Walz Pick a Win for Dem Party Cabal

The temptation among Republicans, and even Democrats discontented by the anti-Israel drift within their party, will be to ascribe the decision to pass over Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and instead go with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as Harris’s vice presidential pick, to antisemitism. But while antisemitism may have indeed played a role, the real insight we should glean from this pick is about who truly wields power in the Democratic Party.

Many inquiring minds will likely ask how Shapiro, the popular governor of a swing state, the toast of donors, the media, and party elites, and, according to some, Barack Obama’s protégé, was passed over in favor of a largely unknown Midwestern governor whose effort to pander to extremists rather than confront them transformed the event of George Floyd’s death into a national cataclysm.

To be sure, those looking for the influence of antisemitism behind the curtain of Harris’s decision-making won’t have to search very hard. From the moment he emerged as a leading contender for Vice President, Shapiro has been the recipient of a concerted campaign to paint him as unacceptable for his pro-Israel views.

Many of these “views” were not really views at all, but intrinsic parts of his identity – teenage trips to Israel, which were painted as service in the IDF, or his standing with students singled out in class for their perceived Judaism.

Where slander did not work, threats were employed. It was communicated in public by leading left-wing figures that selecting Shapiro would risk “splitting the party.” While activists were explicit about the violence they intended for the DNC Convention and fall campaign if Harris chose a Jew as her running mate, politicians like Nancy Pelosi played a double game. They expressed their “deep admiration” for Shapiro while expressing “concerns” about the possible backlash among “others.”

As with Biden’s withdrawal, the message was clear: When Harris was considering whether she could rally her troops around a Shapiro pick, her commanders indicated quite clearly that while of course they personally would do what they could, they could not speak for their colleagues.

Therein lies the deeper significance of Harris’ decision. We do not truly know who Harris would have chosen as her vice president. The decision was no more left to her than Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw was left to him. Harris was warned by those such as Nancy Pelosi who had already removed one president that they believed the choice of Josh Shapiro, whom they of course respected, would be deeply unwise.

In the first test of Harris’s authority as a nominee, she crumbled. For all of the racially segregated Zoom calls and rappers opening her events, none of it granted her an ounce of authority. Donald Trump is often condemned for attacking his own party’s governors and legislators. Harris, in her first test, folded like a cheap tent.

This failure exposed the void at the heart of Harris’s candidacy – that she is merely an empty shell, a vessel of those who placed her in power. Her website has no issues page. She is a candidate without a platform. A woman without a history.  A politician without a political base.

But most alarmingly for the American people, Harris is a potential President who can only aspire to be what she has been her entire career – a vehicle for the influence and ambitions of others. For anyone confused about the exuberance and glee of Democrat elected officials imagining a President Kamala Harris, the answer is anything, with only their own squabbling over the spoils a risk.

The move against Joe Biden may have begun as an act of desperation among Democrats, but it rapidly transformed into an opportunity for the Pelosis of the world to turn the country into their playground. The idea that they would share power with anyone, whether Obama or an independently-minded figure like Josh Shapiro or Mark Kelly, is unthinkable.

To understand that their concerns were not ideological, look no further than how Gavin Newsom was excluded from the process. Gavin’s sins were not that he is too far left or too far right, but rather that he has his own ambitions. Leaks indicate that sin too doomed Shapiro. Reportedly Harris was turned off from Shapiro over “concerns his personal ambitions would cause him to upstage/override Harris” and the video produced by the Mayor of Philadelphia’s team “solidified these concerns”.

Antisemitism was, then, what it has been across the eons: a weapon for small men and women to achieve more selfish goals; namely, in this case, to maintain the grasp on power they have so recently usurped and understand they wield without the legitimacy of election or merit.

Tim Walz is not a sop to the left, or to pro-Palestinian forces. He is in fact the perfect complement to Harris. In Minnesota over the past six years, Tim Walz has performed admirably as a puppet of the same cabal now running the Democrat Party and Kamala Harris’s campaign. With his election, their control of the American government would be complete.

Walz is many things. Democrats will say he was one of the most decorated enlisted personnel in the Army, that he was a championship-winning High School football coach in rural Minnesota, and then represented a Trump district for a decade in the U.S. House. Expect Republicans to attack him as a down-the-line leftist who mismanaged the George Floyd riots and whose governorship saw a radical restructuring of Minnesota, including enshrining abortion until the moment of birth into law, stripping parental rights from those who disapproved of youth gender transition, and a host of left-wing social priorities.

