got out of the US Navy and went to work in a “union” job, it was all about Democrats. Took me a while to learn that the Democrats were control artist, never helping no one in unions except the international union officials.

Everyone needs to contact their Congress men and Senators and demand that they support President Trump by challenging this electoral college vote. Let them know that we won’t stand for the fraud that existed on election day 2020 and that by no means do we intend to become The United States of Socialism.

It’s strange! With the entertainment industry, the entire national network news media, along with all forms of computer communications like Facebook, Twitter etc. all fighting for their cause, the democrat party still had to cheat to win the election! It speaks volumes about their integrity!

When are you going to acknowledge & print JOVAN PULITZER’s testimony (He holds over 200 patents, over 12 billion handheld devices use his technology,) and he has explained he can look at the Georgia ballots & determine immediately if a ballot is fraudulent or not. He is trying to obtain the ballots from the officials and after that testimony a video is shown shredding truck loading ballots which is where these ballots were temporarily held.

The court is not being too sage at the moment. Who threatened them? Why are they looking away? What do they have to gain by not taking on the question of a stolen election? Do they want a packed court making them irrelevant? I don’t get i.
Or Toomey or Sasse or a bunch of others. Do they not fear socialism and anti semitism or do they think I am simply exaggerating?

Putting Biden in the White House is their plan and has been well before the election. The Governor’s in each swing state were told to ignore what was going to take place, or else. I believe President Trump has known all along but not exactly how they would pull it off. The voting machines, mail in ballots and poll workers hired in Democrat states were their ticket to success. And unless we are granted a ‘Miracle’ in the final hour, what has been the greatest fraud scheme of all time, even stated by Dementia Joe, recorded for the entire world to see, will prevail. There is a magnitude of unprecedented evil and wickedness in this country, the likes of which no average human being could begin to fathom. I’ve mentioned before that our God most likely has decided this nation’s time is up. I’m a Christian who believes God’s Words that tells us that when a nation forgets their God, it will fall. We are a nation totally devided and we will not stand and will destroy ourselves. This is exactly what’s happening. It happened in the past and God in His Mercy brought us out of our troubles. It will take a Miracle from our Heavenly Father to stop the insanity going on. No one wants to believe we’re done and that God will destroy this country more than I, and I’m praying for God’s deliverance from the unthinkable evil plaguing us. We need to understand that this is a spiritual battle. WE NEED A MIRACLE!!

I fear the Country I grew up in and love is about to sink into the abyss of ignorance, perversion, racism, and deep, deep division. I’m so sad for my grandchildren, my children, your grandchildren and children. If Trump can’t hold the Presidency and we also lose the senate, are there those who would follow our forefathers and heed the call too arms? I fear not. I am at a point where I ask if McConnell refused to help so many with $2000 to intentionally throw the election and force Georgia blue. This year is going to be a helluva show even if corona gets put to bed.

We the People should have been allowed to be heard and present evidence before the Supreme Court. I believe that the First Amendment to the Constitution, WHICH ALL JUSTICES HAVE TAKEN AN OATH “TO PRESERVE, PROTECE, AND DEFEND,” says something about “.. petition(ing) the Government for a redress of grievances.”
