I feel so sorry for the restaurant owner, who followed the rules and was still being issued citations. Small businesses are failing all across the country, taking millions of employees with them. This is tragic. “This doesn’t happen in America!”
But, take a look at the woman from whatever regulatory department she slithered out from, and you’ll notice that she never had to flex a muscle. It didn’t matter what the restaurant owner said or did because she had all the power. This is what happens when the people are no longer free and we vote for candidates who grow government… because that’s where all the power is.

The vaccine is starting to be given, but lets be clear, I understand healthcare workers being first , but, why essential workers like bank tellers and why based on Race? The most vulnerable, the Seniors, where are we in the pecking order ? If you believe some Demonrats,Seniors over 75 should be last.
First of all, I voted for Donald Trump. I am conservative. I’m also over 75 (78 last October); I resent your implication that seniors should be last to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. In general, seniors have more health problems than those under 50. I don’t know your age, J. Farley, and I won’t ask. 25 years ago I was able to open a can with a can opener. I cannot do so now. Also, 25 years ago I was able to twist off the top of a pop bottle or milk bottle. I cannot do so now. 25 years ago I was able to take two stairs at a time. I cannot do so now. My point is, in general, seniors are weaker than under 50 years old. Of course there are exceptions. That’s true in every age group. Lastly, I agree that health care workers should be first because they confront COVID-19 victims on a daily basis. I will just be glad when everyone who wants the vaccine gets it!

J. Farley, you are correct in saying that some Democrats about Seniors over 75 should be last. I had heard this. From what I hear that doctors and nurses should be vaccine first and then Senior should be next. This is what it should be. I am surprised that President Trump didn”t mention this.

The untested and unproven vaccine in a corrupt government time of life is a no no for me. Even the SCOTUS are dirty. I am ashamed of the conservative so called judges. We alway know one does not get a good or fair moral decision from the democratic minded loose judges, but the conservative ones, spineless.
Why is the Local, State and Federal Governments allowing these people to dictate over small business owners and their right to Liberty, Freedom and the pursuit Happiness? The American people have had about enough. If this doesn’t stop there’s going to be hell to pay. The Biden crime family is finally getting a little bit of notice by the msm. A little late though.
