Cornbread Casserole

1 – 8.5 oz box of cornbread / muffin mix

1 stick of butter – melted

1 – 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn

1 – 15 oz. can of creamed corn

¼ cup of sour cream

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, cornbread mix, kernel corn, creamed corn and sour cream. Pour into an ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