Both are true. Democrats will say that what matters is who Walz is. Republicans will point to what he has done and will do. The difference is that Republicans are honest about what they care about. Democrats do not care about who Walz is. They are happy to dismiss military service when it comes to JD Vance’s time in the Marines. They were attracted to Walz because of what he could do for them – the things they were not certain a Mark Kelly, Josh Shapiro, or Gavin Newsom would.

Walz appears to view politics in a friend-foe manner, perhaps a legacy of his time as a high school football coach. Advancing partisan goals is the equivalent of advancing down the field. Passing partisan priorities is a touchdown. He does not question the nature of these priorities, much less their wisdom, any more than he would question why his football team is advancing in the direction they are. The other team is in front of them and the touchdown line is that way.

The vice presidential selection took place in the context of a party without a leader. Kamala may be the presumptive nominee, but she never won a single primary in either 2020 or 2024. She is where she is because Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jefferies, and various elites including donors placed her there. The Democratic Party is not being run by her, even assuming she was capable of running it given her past record. Having installed someone with no political base and no values who is entirely dependent upon them, those elites weren’t about to share power.

Walz is not merely going to be unable to challenge the Democrat establishment. There is no evidence from his record the thought would even enter his head. He is loyal to the team, in this case the party.

The party does not owe loyalty to him. His priority is to advance their priorities. Their priority is not to advance him, and there is little evidence it occurred to him to have priorities in the first place. He merely waited to see what the “hive mind” came up with and then tried to pass it – one reason why he is such a hero to progressives. He isn’t one of them. It is even better. He sees himself as their subordinate.

That is what makes him not only the perfect vice president for Harris but the ideal future president for Democratic elites.

Who can forgive them for being exuberant? They are merely imagining what can be, unburdened by what has been, and licking their chops.

The rest of us, however, should be afraid. Very afraid. Kamala Harris has failed yet another test of leadership. The American people may pay the price.

Well, Walz is a guy that is waaaay more radical than Pantsuit Harris. IF the American voter can get past a possible popularity contest, this should be a sure win for Trump/Vance. But many Americans have short memories and the Trump camp needs to hammer in the past failures of both Harris and Walz. Informed, educated voters will see the difference in their choices. HOWEVER, you have people who will vote based on a smile, color, gender or several inane choices. Well, wake up, people! Our fate of our country is on this November’s ballot. The old U.S.of A. cannot survive another 4 years of democratic economic smoke and mirrors.

The Democratic machine had a dilemma with Harris. Considered the most obvious choice with canning Biden, it was important to swing a significant event and Harris was it!
The problem was her record and ideals made her an undesirable candidate to. Sustain the honeymoon. Her position was far too liberal and her record was far too problematic.
Enter “Tampon Tim” a liberal with a proven record of being more liberal and a heartland screwup than Harris could ever be. NOW the Democrats can portray Harris as moderate and divert attention from Harris’s goofs.
Remember the Obama convention and the Democratic committee tried to remove the pro-Israel plank off the ticket.. Obama stopped it..because it dries up money. The Democratic Convention and its players detest pro-Israel and supports pro-Palestine.
Governor Shapiro is an excellent candidate and popular..far more favored than Harris and is contrary to the current Democratic personality and far more conservative than Harris especially among middle America working class.
The only way these candidates can have a chance is LIES! They are evil in their devices of using the very things they have done badly and attempting to place their blame on Republican candidates. Sadly many ignorant or uninformed voters will believe their lies. (Say it loudly and repeatedly and it will be believed). Its evil and crooked and demonically deceitful.
Who realty are the haters!!!??

We will pay the price. The dem ticket is not being put together by the people. No one voted for either Harris or Walz. They were pushed to the front to keep the party in power by the elites like Soros, Gates and Hollywood cronies. Not for what is good for America. They don’t care about their citizens. They brought in 20 million people in just 4 years. In another 4 years they have replaced all the voters that voted legally for Trump in 2020. Plan reached. Kameltoe and Walzing Tim are just the puppets who think alike. How to take advantage of the situation by grabbing as much money as is being offered to repeat the dribble of the behind the scenes powerhouses. We don’t have a free election we have a business transaction going on. We are the slaves in all of this and they know it. May God help us when they win in November. It is not a question of if. It is a fact a complis, they will win.

