CNN’s Jake Tapper recently denounced Trump administration judicial nominees because, at their confirmation hearing, they refused to say “yes” when asked, “Did Biden win the 2020 election?” Instead, the nominees replied, “Biden was CERTIFIED as the winner.”
For Tapper, this was an unacceptable dodge. He said: “What oath is going to be administered in those judges’ courtrooms? Will it be, ‘Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God… unless they are truths that offend Donald Trump?'”
On MS Now, co-host Michael Steele, the former head of the Republican National Committee, argued the nominees’ failure to answer “yes” disqualified them from serving. He said: “If you cannot ask a fundamental question, right, this is a civics test, did the president of the United States lose the election in 2020, and if you do that kind of an answer, then you are not fit to serve in government, period. Because no matter what else you say or do after that, it exposes who you are, and it exposes how you will lead.”
Let’s set aside questions about the 2020 election integrity in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. California took away attorney John Eastman’s license to practice law because Eastman represented Donald Trump and raised factual and legal questions about the 2020 election. If you consider Eastman’s objections and legal arguments devoid of merit, please watch Eastman’s American Freedom Alliance speech on Rumble.
Did Tapper or any other CNN “reporters” ask former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former President Jimmy Carter, former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe or former Vice President Kamala Harris — to name a few “election-denying” Democrats — “Did Donald Trump win the 2016 election?”
About the 2016 election, former Obama Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson testified that, while the Russians tried to manipulate voting machines, there is no evidence that a single vote tally was changed. Not one. Yet, a 2018 YouGov poll found 66% of Democrats believe Russia “changed vote tallies to elect Trump in 2016.”
CNN politics editor Chris Cillizza wrote: “76% of self-identified Republicans in a new national Quinnipiac University poll. That’s the number of Republicans who said they believe there was ‘widespread fraud in the 2020 election.'” But what about Democrats and their concern about the integrity of the 2016 election?
A 2018 Gallup poll found 78% of Democrats believe that Russian interference in 2016 “changed the outcome of the election” in favor of Trump. Never mind that Johnson testified there’s no way of knowing whether the interference altered the outcome. And a New York University study on the effect of Russian interference found “no measurable changes in attitudes, polarization, or voting behavior among those exposed to this foreign influence campaign.”
The bottom line is that comparable or higher percentages of Democrats expressed doubts about the legitimacy of Trump’s 2016 win compared to Republican doubts about 2020. Furthermore, House Democrats have disputed the certification of EVERY Republican presidential victory since 2000.
In January 2001, nearly a dozen black House Democrats voted against certifying the election results of 2000. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) said in a joint session of Congress: “The objection is in writing, and I do not care that it is not signed by a member of the Senate (as is necessary to force a Senate vote on the challenge.)”
As for the 2004 election, Jan. 6 Committee Chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) in January 2005 joined 30 other House Democrats and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) to object to the certification of Ohio’s presidential election results, claiming “voter suppression.”
As for 2016, Hillary Clinton consistently called the presidential election “stolen” and described President Trump as “illegitimate.” Jimmy Carter, in 2019, said: “I think a full investigation would show that Trump didn’t actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election, and he was put into office because the Russians interfered on his behalf.” New York Attorney General Letitia James said she “will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president.”
One more thing about “election interference.” There are polling data suggesting the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story — in which CNN, particularly Brian Stelter, whom you rehired, was complicit — may have changed the outcome of the 2020 election.
All of this makes Tapper looks like fake news, a hypocrite and a partisan.

I will never forget that the night of the 2020 election which I watched with my daughter. We were both a little down because early the Dems were ahead. Then in GA and MI, the votes for President Trump started coming in which made us excited. All of a sudden those two states announced that they were not going to count votes any longer. They said they would finish on Wed. I have watched many election returns in my 81 years and do not recall the counting stopping the night of the returns. Maybe they did really early in the morning? Anyway, I will never believe Biden won that election. We “deniers” are denounced all of the time, but we are not backing down. The last several years in AZ, there have been issues with every election. It happened as soon as the Dems started moving into our state and getting into state politics. And it is always the Republicans who are affected by these “glitches” never the Dems. I rest my case.
Everyone knows that the media gives all democrats a pass. What we do not know is why, when it is so obvious that they are determined to destroy this country.
As the story states this has been going on for many years, and it isn’t just “election denials, Democrats get a pass on many things:
Add Stacey Abrams and Al Gore to the Democrats list of election denials.
Let’s not forget, it was Tapper who admitted that he knew who badly Biden was losing his faculties but remained silent until after Biden withdrew from the 2024 contest. Then he wrote a book about it, admitting being part of the cover up.

