AMAC’s CEO Rebecca Weber (L) and staff present Regina Napolitano (R) with check for $27,000.00 – December 23, 2022

WASHINGTON, DC, Feb 23 – “It’s because we are in the minority that we need to help caring, selfless, determined people like Regina Napolitano, the founder of the Breath of Life Center and the Pathway Pregnancy Services facility,” says Rebecca Weber, CEO of the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC]. “In a world that has gone mad, hell-bent on murdering defenseless children while still in the womb, Regina took it upon herself to protect them and their mothers. She has sacrificed her life in order to save their lives by devoting herself to being there for helpless pregnant women who, otherwise, might succumb to the devilish alternative of abortion.”

Regina is not a post-Roe vs Wade pro-life activist; she’s been at it since 2004 when she first opened the doors of her Breath of Life Center on Long Island, New York, not just offering counseling for undecided pregnant women. She opened her Pathway Pregnancy Services in 2016. It’s a place where she teaches girls how to be a mom, takes them to their doctor’s appointments, feeds them, and when they come home with their newborn babies she stays with them to help while they get adjusted to motherhood.

As she put it, “It’s a place where we’re able to offer women who might be abortion-minded an education on abortion, explaining the risks and the procedures that they’re facing because most times when they go to the clinics they’re not given much information. So we strive to provide answers for them and options. The best thing we can do is to listen to their stories and then help them navigate through their situations and provide alternatives for wanting an abortion.”

AMAC was proud to coordinate a comedy night fundraising event for the Breath of Life Center at The America First Warehouse back in November. The night was filled with great food, hysterical comedy, and an overwhelming support for the work being done by Regina and her team.

Rebecca delivered a passionate speech about the divine meeting between herself and Regina. Rebecca reminded everyone that mothers have more than one option when faced with an unexpected pregnancy. Rebecca called Regina to the stage where she was awarded with the AMAC Guardian Award for her incredible work with the mothers of Long Island.

Already in tears from the outpouring of love and compassion from the guests of the event, Regina proudly announced that her newest pregnancy home just brought home their first child on the same night. It was truly a memorable day for the Breath of Life Center.

The polls show that the majority of Americans are pro-abortion; it’s the easy way out. Thus, Weber points out, abortion facilities abound across the country tempt women who might even consider themselves as pro-life. Not so are services such as those created by Regina. “Women come in with material needs…cribs to diapers, needing childbirth, parenting and motherhood classes…many need help navigating choices, understanding their choices…they need evidence-based knowledge about what is possible, what abortion is, what it does to them, to their baby’s bodies…many want to support life, but they have their reasons, they need solutions, and we provide those solutions,” she explains.

Regina says she is in the business of giving women “a life skills scholarship.” She takes them in to live in her maternity home at no cost to them, giving them a second chance at life without having to depend on the government. “They can press a reset button and start over, and life in our home is for the duration of their pregnancies and a year after – to help the mother and save the baby’s life. We do not kick people out while getting things together, we help them get back on their feet, give them a chance to learn cooking, help them write resumes, and practice for job interviews.”

With the help of AMAC members and friends, through the support of our ‘Choose Life’ Campaign, on December 23rd, 2022, AMAC was overjoyed to finally be able to present Regina with a check for $27,000.00 after the tireless efforts supporting this incredible cause during the year were completed.

Regina’s story is a compelling one worthy of your attention. Regina has dedicated her life to saving the lives of truly innocent babies-in-waiting. AMAC wants to thank YOU our valued members and friends for your support. With your help Regina and the Breath of Life Center will be able to continue caring for young mothers and the lives of the unborn for many years to come!
