Pardon my Cold War analogy, but why is it that all the U.S. territories controlled by democrats resemble East Berlin, dismal and disparaging and all U.S. territories controlled by republicans look like West Berlin, vibrant and happy. Are there some similarities here? Oh, I think there is!!!
