Chicken Fried Pork Chops

½ cup flour

2 tsp. salt

1 ½ tsp. ground mustard

½ tsp. garlic powder

6 – center cut pork chops (3/4 inch thick) – trimmed

2 Tbs. oil

1 – can Cream of Chicken soup

1/3 cup water

 

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, ground mustard and garlic powder. Dredge pork chops, and brown both sides in oil. Place chops in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, blend soup and water until smooth. Pour over chops, cover and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
