Immigration was the #1 ranked concern in last week’s poll, yet the Supreme Court voted 5-4 to allow Border Patrol agents to resume destroying barbed wire placed at the border by Texas. Which one statement most closely represents your views on the court’s decision?

In the Supreme Court filing by the American-hating Biden administration, the Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar wrote: “Like other law-enforcement officers, Border Patrol agents operating under difficult circumstances at the border must make context-dependent, sometimes split-second decisions about how to enforce federal immigration laws while maintaining public safety. But the injunction prohibits agents from passing through or moving physical obstacles erected by the State that prevent access to the very border they are charged with patrolling and the individuals they are charged with apprehending and inspecting.”

Now, let me get this straight. Isn’t the razor wire installed on the actual border to prevent access into our country? If so, why would Border Patrol agents have any need to go through the razor wire to get to Mexican side of the border? Apprehensions are done when someone actually crosses the border illegally to our side. (Well, I take that back, they are not really apprehensions, just sign-up processing for free stuff all funded by we the people.)

The only obstacle preventing the Border Patrol agents from doing their job is our inept president and his clueless HHS secretary, mindless Mayorkas.

We already have laws on the books to address and reduce illegal entry into our country. But this administration is purposely directing border patrol to not enforce them. Here is the US Code 1325, which states:

Improper entry occurs when an individual enters, or even at- tempts to enter, the US at a time or place that isn’t designated by immigration officers, avoids being inspected by immigration officers, or uses willfully untrue or misleading information in order to enter the US under false pretenses. This means that attempting to cross the border at any place other than a border inspection point or other official port of entry is illegal. Using fake entry documents or providing false information in order to unlawfully obtain entry documents may also be charged as illegal entry. [emphasis added]

Complete the wall, vote for Trump, and drain the sewer (used to be a swamp, but that’s too kind.) Then we will execute deportation efforts that will make our heads spin.

Dems care nothing about securing the border. Their mindset is more who cross will vote their way. I commend Greg Abbott for securing his border. Biden reversed all of Trumps policies, and has no intention of stopping until we run him and his minions out of office. GOP must stop their in fighting and hang tough and unite because as long as this madness continues this country will continue to dissolve and what will be left will not be anything we remember. Biden is a lying piece of crap and has no intention of correcting his stance on this matter or anything else he is floating around to ruin this country. Disgusting.

I wish I was surprised by the SC “decision”, but they tend to disappoint us. We The People are still not represented by SC. They are primarily Jesuits and atheists. The Democrats only appoint radical activists and Roberts is a complete disgrace. This ruling says the feds can cut the Constantine wire… nothing about Texas’ erecting any barriers. My question is: Do border patrol agents swear an oath to The Constitution? If they do, they can rightfully refuse any unlawful or unconstitutional orders. End of story.

The ruling is a screwy one. Apparently, Border Patrol is allowed to take down the razor wire, but TX is not prohibited from replacing it. Let us all hope that the Border Patrol Agents will ignore Biden, and that members of the TX National Guard will ignore any attempt to federalize them. When the president refuses to enforce existing law, The Sons of Liberty should be reborn.

This is what happens when Congress leaves important issues for the Court to decide.

If our do-nothing Congress would get off its collective dead ends and legislate a solution to the immigration problem, we would not have to rely on an unreliable Court to clean up this mess.

I was not surprised that John Roberts would screw us, as he did with the Obama Care ruling. But, I am surprised that Barrett sided with the liberal Judges and traitor Roberts. One can only hope that Trump gets a second term and start the deportation operation soon after.

The current crisis at the southern border is a blatant crime against the People of the United States! Joe Biden is totally shirking his duties to protect and defend the Constitution. He is shredding our basic rule of law, and weaving. Red carpet for the invasion of criminaliens who are flooding across, coming from who knows where- and for what reasons! I fully support Gov Abbot, and those States who are backing him!!!

Is anyone else terrified about the coming Supreme Court ruling on Colorado’s ability to take Trump’s name off the ballot?
Logically, it should be an automatic nine to zero decision against Colorado.
But after this terrible decision about Texas, I fear this Court will do the wrong thing again.

The so called president Joe Biden and his administration are criminally negligent on the southern border and not enforcing our immigration laws. The border barrier walls were already authorized and funded so this same bunch of criminals could install the barriers at any time. I stand with Texas and other right thinking Americans. I want to see USCIS immigration judiciary expanded so that no person claiming amnesty has their hearing within three days at the nearest port of entry. If amnesty is not granted they go straight out after being photographed and DNA sampled to aid in identification should they illegally cros the border again.

It is now being circulated over the media that we have found the major supporter of the invasion of our border. That criminal enterprise is We the US Taxpayer via our UN contributions paid from the (Power of The Purse) our purse. They run for Congress and we put them in D.C. They do this to us. The shortcoming of our election system is based upon inept and unethical people in powerful places that we have put there. Good vs Evil and evil is in the lead at the US Capitol. We all own the outcome of our votes and any failure to stay abreast of current events and proper due process of our vote. The lack of courage by most of us to stand up for America and just let someone else do something. Now is the time to stand with Texas and bring our Congressional delegation to task for allowing this to happen on their watch and ours. There was no lack of impeachment of Trump in his tenure but, nothing for Biden.

