Throughout October, AMAC members can enter to win the SAFER & STRONGER! Sweepstakes, featuring EmpowerUSA’s comprehensive training programs and personal safety resources.

The SAFER & STRONGER! Program

Combining science-based fitness, kickboxing, self-defense, and personal safety education, EmpowerUSA’s SAFER & STRONGER! Training Program is designed to build cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, cognitive function, and practical self-defense skills.

Sweepstakes Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner – $584 Value):
