This week, President Donald Trump took decisive action to protect the integrity of the ballot box and ensure our elections remain free, fair, and transparent, delivering a major victory for AMAC members following years of election integrity advocacy by AMAC Action.
In an executive order titled “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections,” President Trump introduced critical measures to strengthen the electoral process. This order mandates that voters provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering for federal elections, ensuring that only eligible American citizens participate in choosing our nation’s leaders.
Additionally, the order requires that all mail-in and absentee ballots be received by Election Day to be counted, upholding the principle that every vote should be timely and valid.
Furthermore, it directs the Department of Justice to prioritize the enforcement of laws prohibiting non-citizen voting and instructs federal agencies to assist states in maintaining accurate and current voter registration lists.

I was very happy to hear president Trump signed this executive order. I couldn’t believe what they were trying to push through in NY. In 2019 we had a congresswoman from Boston trying to lower the voting age to 16. This would prove just as disastrous with no accountability! We need positive voter identification!
Ok folks. Go back and read the Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section 4. “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof,…”
As much as I agree with the President, that election Integrity is critically important, he is only in a position to recommend, not require anything. By pretending to be able to control the election process, he is leading many to think, aha, the work is done. It’s not, jump on your legislators and keep their feet to the fire.
President Trump earned an election victory in 2020 that was stolen by Democrat election fraud. I am elated over President Trump taking positive steps to ensure election integrity. Biden obviously did not win the 2020 election legitimately, and his “presidency” was like being led by a clothing store mannequin. At one time, I never suspected that even people as imbecillic as our own “democrats” would be stupid enough to nominate and support a candidate who’s clinically brain-dead. In all future elections, we should try to distract them, maybe with a bunch of lolly-pops, or something… so they never vote again….
Sounds great, but unfortunately it will only be temporary for several reasons. UNLESS Congress and Trump do the following NOW; 1. CONGRESS: MAKE TRUMP’S EO A LAW.
2. TRUMP: ORDER ALL STATE GOVERNORS TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE EVERY ILLEGAL (INCLUDING FELONS) FROM ALL THEIR LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL VOTING ROSTERS AND RECORDS. AND STOP ISSUING ILLEGALS, CITIZENSHIP OR ANY AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF PERSONAL IDs. FURTHER, ALL STATE GOVERNORS WILL MAKE INTO LAW EVERYTHING MENTIONED ABOVE. THEY WILL HAVE SIX MONTHS TO COMPLY OR ALL FEDERAL FUNDING WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD UNTIL THEY DO, AND SHOULD ANY ILLEGAL SHOW UP ON FUTRE VOTING ROSTERS, TGEY WILL LOSE THEIR STATS’S FEDERAL FUNDING FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR.
3. GOVERNORS WILL ALSO CHANGE THEIR VOTING LAWS TO REFLECT THE ABOVE AND ADD THAT ALL MAIL-IN BALLOTS MUST ARRIVE BY ELECTION DAY AND ALL VOTES WILL BE COUNTED, SUBMITTED AND RECORDED WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS. FAILURE TO COMPLY THEIR STATE WILL BE FINED ONE MILLION DOLLARS FOR EVERY HOUR (AFTER THE 24-HOUR DEADLINE) THEIR VOTING RETURNS ARE LATE. FINE MONEY TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THEIR STATE’S FEDERAL FUNDS.

Let’s move on from the myth that non-citizen voting is a big problem. The conservative Heritage Foundation’s analysis of legal actions regarding election conduct found only 24 instances of noncitizens voting between 2003 and 2023. That’s over a 20-year timeframe!