DemocRATS have demonstrated for many, many years that they care nothing for the safety of the American Citizen. There are no security measures in place to screen those coming into this Country. Many of them, as soon as they are on our soil, head straight to the nearest ER to be treated for any number of illnesses they do not pay for, but guess who does pay. They have displaced our school children and given schools over to housing illegal border crossers. As a parent, I cannot even begin to imagine what would make any parent endanger the life of their child, bringing them thousands of miles, crossing in rivers and into razor wire fences, with the possibility of drowning or worse. Then there are the drug smugglers who are among the illegal border crossers. A friend in Arizona recently lost her son over the Holidays because someone put something in his drink. By the time they found him it was too late. Then we have a family driving home and hit by a vehicle driven by an illegal, no license or insurance and did not speak or understand English. Father and Daughter dead.
Are we supposed to just go to work and expect to support all of these people? When does it stop? When will enough be enough? Don’t ask the Democrats because they only care about keeping their position in DC. The joke is on the people who vote for them. Even the poor people in Chicago are getting shafted once again with online schooling for their kids because their school was commandeered for the illegals. I wonder if they have had enough yet.

Our Nation is failing because I will not agree to supporting the Federal Government as long as it destroys my freedoms of speech and self defense; and destroys or steals my property and property rights. The system falls when people like me stop supporting it. Milton Freedman warned us: you can’t have open borders and a welfare state.. To Washington: enforce our border laws and expel the invaders..

All of the above . The Democrats want more voters they don’t care how its done . America is paying for it anyway. To me its a state’s right , what I question is why did he wait almost four years to start enforcing his policies ? The buses spending them to LA , NY , Chicago is a great idea . Listen to the Mayors whine and you guessed it begging for more money .

I wanted to choose most of the answers. I don’t believe we have all the information, and certainly can’t trust any mainstream news sources to report accurately. Texas should be allowed to protect its own citizens if the Federal government will not. The Constitution has provided for the protection of the nation and should be enforced. It seems we are way past that. Pray for our nation and its leaders.

When the president and congress do nothing to stop this border travesty, it’s time for the people to make their voices heard. Write your congressman and tell him to get off his butt and do something about this. The left is now making it sound like Trump wanted this so he can make it a political issue, hope that’s not true.

Democrats answer to everything = MORE TAXPAYER MONEY, as if not enforcing the LAW requires more money to BREAK THE LAW, notice anything?? Education?? ALWAYS NEEDS MORE MONEY and who seems to run EDUCATION now UNIONS who donate to DEMOCRATS, Unions also get taxpayer monies, that seem to always CIRCLE back into politicians personal checking accounts somehow!! They are teaching kids about GENDER issues, then are graduating unable to read in some cases!! How does more money educate better when they are teaching CRAP to begin with?? And College, 30 years ago a semester was 600 or so dollars now its 8000 dollars since government took over LOANS, seems the colleges figured since the loans are given out to everyone, why not charge what takes most a lifetime to pay back, but now…. seems government has a way to make TAXPAYING AMERICANS to cover that PROBLEM they CAUSED also!! WHO OR WHAT is causing all this pain to ALL AMERICANS?? GOV has never been the solution, it has turned out the bigger it gets the more it hates its TAXPAYERS and just takes more and more till we are all homeless!! GOD BLESS ALL TAXPAYING AMERICANS, and those standing up to the NEW WORLD ORDER around the world!!

Texas is being over run with illegal aliens coming over the border there. They should have the right to protect their citizens from this invasion. The Supreme Court is not taking that into consideration and the ones who voted against it surely must be compromised. This whole issue needs to be taken care of and Biden and those who are behind him need to be prosecuted for letting this happen. Our borders need to be secured and all the illegals deported.

Clearly this decision is a mistake but SCOTUS interpreted the law correctly in that the US Government is supposed to be responsible for the national border. However, given that the US government is abrogating its responsibility in protecting our borders, it becomes incumbent on the states and ultimately the people to protect the border and themselves. Since Biden and his cohorts, probably his Chinese managers as well, won’t do the job, we will and Biden could be charged with treason, if not at least failure to fulfil his oath of office. This is impeachable and Biddy Biden is so charged. He is NOT a legitimate President and has sullied the office, he should be removed immediately!

The right answer, and I am very conservative and a strong believer in the logic used in creating our US constitution, is that immigration, like our national defense, is truly a federal government responsibility. The real problem is that the federal government is NOT doing its job to control our borders. If immigration is truly a state responsibility, then each state would need its own state passports, state visas, state border guards, etc. An example of this issue – Say California lets everyone into their state. The remaining 47 continental states would be forced to protect their borders from those that came through California. Yes, I understand why Texas did what it did. But people in answering this issue are addressing the wrong issue. The US Supreme Court is actually following the US Constitution in this issue. Now since the early 1900s the US Supreme Court has not done its job. They have allowed the federal government to strip most of the powers from our states and give them to the federal government. Our federal government should have few powers to do anything other than national defense, immigration, and disputes between the states. Yes most of the laws in this country passed by congress since the early 1900s have been unconstitutional and therefore have stripped away our freedom and liberty to live. We are really a republic or union of states, made up of 50 independent, nation states, that should possess the power to make their own laws – by, of, and for the people.

Isn’t it really incidental to Federal Law for a border state to protect its boundary with a foreign nation?
Let’s look at it if the roles were reversed and Texas was independently allowing all peoples across the border.
If this were the case, a Federal Government truly committed to protecting the nation’s sovereignty, and the majority of the inhabitants would be outraged with that behavior.
Are we witnessing the Last Days when good is bad, truth is lie, right is wrong?

My understanding, based on reporting, is that the Court only upheld the cutting of razor wire; of the several requests made by the DOJ. Also, the Court has not issued any statements supporting their decision, so we’re flying blind on why they made this decision. Sure would be helpful to have that understanding so we all don’t have to speculate on what they were thinking. That said, I stand by Texas and their right to defend their boarders.