Tapper is a mouth piece no more to be believed than Biden. But for millions of dollars he has sold his soul for, so he thinks he is important. But all he does is spout dem propaganda that has been handed to him by the deep state. He talks over republican reps/senators and yells his opinion. The legacy media are not neutral they talk the dems talking points. The illegal election of Donald Trump in 2016 of course was a fraud in dems opinion. They tried so hard to have him fail Hillary made sure of that. Then again Obama’s election in 2008 and again 2012 was a fraud as well. The WEF and its millionaire and billionaire members installed Obama. Prime Minister Tony Blair in England and Macron in France. And then Biden in 2020 again. After Soros had bought all the important judges AG’s and DA’s. Even though the investigation has shown that the Steele dossier was a set up by Hillary had nothing to do with Russia, the impeachments were on made up charges. Trump never talked to Zelenskyy about investigating Hunter and he certainly never told his crowd on January 6 to attack the Capitol. Pelosi had this planned out months before. She denied the national guard to be there that day, while Trump had begged her to call them out. Left the Capitol police uninformed. They let them in and showed the citizens around while the FBI on orders from the deep state and maybe even the dem White House infiltrated the crowd and urged the people to attack the Capitol. . But not one woke dem will ever believe any of that. They spun Trump’s words around to fit their rhetoric. Not one word was ever said about Biden calling 80 million Americans domestic terrorists and that they were a danger to America. Trump has never ever said anything like this but they call him a Hitler. The average American who has voted for democrats will never change their vote. It’s the independent thinkers and true Republicans that can save this country from the evil that has penetrated this country starting more than 20 years ago with the planning by the WEF for a global government. And a powerful sovereign America doesn’t fit in that plan.

someone should tell Tapper, Steele and their ilk that the nominees WERE telling the truth when they said Biden was certified the winner of the 2020 election. The democrats should also be called out on their unbelievably nauseating hypocrisy when it comes to challenging election results. They have done it EVERY TIME a republican won since the 2000 presidential election.

We have a SCOTUS judge who cannot/will not tell us what a woman is and I don’t think Tappedout or Stealer care to confront her! The more FACTS we learn, the more crooked the 2020 election is shown to be.
I’m actually getting tired of all this. It’s pretty well known that the rule-of-law generally pervades with conservatism while the opposite applies to liberals. So what needs to be done going forward – pass the SAVE act. Get it DONE! Then we can move on as a Nation under God and forget this ugliness.
I have posted this before, so here we go again,
A nonprofit started by 3 former Democratic operatives started a nonprofit call Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL). Sometime in the 2019-time frame they received donations from anonymous donors (allowed) of around $467 million dollars. They then went around the country to 2,500 county election officials, issuing grants in various amount, with strings attached to “Help” with the 2020 election. This can be verified by going to the IRS website and searching for the 990 return for 2020 for the Center for Technology and Civic Life. In one case in Wisconsin, they embedded their employees into the local county election office to “Help” with the election. Five counties in Wisconsin also received almost $9 million. Now if you believe that there was “Help” with the elections in these counties, then I have a bridge to sell you. To add to these monies from anonymous donors, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife donated $350 million.
It’s history now, but it shows what the Democratic Party can do to win elections. There were a lot of other shenanigans pulled, that were only discovered later. Critics like to point out that all cases petitioned to the courts were rejected. If I were on the court, I would have rejected the petition, on the grounds that no judge in their right mind would see a presidential election tied up in the courts for who knows how long. Lessons learned!

Number one, Trump won the 2016 election & I think the dims truly thought killery would win hands down bc all their fake polls had her up by 15 points soo they didn’t start up their cheating machine full speed. Number two, Trump won in 2020, some sources say in a landslide, but the cheating machine went into overdrive and dims barely tried to hide it! They really think the voters are too stupid to see it, that and the fact that they have so many left-wing activist judges in place, they felt pretty confidant they would be safe and they were right. Problem is they weren’t smart enough to get rid of the evidence and more is suddenly being uncovered every day. What I’m sick of, is the worthless repubs wouldn’t get behind Trump bc, he was going to shut down their grift. Both parties are so corrupt it makes me sick, also why I quit the repub party years ago!!

The 2020 election was so fraudulent it was embarrassing. It was actually proven that it was fraudulent but what blew my mind is that nothing was ever done about it!!
Why are they asking the question regarding Biden winning an election? How is that relevant? Ask questions regarding the job they will be doing, not their opinion on something.

I truly believe these elections have been STOLEN by the Democrats for quite some time. A tiny problem with a big mouth ( Ross Perot ) made Bill / Hillary Clinton president twice. I do not believe Obama was that popular twice.

I could write a book, and two people did, about the fraud in my state alone. the courts nor the state legislators would even look at the signed affidavits of poll watchers who witnessed the fraud, but could not get legal help during the election day count.
Not only were the attorneys ignored, they ended up being prosecuted for even daring to bring the evidence. I’m not sure of all the cost these lawyers had to spend but I know of two who lost their license to practice law. Please don’t hold your breath for CNN to be media, won’t happen.
