The EPA has proposed rules to reduce CO2 emissions from coal-fired power plants. The rules could increase energy costs 20% for low income seniors. Should AMAC oppose these regulations?
Yes, it is still not proven that CO2 is a pollutant and Governors and Congress should stop them.
