One of the major catastrophes of the bungling of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 response has been the loss of trust in the agencies that we should be able to trust the most.
It’s now clear that every agency of the federal government has been completely politicized. We have seen it with the IRS and the Department of Justice, and now there are major questions about the Center for Disease Control and Health and Human Services.
A shocking story revealed that the CDC has been withholding most of its critical data regarding COVID-19 from the public. This is brought to us from, of all places, the New York Times, a usually reliable transcriber of Democrat talking points. It now reinforces the disaster of the Biden administration’s manipulation of the pandemic for their own political interests.
The newspaper reports that the CDC is deliberately withholding a massive amount of COVID-19 research and data for fear that it would be “misunderstood” by the public. In other words, their excuse is that we’re all too dumb to understand the facts. In fact, information is power, and apparently, the “science” is now telling them that the truth may be too damaging for their political agenda.
Sources are telling the New York Times that the CDC is withholding tranches of data from the public because, in the words of Kristen Nordlund, the CDC spokesperson, the data is simply “not yet ready for prime time,” which implies it doesn’t fit the political narrative. Part of the data not released includes the effectiveness of booster shots on those between 18-49 years old. Other data withheld contains information about hospitalizations, booster vaccines, and wastewater analyses. Ms. Nordlund, most shockingly, also noted that there was fear that the public would “misinterpret” the information.
Consider what they are saying here: that they chose not to release information because they didn’t want to confuse or mislead the public. Did no one consider the fact that hiding details as significant as study results on multiple critical issues would, in fact, confuse and mislead the public?
The underlying implication of her comments is that the study details would give people the impression that booster shots were either ineffective or unnecessary. At no point would they be releasing raw data without explanation. Are they so unsure of their ability to explain what they would consider the truth of the data to the American people? Or does the data speak for itself, jeopardizing the political agenda surrounding the Biden administration’s handling of the pandemic?
The condemnation by the public, including those in the medical field and on the front lines of the pandemic, was swift. Dr. Nicole Saphier, a physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering, tweeted this: “The CDC’s response when questioned about their withholding of Covid data and lack of transparency is essentially ‘we don’t trust you to be able to understand the truth.’ The condescension is palpable…” She added, “People who have blindly trusted the CDC the last 2 years are about to have their world turned upside down as the lack of transparency and manipulation of data become undeniably evident.”
Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, a Fox News Medical Contributor and Medical Director of City MD in New York, noted, “I practice evidence based medicine to provide the best care for my patients based on accurate & up to date information. So why would the CDC withhold any data that can help me better serve my patients? Truth & Transparency is essential-not cherry picking data.”
As the Biden administration is slouching toward either a new hot or cold war with Russia, and as our geopolitical enemies are becoming even more emboldened by the obvious fecklessness of the American government, this is a time when transparency and honesty with the American people is imperative.
COVID-19 is not done with us. Yet, now we have a government that admits that it is effectively lying to us by omission regarding the scientific details of our own research and understanding of the virus itself. These are the same people who have lectured us for two years about “following the science.” And yet that very science that they tell us we need to follow is being locked up and hidden from us for some strange reason. It is not unfair to note that this revelation makes it appear the bureaucracy has been peddling its opinions as “science.”
Many of the problems we face today will be solved with elections, but some are so urgent that opposition leaders in Washington and throughout the country must act now on this shocking admission by the CDC. We deserve to see what the CDC has determined about the virus itself, the vaccines, and other imperative data such as hospitalizes and actual numbers of COVID-19 deaths. People involved in lying to the American people should be fired.
We are at a turning point in this country. This debacle is brought to us by the same Democrat Party and Washington DC swamp that continues to be obsessed with gaining more and more control over our lives while working to keep us isolated and in the dark.
You should read Robert F. Kennedy’s book “The Real Anthony Fauci”. Every page is a horror story. What he is doing now with Covid, is a mirror image of what was done when Fauci was appointed to the CDC/NIAID (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases) in the mid- 80’s for the AIDs epidemic. Beyond shocking. He is essentially the head salesman for the pharmaceutical industry. He decides what drugs get trials, their design and parameters, data to be included and interpretation of results. He squashes dissent by controlling grant money from the drug and vaccine patents the CDC holds. I could go on and on but it’s best that you see it for yourself. When Tucker Carlson provides an hour long, commercial free platform for a liberal, that speaks volumes. The Kennedy family cachet is still intact because the Woke crowd hasn’t yet tried to cancel him. As soon as the interview was over I downloaded his book to my Kindle. A bit daunting at 930+ pages but very, very, readable. I have to set it down for a couple of days after each chapter so I can ruminate over the depth of damage done to America and her citizens.
This lying by omission is the hallmark of what journalism has become in the United States. Cherry picking the facts, leaving out critical information and then spinning the story to create a sense of truthfulness happens all day every day in the mass media which have become the propaganda wing of the radicalized Democrat party. The existence of this same mindset in the federal bureaucracy is hardly new, but they are now breaking cover as it has become acceptable to be a radical leftist, or so they think.
Absolutely unbelievable that the very agencies who are paid by our tax dollars, Did they ever have AMERICAN’S Best Interest at Heart Ever ?
It is now time to “drain the bureaucratic swamp” ridding our govt of the criminals that have plague the many agencies from within with the Communist party and Marxist and Socialist, which are all the same party DEMOCRATS,
Nih, CDC, FDA HHS, DOD. IRS, and DISSOLVE ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE UN, WEF, WHO, and take back the IMF AND OUR TREASURY.

