Gift Memberships
A gift membership creates an AMAC membership under the recipient's name using the buyer's payment information. Gift memberships are non-recurring (one-time purchase). The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient's information.
Membership Benefits
"Membership Benefits" includes any product, service, or promotion offered, promised, or provided to the member by AMAC. Discounts and offers from third-party Service Providers are subject to those providers' own terms; AMAC does not guarantee the availability, validity, or continuation of any specific promotion.
AMAC Magazine
AMAC will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver approximately six issues of AMAC Magazine per year to members at the address on file. Members are responsible for keeping their address current.
Privacy
Information provided may be shared with third parties, including Service Providers, in order to deliver Membership Benefits. Please review the AMAC Privacy Policy at amac.us/privacy-policy.
Cancellation
Gift memberships may be cancelled at any time. AMAC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the membership fee.
Changes to These Terms
AMAC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at amac.us/terms. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
