I read ratings reviews especially those for the ones who claim to have great ratings to check out the lower ratings comments because those tell me about issues dealing with the insurance for claims and how they really relate in response to clarifying questions. One thing I hate is having a non-answer to a specific question regarding my coverage limits. I chose coverage for my needs not to make profit for the insurance. I know that any medical treatment beyond the listed coverage has a higher cost so I should know upfront what my out of pocket costs will be. Because today even doctors want payment upfront. So if I can’t talk to person ( not their answering service) who can explain exactly, that coverage is wrong for me. Doesn’t matter what level coverage ( bronze, silver, gold) plan, I look for the best human interaction.

Hello MariaRose,

That is a great point! Customer service is a key factor when choosing a plan. Should you switch carriers, you want to know that they will help you if any problems arise.

At AMAC we operate as a brokerage, so we are able to offer many of the top carriers in each area. We also act as a liaison between you and your insurance carrier. So if you ever have any concerns, you can always call your dedicated agent who can assist you. We know how important it is to provide excellent service, and that includes setting clear expectations to ensure you know how your coverage will work for you.

If you ever have questions about Medicare contact AMAC’s Medicare Advisory Service at 1-855-696-7535.