The trust is gone because the lies are too apparent. Even some of CNN’s most loyal viewers are beginning to see past the lies.
It just comes down to that the COVID epidemic has been a weapon used by the liberals/socialists to create fear and panic. It is bad enough that the medical field used the wrong type treatments to fight against the virus that led to millions of unnecessary world wide deaths. Once it was realized of the error, the CDC chose to squelch all data so as to protect and absolve themselves of any wrong doing and place the blame on the people. Will there be justice administered to the guilty?? Highly doubt it.

So we know there is duplicated counts, so the numbers are not to be trusted. Same situation in my book. I am sick of seeing a post to get your ‘covid 19 vaccine’ seems like every other post in Facebook. Commercials on TV and in games to get it when in fact it is not a vaccine, it does not prevent the disease. It is no different than the seasonal flu shot which they guess at what will be the strain that winter. They will not have to do that with the covid shot since with each variant the original is less helpful.
As far as I can see, the CDC is just a bunch of shyster practitioners, willing to say and do anything to get people to believe their current mis-information concerning this disease.

This entire scenario has been bungled from the outset. The CDC has completely lost all credibility, and Anthony Fauci has proven himself to be a buffoon who is getting rich by telling lies. What is interesting to me is how cozy the President wants to remain with China. The vaunted Covid test kits that were announced as free to the public starting in January are made in (you guessed it) China. I just got my four home rapid test kits (ordered through the USPS in January). Not only are they made in China, they arrived after the latest Covid strain has peaked. Moreover, the kits expire in June 2022 – another colossal waste of taxpayer monies.
I think it might well be wise that the powers that be have called up the National Guard to protect the lying fascists from the coming truck convoys. It may very well be time to put some political heads on pikes……….literally

Frankly, I don’t know WHAT to believe anymore! I’m still hung up on this last Presidential election…. I know the outcome was & is not accurate but it scares me to think of the various ways the numbers were manipulated & the number of those who contributed to the hoax. They made it look so easy! The price our country is paying for that disaster is just about unrecoverable!
If Fauci has investments in companies producing the vaccines it needs to be made public, including the profit he made from these since the vaccines were approved and his involvement in the choice of companies approved.

Since the middle of 2020, I have been saying the same thing: Virtually everything we have been told about Covid and everything having to do with Covid, including and especially the nonvaccine “vaccines,” from Day One, has been a lie. Not mistakes, not errors, not misunderstandings, but lies. But finally, people are beginning to wake up to the fact that everyone in a position of authority is in on this, from our elected officials, to our government agencies (especially NIH/CDC/FDA), to Big Pharma, to the incredibly corrupt media, and most sadly, our medical professionals, nearly all of whom have sold out their patients and humanity as a whole for fear of losing their jobs and their professional certifications for daring to tell the truth.
How could the CDC possibly hold back the correct data to promote the democrats agenda when their own expert (Dr. Fauci) has not given a clear understanding of Covid by flip flopping on every scientific matter involved with Covid just like he did with Aids in the 80’S.
The CDC has over 11,000 employees and what do they do? The CDC costs the American tax payer over 1.5 billion dollars a year. What do they do for us. As people at the CDC retire, they should NOT be replaced. What a waste of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ !!!

Sorry about the incomplete post. Here goes nothing…. I just went through with my 86 years young friend having her left kidney removed. I can’t begin to tell you what a mess we have in our hospital system. To make up for major staffing shortages due to mandates, they are using rent a nurses ????, to fill staffing shortages….it’s a temporary bandaid. As a retired cardiac nurse from this said hospital I was shocked ! Very few experienced nurses!! I was given rare permission for daily visits due to her dementia diagnosis. Wow, daily the room was a accident waiting to happen. Blood pressure machine with wires on the floor. Also used up 3 day old IV bag hanging out along with her oxygen tubing. (tripping hazard). Bed not changed linens piled on the bed from morning time till 2:00 when I made the bed. Her bedside stand was anything but bedside. It was over by the window seat. All I can say is a prayer ???? that’s just the room.
Since the beginning of COVID-19, and on around the 2nd week in, my gut was that it was ‘over kill.’ Heard so much fear mongering about thousands dying, but never any sympathy or acts of mourning for the dead. NY Governor Andrew Cuomo’s extermination of the elderly nursing home residents was unbelieveable. Then all the calls for lock downs. I wasn’t buying it, like many others. And not just because of the mask and vaccine mandates, but because I wasn’t seeing the results in our little neck of the woods of COVID-19 cases….AT ALL! Was only hearing about so many deaths, and the hospitals reporting deaths from COVID-19 when they died from something else. It was clearly becoming a Pandemic circus. No one in the CDC or any health authorities seemed to know enough about it and were only repeating what others who didn’t seem to know anything either, what THEY were saying. When there is that much confusion surrounding a Pandemic, it becomes evident something just isn’t right. There needs to be a multi-tiered investigation into all of it. There are many who could be charged with crimes against humanity if what is found is that they profitted from this Plandemic. It all needs to be proven. But everything is too big of a mess I’m afraid. It’s just looking more and more like this country is doomed.

Just read “The Real Anthony Fauci” by Robert Kennedy Jr. The corruption began way before Covid. The media won’t give any attention to this book. It’s well researched. I’m disappointed conservatives haven’t given it much attention either.

I have seen this before. There is a reason they think that the public will not understand it. And that is their excuse for not truly reporting the news. They assume everyone is as ignorant as they are. No one is smarter than them!
The real reason is that the MSM reporters would not understand it. So if they do not understand it, they cannot report it correctly. Vaccines are still not approved by the FDA. I heard that approval cannot be given if there are other remedies that are already approved. Ivermectin? Again, the CDC politicians have squelched any evidence that it may work as well as the fact that some of their treatments kill people, Remdisivir!