Waltz fits the narrative of a perverse ideologist who fits the agenda of the Democrat fascist socialist party; he is immoral, serves satanic ideas, and is dangerously obtuse. Once a fine state, Minnesota is now a carbon copy of California under the cancerous mind of this reprobate creature.

It may have been the Gov Shapiro issue but it also may have been that Walz and Harris are of the same ideology. Either way the voting alternatives are clear. One can’t vote Democrat and say (as they did in 2022) they didn’t know (thought Biden was a moderate) when the Nation crashes courtesy of a Harris/Walz administration.

Of course you are correct, the cabals has been calling all the shots over the last 3+years and they need complacent puppets to continue their reign of terror on the American people. The joke was on Joe or maybe he was in on it either way, he was wrong when he said “nobody Fs with a Biden” he definitely got Fd this time.

Hes a smart pick from the commie perspective. His resume will appeal to the dopes like those in ohio who vote in brown election after election but only listen to what he says while campaigning. The tv ads running now are hilarious. In them brown is a champion of border security. Get ready for ads showing walz duck hunting. The lie is that hes only after some of your guns.

The selection of Walz is just one more piece of evidence that the Democrat party’s ideology is far , far , far left and will sink the Democrat Party , not just Harris and Walz .
I bet those who held up their donations to Biden in an effort to deny Biden the candidacy he won , and released that pent-up money to Harris-Walz after they successfully forced him to step down , now have buyer’s remorse yet again .

The Democrat Party ceased to exist decades ago.It is nothing more than a direct extension of The Marxist Party, hiding behind a former existing political party, formerly commonly known as The Democrat Party. So Marxist in fact, they totally excluded Americans who claim to be “Democrats”from having ANY say in WHO will represent them.Yet, they are too ignorant to even realize that glaringly simple FACT. IF TRUMP and Vance simply stick with the facts, just the facts then America may be saved. It’s gonna get real ugly, for We The People have no place in Kamalas Communist vision for America.Trump 2024 it HAS to be.

Another excavated relic. You look at them and the median age probably is 79. How do all the young ones vote for them? Don’t they see how ossified they are? How stuck in the mire of the old ideology they are, same old nonsense for decades. Marxism does not work, collectivization does not work, state directed economy does not work. Once on that path there is no U turn.

I’ve said that Obama had to find a VP who was dumber than he and found the perfect foil in Bribem. Though difficult, Bribem had to find someone even more dense and alighted upon Harris, now Harris was faced with the nearly impossible task of finding someone to be her (actually Obama’s) marionette. From what I’ve read, Walz could actually make Kamalama look smart, for those of you who remember the old “Zorro” TV show, a SGT Garcia, if you will. The DNC will have two perfect followers in this pair, no longer would there be a President with courage but a mouthpiece for a board of directors.

