We’re proud to officially announce NativePath as the title sponsor of AMAC Active, a growing health and wellness initiative created to serve AMAC members who want practical, trustworthy guidance for living healthier, more vibrant lives after 50.

This partnership brings together two organizations deeply committed to restoring common sense, real food, and personal responsibility in health—values that resonate strongly with what’s happening across the country right now through the broader MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) movement.

What Is AMAC Active?

AMAC Active was created in response to a simple but powerful insight: AMAC members want better health information—and they want it grounded in reality, not trends or fear-based messaging. To assess interest, we surveyed AMAC members about health, fitness, and wellness topics. The response was overwhelming.

Here’s what you told us:

  • Health and fitness matter to you.
Nearly 80% of respondents reported being moderately active, active, or very active.
  • You want to learn more about wellness, especially:
    • Nutrition and diet
    • Disease prevention
    • Physical fitness and exercise
  • 68% of respondents said they want regular health tips and information they can actually use.

AMAC Active was built from that feedback.

AMAC Active delivers trusted, education-first wellness content through:

  • The Better For You Podcast
  • Evidence-based health and wellness articles
  • Expert interviews
  • The AMAC Active Pro Shop, offering exclusive discounts for members
  • Live webinars and teaching sessions with leading experts in nutrition, fitness, and healthy aging

All of it is rooted in our guiding philosophy: Better for You. Better for America.

A Shared Mission: Why NativePath?

“AMAC Active was created to meet a very real moment in our country,” says Melanie Griffin, host of The Better For You Podcast. “Across America, people are questioning decades of failed health advice and looking for a return to real food, movement, and personal responsibility. That’s exactly where AMAC Active sits—and it’s why partnering with NativePath feels like such a natural fit.”

We are thrilled to partner with NativePath, a company that shares our commitment to education, integrity, and aligning modern science with how the human body was designed to thrive.

Who Is NativePath?

NativePath was created in response to a simple truth: modern life has pulled us far off the path of how we were meant to eat, move, and live.

Over the past century:

  • Food became industrialized and ultra-processed
  • Traditional farming disappeared
  • Daily movement declined
  • Sunlight, community, and real nourishment were replaced by convenience and screens

While modern life may be safer and more comfortable, it has also contributed to rising rates of chronic disease, metabolic dysfunction, joint pain, and accelerated aging.

NativePath exists to help people get back on The Path.

The Problem: We’ve Drifted from Our Biology

Our ancestors:

  • Ate whole, nutrient-dense foods grown in healthy soil
  • Consumed animals nose-to-tail, including bones and collagen-rich tissues
  • Spent time outdoors, moving naturally and consistently
  • Lived in rhythm with sunlight, seasons, and community

As a result, many chronic diseases that are common today were virtually nonexistent. Today, much of what we eat is artificial, nutrient-depleted, and unrecognizable as food. We sit indoors, under artificial light, disconnected from movement, nature, and one another.

We were not designed to live this way. And NativePath is helping people course-correct.

What Does It Mean to Be “On The Path”?

Being “On The Path” is about alignment with how the body works best. NativePath defines this through five foundational pillars:

Nutrition

Eat real, nutrient-dense whole foods as close to nature as possible. Prioritize protein, high-quality fats, and an appropriate quantity of quality carbs. Where modern diets fall short, supplement them with NativePath products.

Movement

Find a consistent movement practice that you like—and do it. Make sure your movements are in alignment with your body.

Sunshine

Get a healthy dose of sunshine every day. As sunlight hits your skin, it triggers vital processes in your body. It also gives you natural vitamin D, an essential nutrient that impacts nearly every aspect of your health. A great way to do this is to get outside to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Hydration

Good hydration supports energy, mood, skin, digestion, joint health, and more. A pinch of salt or electrolytes will help with water absorption at the cellular level.

Sleep

Quality sleep gives you superpowers, improving energy, the immune system, patience, resilience, and mental clarity. From mood to metabolism, sleep affects every part of our well-being. Without it, everything suffers.

What You Can Expect from NativePath Products

NativePath applies the following standards to every product they make:

  • Science-backed ingredients
  • Effective, research-supported dosages
  • The correct form of each ingredient for optimal absorption
  • Zero non-functional filler ingredients
  • Meets strict GMP manufacturing standards
  • Proudly made in the USA, supporting safety, quality, and American jobs

This commitment to quality and transparency is why NativePath is such a strong partner for AMAC Active.
