Good for Me, Not Thee

How hypocritical does it get before people get nauseous, decide they have had enough? Maine’s radical Democrat Governor Mills, whose party invited 8,000 illegals into the state, spent tens of millions on them, just made Maine a “sanctuary state,” and is now literally walling herself in. Really? The hourglass is low.

Having apparently decided Maine is not safe enough for her, this Democrat governor, with the consent of her Democrat legislature – which took no action when an auditor found $2.1 billion in potential fraud – is building herself a one-woman gated community.

Where do facts end and become outrage? The Bangor Daily News, a local paper, reports “The official residence of Governor Janet Mills will have a new security fence…by the end of 2025…” Looking at it, it’s a moat for the zoo’s tiger cage.

The thing is almost as robust, foot-by-foot as expansive, as President Trump’s big, beautiful fence along the southern border, which is working wonders except when states like Maine – and radical governors – pull illegals in on purpose.

This Democrat Governor’s hypocrisy screams for recognition, as this pro-illegal alien, pro-tax, anti-traditional, anti-education, anti-girl, anti-Trump, out-to-lunch governor protects herself, leaving our northern border and I-95 open to crime.

How can this be right? Plainly, it is not. We are experiencing one-party control at its most extreme. We see Democrat legislators allied with foreign nations, saying their country is – for example – Somalia, while Maine veterans ask for basic benefits.

We see Democrats, including inordinately wealthy legislative members, push for illegals (wonder why?) from behind fenced, secured compounds, including Mills’.

How do you think that plays with average Mainers? As a candidate for governor, who finds himself all over the state, not well. From the moose lottery – where Mills, surrogate for the Democrats, was booed, to recent northern parades, she is a mess.

I was politically in the Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush Jr., Obama, Trump I, and Trump II days. Bluntly, I have NEVER seen a governor with the audacity, arrogance, ignorance, lack of integrity, and cold indifference to human suffering as this one – in Maine.

When it comes to enforcing laws, whether criminal referrals for Democrat fraud uncovered in a non-partisan audit or helping Maine girls keep civil rights Mills herself benefited from, this governor is a disgrace, a hypocrite, and shameless.

Now, we have a giant, taxpayer subsidized “fence” – big barrier around her mansion – to keep us unruly lot, “garbage,” we who “cling” to “bibles and guns” at bay. Sure, spend our money on that nonsense while you can. When I am governor, the gate swings wide. Maine citizens – ones like me who pay taxes – are invited in.

Maine’s Governor Mills – like so many arrogant, blue state governors – thinks “Good for me, not for thee.” Call it Pelosi’s think. But Mainers do not take kindly to hypocrisy. Sand in your hourglass is nearly out; so is your party.

RBC, just food for thought. Once the fence is completed and she out of office, maybe remove the fence and send the bill to her and face prison for fraud, waste and abuse. Just a thought.
Have a good weekend and stay safe.

Why the big and expensive fence? Is she afraid of the illegals or the taxpayers for the fraud that was recently found or because of the expense of the fence? I don’t get it. Can she be arrested for protecting the illegals?

I think we all would be shocked at the fences surrounding those who advocate for illegals and sanctuary cities. Plus defund the police. They all are walled in with security cameras and many with the private security payed by taxpayer , Until they are stripped of their private security it will continue.

Is it “her” private residence or the Governor’s mansion? If the latter, then when YOU get elected and move in, you can keep the gates open! Hope she doesn’t decide to paint it rainbow colors to support the trans agenda wokeness.

For you Mr. Charles, and for most Mainers, I’m sure the next election can’t come soon enough. I genuinely hope your message is publicized and repeated all over your state. God willing, you will be the next Governor of Maine.

I still remember her telling President Trump “I’ll see you in court.” How is that working out for the old bag?

This is a true account of what’s happening in our home state, and, sadly, so many other states as well.
I fear Mills has gone off the deep end of paranoia as her barricade demonstrates.
Praying for,a return to sanity and putting our citizen’s needs first.
Thank you for printing this excellent article. I’ve shared it with Mainers across the country.

Apparently Maine voters aren’t bothered by her actions or the word, ‘impeachment’ would be heard.

Don’t blame Mills. She’s only exploiting what the morons who voted for her allow her to take advantage of.Mills displays all the symptoms of the old Soviet bosses. The only difference being the Maine morons have a choice but they are too indoctrinated to realize that.Hope and pray you win the governorship RBC

oo bad a picture of this walled off fenced property couldn’t be added to this article because it sure sounds like the area that Nancy Pelosi lives in San Francesco, while she let the rest of San Francesco fall apart. Or let’s review again how welcoming was the community of Martha’s Vineyard in “embracing” the presence of the migrants sent to their community. All these incidents are examples of talking the tax but refusing to live with the close contact of their actions.

She should have all her trans people and illegals “protect” her. She created this issue, deal with it like you expect all of us to do and say we can’t have a fence. Or move to Mexico – they don’t want you either though.

If governors like this enjoy their own version of a fence, they will enjoy the fence all around them in prison. Their actions are treasonous and deserve prosecution. It’s past time the voters in Maine wake up!

I pray to Almighty God that Robert Charles will win the election, not just because the Democrats are evil, but because he is truly an honorable and experienced person.