Paid letter: The Truth About Tim WalzPublished November 02, 2018 at 6:00 PM
Tim Walz has embellished and selectively omitted facts and circumstances of his military career for years.
We, retired Command Sergeants Major of the Minnesota National Guard, feel it is our duty and responsibility to bring forth the truth as we know it concerning his service record. So, we have put together a timeline of his service post-9/11. To the best of our knowledge, this information is completely true, having been verified by all those who served in positions with first-hand knowledge of the facts and circumstances of his service and departure from the Minnesota National Guard. Many of the dates and time frames are from his official discharge document and the reduction order reducing him to Master Sergeant.
On September 18th, 2001 Tim Walz reenlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard for six years.
In early 2003 he was selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. The non-resident course consists of two years of correspondence coursework, followed by a two-week resident phase at Fort Bliss, Texas. When a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer accepts enrollment in the course, they accept three stipulations. First, they will serve for two years after graduation from the academy, or promotion to Sergeant Major or Command Sergeant Major, whichever is later. Second, if they fail the course they may be separated from the military. Third, they will complete the course or be reduced to Master Sergeant without board action. Senior Non-Commissioned Officers initial and sign a Statement of Agreement and Certification upon enrollment. The State Command Sergeant Major or Army National Guard Command Sergeant Major counsels the soldier and certifies that the senior Non-Commissioned Officer understands their responsibilities. These stipulations are put in place because the academy is a college-level school, and the military invests a lot of taxpayer money in the students. The military needs to ensure they will get the return on investment that the taxpayers deserve.
In the late summer of 2003, First Sergeant Walz deployed with the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Italy. The mission was to augment the United States Air Force Europe Security Forces by doing base security for six months. In no way were the units or Soldiers of the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion replacing any units or military forces so they could deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan.
After the unit returned to Minnesota in the spring of 2004, he was selected by a high-level Command Sergeant Major to serve in the position of the Command Sergeant Major of the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion.
On August 5th, 2004 he was photographed holding a sign at a protest outside a President Bush campaign rally in southern Minnesota.
On September 17th, 2004 he was conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major. The conditions had been outlined to him when he was counseled and he signed the Statement of Agreement and Certification. If the conditions are not met, the promotion is null and void, like it never happened.
In early 2005, a warning order was issued to the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion, which included the position he was serving in, to prepare to be mobilized for active duty for a deployment to Iraq.
On May 16th, 2005 he quit, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its Soldiers hanging; without its senior Non-Commissioned Officer, as the battalion prepared for war. His excuse to other leaders was that he needed to retire to run for Congress. This is false, according to a Department of Defense Directive, he could have run and requested permission from the Secretary of Defense before entering active duty; as many reservists have. If he had retired normally and respectfully, you would think he would have ensured his retirement documents were correctly filled out and signed, and that he would have ensured he was reduced to Master Sergeant for dropping out of the academy. Instead, he waited for the paperwork to catch up to him. His official retirement document states, SOLDIER NOT AVAILABLE FOR SIGNATURE.
On September 10th, 2005 conditionally promoted Command Sergeant Major Walz was reduced to Master Sergeant. It took a while for the system to catch up to him as it was uncharted territory, literally no one quits in the position he was in, or drops out of the academy. Except him.
In November of 2005, while the battalion trained for war at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, it received an offer from retired Master Sergeant Walz. He offered to fundraise for the battalion’s bus trip home over Christmas that year.
The 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion was deployed for 22 months in 2006 – 2007. During this time, they were restricted by Army regulations and could not speak out against a candidate for office. In November 2006 he was elected to the House of Representatives. He claims to be the highest-ranking enlisted service member ever to serve in Congress. Even though he was conditionally promoted to Command Sergeant Major less than eight months, quit before his obligations were met, and was reduced to Master Sergeant for retirement. Yes, he served at that rank, but was never qualified at that rank, and will receive retirement benefits at one rank below. You be the judge.
On November 1st, 2006, Tom Hagen, an Iraq War Veteran, wrote a letter to the editor of the Winona Daily News. Here are a couple of sentences from the letter: But even more disturbing is the fact that Walz quickly retired after learning that his unit -southern Minnesota’s 1-125 FA Battalion – would be sent to Iraq. For Tim Walz to abandon his fellow soldiers and quit when they needed experienced leadership most is disheartening.
Here is part of Tim Walz’s response: After completing 20 years of service in 2001, I re-enlisted to serve our country for an additional four years following Sept. 11 and retired the year before my battalion was deployed to Iraq to run for Congress.
According to his official Report of Separation and Record of Service, he re-enlisted for six years on September 18th, 2001. However, in his response he says that he re-enlisted for four years, conveniently retiring a year before his battalion was deployed to Iraq. Even if he had re-enlisted for four years following Sept.11, his retirement date would have been September 18th, 2005. Why then did he “retire” on May 16th, 2005, before his supposed four-year enlistment was up? And he makes it sound like he “retired” a year before his battalion deployed to Iraq; when in reality he knew when he “retired” that the battalion would be deployed to Iraq.
The bottom line in all of this is gut-wrenching and sad to explain. When the nation called, he quit. He failed to complete the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. He failed to serve for two years following completion of the academy, which he dropped out of. He failed to serve two years after the conditional promotion to Command Sergeant Major. He failed to fulfill the full six years of the enlistment he signed on September 18th, 2001. He failed his country. He failed his state. He failed the Minnesota Army National Guard, the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion, and his fellow Soldiers. And he failed to lead by example. Shameful.
