Biden

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, Ranking Member Luetkemeyer sent a letter to President Biden highlighting the devastating impact his Executive Order titled “Promoting Competition in the American Economy” would have on our nation’s small businesses. This Executive Order, signed on July 9, 2021, unleashes a government-wide green light for restrictive policies on small businesses and directs nearly every federal agency to pursue a destructive regulatory agenda that will deter innovation on Main Street USA.

Excerpts and the link to the full letter can be found below.

“This is precisely the kind of tortured reasoning and backward thinking that is far from helpful during recovery from a post-pandemic recession.  Small businesses are already suffering from labor shortages, high inflation, increased prices, supply chain disruptions, and the threat of increased taxes. Now they also have the fear of additional regulations, paperwork, and red tape.

“We should encourage small companies to independently expand and provide the type of environment in which they can make sound decisions for their employees and communities.  The federal government must give small businesses the freedom to do what they do best, rather than telling them what to do.  This means enacting pro-growth policies that we know work.   It is prudent risk-taking and innovation that drive economies forward.

“Entrepreneurs have long come to our country to pursue the American dream: starting a small business with a great idea and growing it to success.  Small businesses encourage the innovative thinking that serves as a springboard.  They represent more than the American dream — they represent the American economy.  In fact, small businesses account for 95 percent of all U.S. businesses, create half of our gross domestic product, and provide two out of three new private sector jobs. The very health and prosperity of the American economy depends on their success.  American businesses, particularly small businesses, thrive when government is limited.”

Isn’t reversing ALL of the previous Administration’s actions and policies why people voted for Jokin Joe? The previous Administration obviously did not get rid of the Deep State that tried to undermine the new policies almost as soon as they were enacted. Is it the politicians or the Deep State or both that deserve the boot?

America see it hasn’t taken Biden and his staffers, leftists, VP, dems long to screw things up for the small business groups in this great country.if there isn’t an immediate shift in the mid term , this country will be destroyed. I’m shocked at how many creatures voted for him. He’s a nursing home patient on a daily pass. We have no VP, just look at the borders. These criminals need to be tried and convicted.

Who will they get the tax revenues from when we small business owners are regulated out of business? Who will match the workers’ SS? Medicaid and Medicare? The big liberal corporations who already pay so little? And who will turn on Dems in a NY second if they try? How will they fill the trough for their voters? Small business contributes so much to the community in overhead, donations, and volunteerism. Not my problem, we are closing up shop, turning our assets into cash, and will watch the demise of this country with sorrow from a safe, well-armed spot. Hopefully my grandchildren will be here to see a turnaround, but after decades of doing the right thing and fighting for our rights, I am old and tired of it all. If the pendulum does not swing in the midterms we are screwed.

NOTE that Big Businesses and Democrats are trying to snuff out Small and Medium sized businesses….. just look at WHO the COVID Lockdowns were Targeted at …… NOT Amazon , NOT Target , NOT Walmart , NOT Big Corporations …… THEY got to stay OPEN while Small businesses were Forced to CLOSE….. it was an effort to Oppress the Middle and Lower Classe Business Owners and Drive them OUT of business ….
.
And look at who the COVID “relief” is going to …. $835 Million is going to stuff that has absolutely NOTHING to do with COVID…

From my perspective this assault upon small businesses by the “leader” of the Democrat Party. Unequivocally implies they are now a party of big business. So, I guess, accusing the Republicans of being for and/or under the control of “big business” will be less effective. As political fodder the Republicans can point to this order and the subsequent repercussions. Vilifying Biden as scourge of small businesses and destroyer entrepreneurial dreams. Does that sound about right?

Oh No! Or that is what they think, WASHINGTON KNOWS BEST. They can screw up more in a day than it has taken decades of through trial and error to learn, but yes Washing Knows Best. Just hoping that the Country will survive and can be repaired by the election of 2022.
