Biden’s Secret Flights Of Illegal Immigrants

While most Americans were either sleeping or celebrating Christmas and the new year, the Biden administration was busy facilitating the transport of thousands of non-citizens to cities and states across the U.S. The flights are still landing in states such as Pennsylvania and have been taking place under the Biden administration for nearly a year now, with the first reported flights occurring in April of 2021.

Moreover, if the secretive mass transit of illegal immigrants at the expense of American taxpayers is not bad enough, the non-citizens that are being transported on the Biden administration’s sponsored charter flights are almost exclusively unaccompanied children. Federal authorities utilize the flights to bring migrant children from areas near America’s southern border to either a sponsor, a family member, or a shelter in an array of different cities across the country.

The states that have been targeted the most by the flights are Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. 

A whopping 78 flights have carried upwards of 2,500 illegal immigrants into the state of Florida since April of 2021, with at least 15 of the flights landing between the hours of 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. and 30 of the flights lacking a documented landing time. Additionally, every flight of migrants into Florida landed in the city of Jacksonville. Jacksonville has been utilized as a hub for transporting non-citizens across Florida, helping to enable a shady partnership between the federal government and those allowing for their airplanes to be utilized for the purposes of moving unaccompanied migrant children. To quote Florida’s “public safety czar,” Larry Keefe, “Who is facilitating this travel? How are they getting here? Who are the support people? Who are the sponsors? We don’t know definitively or specifically as to why Jacksonville is the chosen place. We’re having to watch and observe—in effect, spy on the government to see what it is that they’re doing in the middle of the night out of these airport facilities.” 

Back in October, a 24-year-old Honduran national named Yery Noel Medina Ulloa was arrested in Jacksonville for murdering a Florida father of four. Ulloa was reportedly brought to the state of Florida on one of Biden’s flights of non-citizens after he lied to federal officials and posed as a 17-year-old when detained in Texas several months prior to the murder. As a result of the Biden administration’s placement of thousands of illegal immigrants across Florida, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody recently filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Biden’s immigration policies are “harming the state’s quasi-sovereign interests and forcing it to incur millions of dollars in expenses.”

In New York, charter flights full of migrants began arriving in August of 2021 from Texas, where illegal immigration is surging. In total, flight records show that a minimum of 21 flights carrying nearly 2,000 non-citizens have arrived in New York since August 8th, with many flights landing between midnight and 6:30 a.m. House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik of New York’s 21st Congressional District spoke out against the Biden administration’s stealthy flights of illegal immigrants to New York back in October by saying, “Joe Biden’s border crisis is out of control! He is now shipping his problem to New York. Unbelievable.” 

At least four flights of illegal immigrants were sent to Pennsylvania in December alone, with flights landing in the Keystone State on both Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The December flights were sent to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport. However, the ongoing flights have begun landing at the Lehigh Valley International Airport since the start of 2022. Republican Rep. Dan Meuser of Pennsylvania’s 9th Congressional District recently wrote a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and acting ICE Director Tae Johnson pertaining to the secret flights. To quote Meuser, “While the Biden administration has shown no concern for the lawlessness and chaos they have created at the border, the people of northeast Pennsylvania want nothing to do with it. This administration’s decision to ‘catch and release illegal immigrants into communities is a threat to my constituents and entirely unacceptable. I am calling on you and President Biden to immediately end this irresponsible practice in Northeast Pennsylvania and throughout the country.” 

In order to protect and defend Pennsylvanians, Republican Pennsylvania State Senator Mario Scavello filed a memorandum on January 6th calling for the passing of legislation that would both relocate illegal immigrants that are directed to Pennsylvania to Biden’s home state of Delaware and prohibit state contracts from being issued to contractors that aid in the federal government’s move of non-citizens into Pennsylvania. To quote Scavello’s memo, “How many illegal immigrants has the President relocated to his own home state of Delaware? If it is good enough for Pennsylvania, then why not redirect the relocation to Delaware? Consequently, I am proposing legislation similar to a proposal in the state of Florida, which would implement a transportation program for the unauthorized relocation of illegal immigrants from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the state of Delaware. In addition, this legislation would ban the issuance of state contract work with any federal contractors working with the federal government to transport illegal immigrants into Pennsylvania.”

In the wake of Biden’s secret flights, Republican Senators Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn have introduced the “Migrant Resettlement Transparency Act.” The bill would require the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Health and Human Services to consult with state and local officials that could potentially be impacted by migrant settlement efforts before any migrants are transferred to a specific city. The bill would also instruct the DHS and HHS secretaries to submit a monthly state-specific report to Congress that details “the resettlement, transportation, or relocation of illegal aliens.” 

White House press secretary Jen Psaki attempted to justify the flights back in October when Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked her, “Why is the administration flying thousands of migrants from the border to Florida and New York in the middle of the night?” Psaki responded by claiming, “Well, I’m not sure it’s in the middle of the night, but let me tell you what’s happening here. Early flights. Earlier than you might like to take a flight…As a part of the reunification process, our Office of Refugee Resettlement facilitates travel for children in its custody to their families or sponsors across the country. It’s no surprise children can be seen traveling through states, not just New York.”

The Biden administration is sneakily moving illegal children across America because they do not want the American people to see exactly how many are being allowed into the country. However, in just his first year as President, Biden has managed to entice a record number of approximately two million non-citizens to illegally cross the southern border. 

Of the estimated two million illegal immigrants that have come to America since Biden became President, another record of over 120,000 were unaccompanied children. It should be noted that it is federal policy under Section 265 of U.S. Code Title 42 for federal authorities in the Biden administration to automatically take custody of unaccompanied non-citizen children that they encounter, whereas single adults and families can be turned away. Combined with the fact that an estimated 85% of unaccompanied children in federal guardianship have a family member in the U.S., it is clear that the Biden administration is encouraging young children to get to or across the border alone by offering them automatic asylum and free flights across the country if they do. Biden is playing a dangerous game with the lives of both migrant children and American citizens to promote his radical immigration policies.
