Merchant agrees to:
- Accept the AMAC Membership Card as proof of membership to obtain the merchant's discount.
- Display the AMAC window decal or placard in a prominent location.
Merchant shall be listed as a Participating Merchant in our member benefits section of our website which is available to all AMAC members. Merchant shall also be eligible for a yearly consultation and review by AMAC affiliates for group rate discounts on business and personal lines of insurance.
AMAC: May at its discretion, advertise and promote the merchant's goods and or services in newspaper advertising, direct mailings, radio, or any other medium to AMAC members.
Merchant may change the minimum discount or withdraw this application without any obligation or penalty.
