A: Once registration is complete, you will be receiving a welcome email with further details regarding transportation, hotel accommodations, and the Conference itinerary.
Q: Is it possible to extend my stay at The Waterfront Inn?
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to arrive 1-3 days prior to or extend your stay 1-3 days post conference based on hotel availability. For rates and availability, please contact (352) 753-7535.
Q: What if I’m not able to attend all three days of the conference?
A: If you are unable to stay for the entire conference, you are more than welcome to join us on Monday, January 19th to participate in the most essential portion of the conference.
Q: I am flying in for the conference. Is AMAC providing transportation to and from the hotel?
A: While AMAC will be providing complimentary travel via charter bus during your stay for the Conference itinerary, we kindly ask that you cover your travel expense from and back to the airport. You will, however, receive a check for $150 per person at your hotel check-in. Transportation options include airport shuttle with The Villages Transportation or car rentals using your AMAC Discount.
Q: If my spouse does not want to attend the meetings, are there other options?
A: The Villages offers a variety of entertainment options, places to shop, and restaurants all in walking distance for their enjoyment.
